Tirumala Tirupati Devasthanams (TTD) has inaugurated a First Aid Centre at Sri Padmavathi Ammavari Temple, Tiruchanoor, on Thursday with special prayers for the convenience of devotees.
Considering the increasing number of pilgrims, the centre has been set up near the temple to provide immediate basic medical services.
The First Aid Centre will function in two shifts: from 8:00 AM to 2:00 PM and from 2:00 PM to 8:00 PM.
It will offer first aid, basic treatment, and emergency care to devotees and staff working in Tiruchanoor. In case of emergencies, patients will be stabilized and shifted to higher medical facilities if required.
TTD Chief Medical Officer Dr. B. Kusumakumari, doctors, paramedical staff, and devotees were present on the occasion.
