Annadanam - TTD at the Forefront of Spiritual Service

On the day of the Kalyanotsavam at Ontimitta, food was served to 1.25 lakh devotees In 10 days, meals were distributed to 3.20 lakh devotees

During the annual Brahmotsavams of Sri Kodandarama Swamy at Ontimitta, TTD once again demonstrated its spirit of service by providing special annaprasadam (sacred food) to devotees. Notably, on April 1st, during the divine wedding ceremony of Sri Sita Rama, annaprasadam was distributed to over 1.25 lakh devotees.

TTD made comprehensive arrangements to ensure that every devotee who came to witness the divine wedding received annaprasadam. In addition to the distribution center near the temple, a special center was set up at the Kalyana Mandapam for the convenience of employees, ensuring efficient service.

On the day of the Kalyanotsavam, devotees were served a bag containing pulihora (tamarind rice), rava kesari, mysore pak, snacks, a biscuit packet, a banana, a water bottle, a tetra pack, and buttermilk — offering a convenient and wholesome service.

Similarly, throughout the Brahmotsavams, devotees were served pongal, upma, sambar, chutney in the mornings, and rice, sweet pongal, curry, chutney, sambar, rasam, and buttermilk during lunch and dinner.

From March 27 to April 5, thousands of devotees received annaprasadam daily. The details are as follows:
