Strengthen the Functioning of Call Centre in TTD - TTD JEo



Tirupati, 19 July 2017: While appreciating the present functioning of TTD Call Centre, Tirupati JEO P Bhaskar directed the officials concerned to further strengthen the Call Centre by bringing some advanced changes in dissemination of information to pilgrim as well in the existing technology.

A review meeting was organised in the chambers of Tirupati JEO in TTD administrative building on Wednesday evening. The JEO directed the TTD PRO Dr T Ravi to come out with a comprehensive action plan on how to enhance and impart the information to pilgrims in a better way via Call Centre. He also instructed the GM Transport and the IT Wing head Sesha Reddy to strengthen the technical part to send the information in an effective way to pilgrim.

The JEO also instructed to integrate the Information Counters in Tirumala also with Call Centre. "The complaints that are being lodged in our helpdesk, wattsapp, email, also should be linked up to Call Centre. The complaints should be solved by the concerned HoDs without any delay. Work out a mechanism to dispatch best possible information to the pilgrims", he maintained.
