Chinnasesha Vahanam Takes the Privilege as First Carriet of Divine Mother

 


Tiruchanur, 15 November 2017: The five hooded serpent King, Chinna Sesha Vahanam has enjoyed the privilege of serving Universal Mother Goddess Padmavathi Devi as first carrier during the nine-day Vahana Seva as a part of the annual Brahmotsavams on Wednesday evening.

The Goddess of Riches in all Her celestial splendour carried the divine mother along the four mada streets encircling the temple.

TTD EO Sri AK Singhal, JEO Tirupati Sri P Bhaskar, CVSO Sri A Ravikrishna, Temple Spl Gr DyEO Sri Munirathnam Reddy and other temple officials, large congregation of devotees witnessed the vahana Seva with devotion.

AP Minister Offers Silk Vastrams to Goddess Padmavathi

 

Tiruchanur, 15 November 2017: On behalf of Government of Andhra Pradesh, Honourable Minister for Industries  Amarnath Reddy offered PATTU Vastrams to Goddess Padmavathi Devi at Tiruchanoor on first day of Brahmotsavams on Wednesday evening.

He was accorded warm welcome by Tirupati JEOPola Bhaskar along with temple Spl.Gr.DyEO 




Munirathnam Reddy. Even as the minister carried the vastrams over his head, the Vedic pundits chanted Veda mantras and given a traditional welcome to the dignitary.
Later the minister had darshan of Goddess Padmavathi Devi. The temple officials presented him with the prasadams of Goddess.
