TTD Trust Board Chairman Sri YV Subba Reddy has invited the Honourable CM of AP Sri YS Jaganmohan Reddy to participate in the Maha Samprokshanam fete of Sri Vari temple in Jammu on June 8.
The TTD Board Chief along with the New Delhi Local Advisory Committee Chairperson Smt Prasanthi Reddy have formally met the CM in his camp office at Tadepalli on Thursday.
They have offered him the invitation of Maha Samprokshanam festivities from June 3 to 8.
The Chairman explained him on the last day after Maha Samprokshanam, the devotees will be allowed for darshan Sri Venkateswara Swamy.
The CM lauded the TTD for taking up Hindu Dharma Prachara activities in a big way across the country.
The IT Wing of TTD has identified some fake websites and social media handles which are cheating the unemployed about recruitment in TTD with a salary of Rs.1lakh on qualification of Tenth Pass, which is absolutely wrong.
The GM IT Sri Sandeep lodged a complaint on eight such fake social media platforms which are cheating the unemployed with false news, in I Town Police Station in Tirumala on Thursday.
The IT Wing of TTD have also identified the addresses of these fake social media handles during their routine monitoring of websites and social media.
TTD is reiterating to devotees not to believe such false news and become prey to fake social media handles. Anything related to TTD will be informed through its official website only.
As part of ongoing festivities at Sri Govindaraja Swamy temple in Tirupati, the Maha Samprokshanam was observed on Thursday.
The program included Kumbharadhana, Nivedanam, Homam, and Maha Samprokshanam fete in the auspicious Mithuna Lagnam.
In the evening Pedda Shesha vahanam will be held all along the Mada streets.
Both the Tirumala Pontiffs, temple chief Archaka Sri Srinivasa Deekshitulu, Agama Advisor Sri Seetharamacharyulu, Sri Mohana Rangacharyulu, TTD board member Sri Ashok Kumar, JEO Sri Veerabrahmam, FA&CAO Sri Balaji, DLO Sri Veeraju, DyEOs Smt Shanti, Sri Govindarajan, VGO Sri Manohar, AEO Sri Ravi Kumar, Superintendents Sri Narayana, Sri Mohan Rao, Temple inspector Sri Dhananjeya, Sri Radhakrishna and others were present.
Effective and foolproof initiatives will be taken up with latest technology to
strengthen the security set up in Tirumala soon, said the State Principal Secretary(Home) Sri Harish Kumar Gupta on Wednesday.
Speaking to media persons at Vaikuntha 2 Complex on Wednesday the top brass police official said the review of security measures was done for two days on how to roll out Artificial Intelligence steps at the CCTV control room with latest software besides anti-drone technology and body scanners.
DIG Sri Ammi Reddy said seven committees have been constituted with SP or ASP level officials as leads for a field study and report within 15 days. A review meeting will be held again and execute the decisions after the approval from the Government.
Earlier the high level officials team inspected thr Srivari temple, New Parakamani Bhavan, VQC 1&2, Command Control Room and other locations in Tirumala.
TTD JEO Sri Veerabrahmam, OSD(ISW) Sri Shashidhar Reddy, CVSO Sri Narasimha Kishore, Intelligence DP Sri Sumit, Greyhounds SP Sri Bindu Madhav, Commandant of 14th Battalion Sri Jagadeesh, Tirupati SP Sri Parameswar Reddy, top cops from State Intelligence Bureau, Intelligence Security Wing, Octopus, Forest, Fire services were also present.
Among TTD senior officers, CE Sri Nageswara Rao, SE2 Sri Jagadeeshwar Reddy, Health Officer Dr Sridevi, VGOs Sri Bali Reddy, Sri Manohar and Sri Giridhar Rao, DFO Sri Srinivasulu and others were also present.
MEETING AT ANNAMAIAH BHAVAN
Thereafter senior officials from different uniform forces and TTD met at Annamaiah Bhavan in the review meeting jointly led by TTD CVSO Sri Narasimha Kishore and Intelligence SP Sri Sumit on Wednesday evening.
A high level meeting on Security Audit was held at Annamaiah Bhavan in Tirumala on Tuesday in the presence of Sri Harish Kumar Gupta, IPS, Principal secretary (Home) Govt of AP.
Top brass officials from both TTD and Police Department and other uniform forces participated in the meeting to discuss on how to enhance the Security set up in Tirumala in view of increased pilgrim and vehicular traffic post Covid Pandemic.
The Principal Secretary (Home) strongly opined that there is a need for a comprehensive security audit and all the security forces should be brought under a single command for effective execution of foolproof security cover to Tirumala.
Earlier, both the Chief Vigilance and Security Officer of TTD Sri Narasimha Kishore and Tirupati SP Sri Parameshwar Reddy presented PowerPoint Presentation separately giving a detailed picture about the existing security set up with respect to Tirumala, its precincts and the areas where the security need to be beefed up keeping in view the safety and security of the multitude of the visiting pilgrims as well increased vehicular traffic in the Hill Town from the past two years.
