Tirumala, 1 Nov. 20: Following devotee request TTD has resumed the popular arjita sevas Sahasra Deepalankara seva, Dolotsavam and Arjita Brahmotsavam from Sunday onwards.
Participating in the Sahasra Deepalankara seva outside Srivari temple for first time since lockdown restrictions were enforced in March last, the TTD additional EO Sri AV Dharma Reddy said that for 226 days TTD observed the arjita sevas in Ekantham due to Covid guidelines.
He said Sri Malayappa has come out of Srivari temple after long gap today in the Sahasra Deepalankara seva and blessed devotees.
He appealed to devotees to observe social distancing and wear masks while participating in the seva and beget blessings of Sri Venkateshwara.
