Grand Maha Samprokshana At Sri Vakulamata Temple



















The Honourable CM of AP Sri YS Jaganmohan Reddy on Thursday participated in the imposing Maha Samprokshanam fete organised at Sri Vakulamata temple developed Patakalva (Perur Banda) near Tirupati.

 

Earlier the TTD EO Sri AV Dharma Reddy along the Minister Sri Peddireddi  Ramachandra Reddy welcomed the Chief Minister with a flower bouquet at Vakulamata temple.

 

Thereafter the Chief Minister adorned traditional dress and stepped into the temple, by sprinkling the sacred water from the Pushkarini and later planted the symbolic TTD iconic tree Manu Sampangi (Magnolia Champaca).

 

TTD Vaikhanasa Agama Advisor Dr Vedanta Vishnu Bhattacharyulu and Archakas welcomed the CM with Poorna Kumbham on his arrival at the main entrance of the temple where he also unveiled a plank depicting the Maha Samprokshana fete.

 

The CM was taken for Darshan of Sri Vakulamata and later Vedic pundits rendered Ashirvahachanam and TTD EO presented a dry technology made a portrait of Sri Vakulamata and also Thirtha Prasadams.

AP CM Lauds TTD Dry Tech Aftefacts

he Honourable AP Chief Minister Sri YS Jaganmohan Reddy lauded the various artefacts including the Srivari portrait made by TTD in co-ordination with the use of dry flower technology provided by the Dr YSR Horticultural University.

 

This appreciation came from the CM during his visit to the Sri Vakulamata temple at Patakalva (Perur Banda) for the Maha Samprokshana fete where the TTD EO Sri AV Dharma Reddy presented him with the Portrait of Sri Vakulamata made with dry flowers.

 

TTD has signed an MoU with Dr YSR horticultural university on September 13, 2021, for preparing artefacts including portraits, paperweights, key chains and photo frames of Sri Venkateswara and Sri Padmavati Ammavaru portraits from the used flowers of TTD sub-temples.

 

TTD invested 83 lakhs for equipment and training to 359 women self-help group workers at the Citrus Research Centre. Daily 200 women work and prepare two portraits each in A-4 size and so far 16,283 portraits 150 paperweights 539 key chains and 300 bookmarks, pendants were produced. An action plan is ready to set up a permanent shed at the citrus research Centre.

 

TTD has opened the sales of these divine products to devotees from January 25 onwards at special counters in Tirumala and also at the local temples.

TTD Teacher's Training Held at Rishi Valley

n all 23 teachers of TTD primary schools were trained at Rishi valley Education Resource Centre from June 20-June 23.

 

On the directions of TTD EO Sri AV Dharma Reddy and JEO (H& E) Smt Sada Bhargavi, they were given training on Minimal Generalised Markup Language (MGML) teaching methods, students-friendly classroom methods, self-study systems, games, leather puppetry tools etc.

 

SVETA Director Smt Prashanti and TTD DEO Sri Govindarajan have also supervised the training programme.

 

Among other things the training also included group discussions and memory enhancement techniques.

 

The teachers who underwent training in Rishi Valley training centre thanked TTD EO and JEOs (H &E) initiatives in upgrading skills of the teaching staff of TTD educational institutions which would yield good results.

Vakulamata Temple Maha Samprokshanam Held










Maha Samprokshanam festivities in Sri Vakulamata temple at Patakalva (Peruru Banda) near Tirupati came to a ceremonious conclusion on Thursday.

 

In the morning Kumbharadhana and Maha Purnahuti held while in the scheduled Kataka Lagnam between 7:30am and 8:45am Prana Pratistha and Maha Samprokshanam held.

 

Later Akshatarohanam and Archaka Bahumanam were performed followed by darshan to devotees.

TTD Eo Releases Sri Kalyanamastu Applications and Handbills

 TTD EO Sri AV Dharma Reddy said on Wednesday that with the blessings of Sri Venkateswara the prestigious program of Kalyanamastu will be conducted in all the 26 district headquarters across AP on on August 7 between 8.07am and 8.17am.

 

TTD EO launched the central office of the Sri Kalyanamastu program at the SVETA  Bhavan in Tirupati and also released the application forms and handbills for the notable event.

 

Speaking on the occasion the EO said as part of its mandate for promoting a common wedding platform for poor brides and bridegrooms, TTD also provides gold Talibottu of 2 gms, a pair of silver toe rings, new pattu vastrams to both grooms and brides, wedding feast to 20 guests each from bride and groom.

 

He said the registration for the Sri Kalyanamastu program will take place between July 1 and July 20 at all district headquarters and forms will be sent to all centres by TTD.

 

TTD will appoint a Co-ordinator (Nodal Officer) at each district centre to coordinate with the respective district collector and joint collector to conduct the Sri Kalyanamastu program.

 

Earlier along with JEOs Smt Sada Bhargavi and Sri Veerabrahmam, TTD EO performed special pujas at the Central office of Sri Kalyanamastu program.

 

TTD CVSO Sri Narasimha Kishore, DyEOs Smt Vijayalakshmi, Sri Govindarajan, SVETA Director Smt Prashanti and other officials were present.

 




Chief Pontiff of Subramanya Matha Offered Prayers to Lord Venkateswara





H H Shri Vidyaprasanna Theertharu Swamiji of Shri Subrahmanya Matha, Kukke Subrahmanya, Dakshina Kannada visited Sri Vari Temple, Tirumala on Wednesday morning. On his arrival at infront of Sri Vari Temple, DyEO Sri Haridranath and Temple Priests welcomed him with Temple Honors and led him to Sanctum Santorium.

 

VGO Sri Bali Reddy, Bokkasam Clerk Sri Gururaja Rao, Parpatheyadar Sri Thulasi Prasad and others were present.
