Director Bobby releases the trailer for 'Savitri W/O Satyamurthy'



Savitri, a 60-year-old woman, complains to the police that her husband is missing. She then shows a picture of a 20-year-old man and says that he is her husband. If you want to know how the 20-year-old became the old woman's husband, you have to watch the soon-to-be-released ‘Savitri W/O Satyamurthy’.


Senior actress Sri Lakshmi, Parvateesam are playing the titular roles. Gogula Narendra is producing it on A1 Mahendra Creations. Chaithanya Konda, who has previously worked under Puri Jagannadh in the direction department, is making his directorial debut. The hilarious entertainer's trailer was today released by prominent director Bobby, who said that he liked the trailer. He also wished the makers all the best.

The trailer begins with Savitri lodging a police complaint about her missing husband. We see senior citizens calling Satyamurthy as their elder brother, classmate and the like. It's suspenseful as to what happened in Satyamurthy's life when he was 20. Comedy, suspense and romance are the main ingredients of the movie.

Producer Gogula Narendra thanked Bobby for releasing the trailer. "We are very happy that he has released the trailer. Our film's shooting is completed. Post-production works have also reached the final stage. We will be unveiling the audio soon."

Director Chaithanya Konda said, "The film is being made as a family entertainer. The teaser and the recently released first single have been a hit. Our film is going to be a laugh riot from start to end."

Parvateesam, Sri Lakshmi, Gautham Raju, Siva Reddy, Ananth, Suman Shetty, Janardhan (Jenny), Subbaraya Sharma are part of the cast. Ashi Roy, Geetha Shah, Muskaan Arora are playing heroines.

Nandamuri Balakrishna, Boyapati Srinu, Dwaraka Creations’ Akhanda First Single Adigaa Adigaa Released




Nandamuri Balakrishna and mass director Boyapati Srinu have collaborated for the third time to complete hat-trick hits in their combination. Expectations are sky high on the film which is nearing completion. Meanwhile, the makers have begun musical promotions by releasing first single Adigaa Adigaa.


The song features Balakrishna and Pragya Jaiswal as soon to be wed couple who are waiting eagerly for the most special day. SS Thaman scored a magical melody that hits you right away, wherein singers SP Charan and ML Shruthi croon it in a spectacular manner. Lyrics by Kalyan Chakravarthy describe the admiration of Balakrishna and Pragya Jaiswal for each other.

Balakrishna and Pragya Jaiswal’s jodi looks admirable on screen. Choreography looks very nice, wherein production looks grand. The pre-wedding ceremonials are captured pleasingly.

Boyapati Srinu’s films will have a special melody and this song in Akhanda is going to be a chartbuster in no time.

Miryala Ravinder Reddy is producing Akhanda on Dwaraka Creations. Pragya Jaiswal is the heroine in the film where Jagapathi Babu and Srikanth will be seen in a crucial role. S Thaman renders soundtracks, while C Ram Prasad cranks the camera. Kotagiri Venkateshwara Rao is the editor.

TS CS inspected vaccination drive for Secretariat Employees at BRKR Bhavan today

Chief Secretary Sri Somesh Kumar, IAS inspected vaccination drive at BRKR Bhavan where the Secretariat employees were given Second dose vaccination  including Contract and Outsourcing Employees.

As per the instructions of Hon’ble Chief Minister Sri K.Chandrashekar Rao the 1st dose of special vaccination drive was taken up on 11, 12th June, 2021 where Secretariat Employees were given first dose of vaccination. Employees expressed happiness for organizing the special vaccination drive.

Sri Vikas Raj, Principal Secretary, GAD, Sri S.A.M Rizvi, IAS., Secretary, Health, Smt. Chitti Rani, Joint Secretary, GAD, Dr.Padmaja, Deputy DMHO  and others participated.

Hon’ble Governor chaired the 3rd meeting of the State Managing Committee of Armed Forces Flag Day Fund, Telangana State held at Raj Bhavan

Dr. (Smt.) Tamilisai Soundararajan, Hon’ble Governor on Saturday, chaired the 3rd meeting of the State Managing Committee of Armed Forces Flag Day Fund, Telangana State. The meeting was held at Raj Bhavan, here.

 

The members who were present in the meeting included: Sri Somesh Kumar, IAS, Chief Secretary to Government, Sri Ravi Gupta, IPS, Principal Secretary to Government, Home department, Sri D. Ronald Rose, IAS, Secretary to Government, Finance department, Maj Gen RK Singh, General Officer Commanding (GOC), Headquarters, Telangana and Andhra Sub Area (TASA), Maj Gen N. Srinivas Rao, Wg Cdr T.J. Reddy, Brig P. Ganesham, Cdr CSM Raj, and Sri L. Sharman, IAS, Collector, Hyderabad. Sri K. Surendra Mohan, IAS, Secretary to Governor was also present.

