Piligrims give Thumbs To Seating System in Kalyanakatta

Tirumala, 24 July 2018: For the sake of aged and specially able pilgrims, with the intervention of TTD Chairman P Sudhakar Yadav, new seating arrangements have been made on trial basis in Kalyanakatta tonsuring areas in Tirumala.

As a part of it, the Chairman inspected the Kalyanakatta in Nandakam Rest House on Tuesday. 

 Uma Maheswara Rao from Tenali thanked the innovative move taken by TTD board chief for the sake of pilgrims.

Speaking on the occasion, the Chairman said, following the requests from the pilgrims during is previous inspections who sought him to provide some seating arrangements as many aged could not able to sit on the floor in tonsure centres, we tossed this idea on experimental basis. Now as it has been receiving rave compliments from pilgrims we will enhance this facility", he added.
