On the auspicious occasion of Nagula Chavithi on October 25, Sri Malayappa Swamy, along with His consorts, will bless devotees on the Pedda Sesha Vahanam from 7 PM to 9 PM in Tirumala.
The procession on the Sesha Vahanam symbolizes the essence of Saranagati as the serpent king Adisesha has served his Master in many ways of being his bed, ornament, umbrella(shade) and many more offering his loyal services.
Even among the various Brahmotsava Vahana Sevas in Tirumala, Pedda Sesha Vahanam holds the highest significance of being the first divine carrier.