 

Col P. Ramesh Kumar, Director, Sainik Welfare and Secretary, Armed Forced Flag Day Fund, Telangana State gave a detailed briefing on the state of the Fund, various schemes, salient activities of the Sainik Welfare department, and details of beneficiaries of various schemes provided out of the fund.

 

The Committee has approved the following:

 

Immediate financial assistance of 2 lakh to the families of ex-servicemen, who died, and who are having dependent unemployed, and unmarried children.

 

Enhancement of marriage grant for girl children of ex-servicemen from 30,000/- to 40,000/-.

 

Educational assistance for children of ex-servicemen for pursuing CA, CS, ICWA, and Ph.D. courses also.

 

Enhancement of the educational assistance for the children of ex-servicemen who are pursuing professional courses, from 15,000/- to 25,000/-.

 

Sanction of ₹20,00,000/- each for the construction of Sainik Bhavans at Adilabad, and Kothagudem.

 

Speaking on the occasion Hon’ble Governor, Dr. Tamilisai Soundararajan has emphasized the need to look after the ex-servicemen and their families who gave the best of their youth for the Nation.

 

The Governor has stressed the need for identifying and reaching out to all the ex-servicemen and the widows of ex-servicemen who are in distress, understand their problems, and resolve them at the earliest time frame.

 

She desired that Telangana State should become the role model for rest of the country through innovative schemes and implement the same in a meticulous fashion for the welfare of the ex-servicemen.

 

The Governor stated that women family members of ex-servicemen will be imparted self-employment training programs under Atma Nirbhar Bharat by Raj Bhavan, Telangana. She has requested the Director, Sainik Welfare department to identify the interested beneficiaries.

 

The Hon’ble Governor conveyed her sincere gratitude to all the donors for their generous voluntary contribution with special reference to all the employees of Government of Telangana, and State Bank of India.

 

Dr. Tamilisai Soundararajan has appealed to all the citizens, and corporate organizations to come forward and contribute generously for the Armed Forces Flag Day Fund.

 

Sri Somesh Kumar, IAS, Chief Secretary to Government, has stated that a Committee shall be constituted to study the methods to increase the donations to the Armed Forces Flag Day Fund.

 

He suggested that the services being rendered by the Sainik Welfare department may be made available in MeeSeva centres so that the ex-servicemen need not go to district headquarters for availing such services and schemes.

 

He has emphasized the need to capture the data of ex-servicemen for utilizing their services during natural calamities, disaster management, etc.

Brahmanandam as Veda Vyas in 'Panchathantram' First Look of Brahmanandam unveiled



'Haasya Brahma' Brahmanandam has played a multitude of roles in films and has had us in splits over the decades. He is now playing a narrator named Veda Vyas in 'Panchathantram'. On Saturday, his First Look was released. Also starring Swathi Reddy, Shivathmika Rajasekhar, Samuthirakani, young hero Rahul Vijay and 'Mathu Vadalara' fame Naresh Agasthya feature in 'Panchathantram', the film is being produced by Ticket Factory and S Originals. Written and directed by Harsha Pulipaka, it is produced by Akhilesh Vardhan and Srujan Yarabolu.


We see the legendary comedian speaking in front of a mike in the poster. Besides making us laugh, his character will also have the audience tear up with his sentimental narration. His performance in the movie is going to be heart-touching.

Speaking about the movie, producer Akhilesh Vardhan said, "This is the first film that Brahmanandam garu is doing after a gap of two years. We have filmed scenes on him already. The pending portions involving him have been shot in the ongoing schedule. With this schedule, the entire shoot will be completed. Post-production works are also going on. We will release the movie in November. Brahmanandam garu's character will be distinct from the usual comedy roles that he plays. There is going to be drama and sentiment as well. As Veda Vyas, his character will be a highlight."

The director said that Veda Vyas will be narrating the story and characterizations. "You are going to see a new Brahmanandam garu in our movie," he added.

aha to premiere Dulquer Salmaan, Kalyani Priyadarshan's slice-of-life entertainer Parinayam on September 24th




100% Telugu streaming platform aha, a household name for Telugu entertainment comprising the latest blockbusters and pathbreaking web shows, is all set to premiere a heart-warming slice-of-life film titled Parinayam on 24th September.
