Koil Alwar Tirumanjanam at Tiruchanoor on 11th November

In connection with the annual Karthika Brahmotsavams of Goddess Sri Padmavathi Ammavaru, scheduled to be held from November 17 to 25, the traditional Koil Alwar Tirumanjanam will be performed with religious fervour at Sri Padmavathi Ammavari Temple on November 11 

From 6:30 a.m. to 9 a.m., the traditional temple cleansing fete, the Koil Alwar Tirumanjanam will be conducted. 

During this sacred temple cleansing ritual, the entire sanctum sanctorum, temple walls, ceilings, and all puja utensils will be cleaned with water and later purified using an aromatic mixture called Parimalam. After the completion of the ritual, devotees will be allowed for Sarva Darshanam.

In view of the Koil Alwar Tirumanjanam and the ensuing Brahmotsavams, all Arjitha Sevas at the temple will remain cancelled on November 11, and from November 17 to 25.
