AP High Court CJ Prays at Tirumala

 










Tirumala, 12 Sep. 21: The Chief Justice of AP High court Honourable Justice Sri Arup Kumar Goswami offered prayers at Srivari temple on Sunday.

 

He was received with traditional Istikaphal honours at the temple Mahadwaram by TTD Additional EO Sri AV Dharma Reddy before he was led to Darshan of Sri Venkateswara Swamy.

 

Thereafter the TTD Veda pundits rendered Veda Aseervachana to the Chief Justice at the Ranganayakula Mandapam.

 

The Additional EO along with CVSO Sri Gopinath Jatti presented Shesha Vastram, Thirtha Prasadam and Srivari Portraits to Honourable Chief Justice.

 

Srivari Temple DyEO Sri Ramesh Babu and other officials were present.

CJ of AP Apex Court Gets Ammavari Darshan

 







Tirupati, 12 Sep. 21: The Chief Justice of AP High Court Honourable Justice Sri Arup Kumar Goswami on Sunday offered prayers at Sri Padmavati Ammavari temple in Tiruchanoor on Sunday.

 

He was given a traditional reception by TTD JEO Smt Sada Bhargavi at the entrance of the temple and led for Darshan of Sri Padmavati Devi.

 

After darshan, the Honourable Justice was presented Ammavari Theertha Prasadam at the Ashirwada Mandapam by the TTD JEO.

 

Temple DyEO Smt Kasturi Bai, AEO Sri Prabhakar Reddy, VGO Sri Manohar and others were present.

 

Tirumala Nambi Avarara Mahotsavam Held

 



Tirumala, 12 Sep. 21:  The 1048th Avatara Mahotsavam of Tirumala Nambi was observed with religious fervour in Tirumala on Sunday.

 

As part of it, rich tributes were paid to one of the ardent Sri Vaishnava saint devotees of Sri Venkateswara Swamy who pioneered Theertha Kainkaryam in Tirumala.

 

Acharya Chakravarti Ranganathan of Rashtriya Sanskrit Vidyapeetham hailed Sri Tirumala Nambi as a frontline disciple Srivaru.

 

In his keynote address at Sri Tirumala Nambi temple located in South Mada Street, Acharya Ranganathan said Sri Tirumala Nambi had come to Tirumala in 973AD and on directions of his grand father Yamunacharya carried water for daily Srivari abhisekam from Papavinasa Theertha even in his old age.

 

Legends say that Sri Venkateswara took pity on him and ordered to carry water from Akashaganga at Anjanadri Hillock specially created for Tirumala Nambi.

 

He said as per legends Tirumala Nambi who was maternal uncle of Sri Ramanujacharya is hailed for his Theertha, Mantra Pushpa and Veda Parayana Kainkaryams.

Vikas Vasishta, Sree Chaitu, Saraswathi Creations Production No 2 Launched

 








Saraswathi Creations has announced its second production with Vikas Vasishta of Cinema Bandi fame playing the lead role and first timer Sree Chaitu directing it. Telugu girl Bindu Madhavi is the main heroine and Pooja Ramachandran will be seen in a vital role.


The yet to be titled movie to be produced by Dr Bhaskar Rao Annadata has been launched today with a muhurtham event. Producer Bhaskar Rao Annadata handed over the script to director. While Singer Sunitha sounded the clapboard for the muhurtham shot, Sree Chaitu directed it.

Billed to be a feel-good love story, the film’s regular shoot commences from 14th of this month in and around Hyderabad.

Sagar YVV and Jithin Mohan will crank the camera, while Sunil Kashyap is the music director. Rajendra Kovera is providing screenplay and Kotagiri Venkatesawar Rao is the editor.

he Honourable Chief Justice of High Court of Andhra Pradesh Justice Arup Kumar Goswami was given a warm reception by the Additional Executive Officer Sri AV Dharma Reddy on his arrival at Sri Padmavathi Rest House in Tirumala on Saturday.

 

District Collector Sri Harinarayan, CVSO Sri Gopinath Jatti, Dist. Judge Sri Ravindra Babu, Urban SP Sri Venkata Appala Naidu, Reception Officials Sri Lokanadham, Sri Bhaskar and others were present. 

TTD Eo Takes a View of TTD Properties in Rishikesh

 




TTD EO Dr KS Jawahar Reddy inspected the properties belonging to TTD at Rishikesh on Saturday.

 

Earlier, EO had visited Sri Venkateswara Swamy and Sri Chandra Mouleswara Swamy temples at Andhra Ashramam.

 

Later he visited TTD properties in Big Garden and Chungi Garden and learnt about their protection measures from officers concerned.

 

Estates Wing Special Officer Sri Mallikarjuna, EE Sri Narasimhamurty were also present.

 

Later the EO visited Visakha Seer Sri Swarupananda Saraswati Swamiji who is in his Chaturmasa Vrata Deeksha and took his blessings.

SSD Tokens Only for Chittoor District Residents - TTD Riterates

 


TTD has once again cleared that it has commenced Slotted Sarva Darshan tickets only on an experimental basis which is limited only to the residents of Chittoor district.

 

But in spite of TTD informing the public via media, some devotees hailing from TS, TN, and Karnataka states are coming to Tirupati for SSD tokens and returning empty hand as it is restricted to Chittoor district denizens alone.

 

So, once again TTD has appealed that the devotees should make note of this and co-operate with TTD.
