On the occasion of Chitra Pournami, the Ponnakalva Utsavam of Sri Govindarajaswamy was held with grandeur on Friday.
The procession of the deities reached Ponnakalva Mandapam, where Snapana Tirumanjanam was performed, followed by Unjal Seva in the evening. The return procession via Tiruchanoor marked the conclusion of the festival.
Temple officials, priests, and a large number of devotees participated.
