The Teppotsavam at Sri Lakshmi Venkateswara Swamy Temple in Devuni Kadapa began on Saturday evening.
The Utsava deities of Sri Venkateswara Swamy and Sridevi, and Bhudevi were taken on a beautifully decorated float for three rounds around the temple pushkarini, blessing the devotees.
The float procession will continue on May 11 with five and seven rounds on May 12. In addition, cultural programs including bhakti sangeet, Harikatha, and Kolatam dances will be held.
