Mega Free Medical Camp for TTD Employees by 1st and 2nd June - TTD JEO
Tirupati, 1 May 19: TTD Joint Executive Officer for Tirupati, Sri B Lakshmi Kantham today said that a mega free medical Camp will be conducted for benefit of all TTD employees and their families by June 1-2 providing all tests, specially for women employees.
He said the TTD has also planned to conduct a free mega dental camp for its employees, students of all TTD educational institutions and also for the benefit of student community in all other educational institutions in temple city in the last week of June.
The JEO inspected the hospital premises of the Shankar Netralaya Trust located in the Central Hospital of TTD on Wednesday and also made enquiries about patient’s facilities and medical services.
He directed the chief medical officer Dr D Nageswar Rao to make all arrangements for both mega medical camps for benefit of TTD employees, their families and the student community so that dental and other ailments are detected early and diagnosed properly.
He also directed engineering department to install two air conditioners and glass door at the ICU to prevent infections to aged patients and improve quality of Medicare.
Keelapatla Brahmotsavams From 12th to 20th May
Tirupati, 1 May 19: The annual brahmotsavams in Sri Konetiraya Swamy temple in Palamaneru, about 90km from Tirupati, will be observed from May 12 to 20 by TTD.
The important days includes Dhwajarohanam on May 12, Garuda Seva and Kalyanam on May 16, Rathotsavam on May 19 and Chakrasnanam on May 20.
The Grihasta devotees who are willing to take part in Kalyanam shall pay Rs.300 per ticket on which two persons will be allowed.
Meanwhile Tirupati JEO Sri B Lakshmikantham released the wall posters related to the religious event in his camp office on Wednesday.
TTD JEO Inspects PAC 3
Tirumala, 1 May 19: Tirumala JEO Sri KS Sreenivasa Raju on Wednesday inspected PAC 3 to see the locker allotment system to devotees which came into use couple of days ago.
Speaking to media, the JEO said, from 2014 till the beginning of this year, the srivari seva women volunteers were being allotted accommodation in PAC 3. After they are shifted to new seva sadan behind kalyana vedika, necessary improvements have been made in the locker allotment application keeping in view the needs of the pilgrim public in PAC 3, the JEO added.
SE 2 Sri Ramachandra Reddy, SE Electrical Sri Venkateswarulu, Reception wing Spl.Gr.Dy.E.O. Smt Parvathi, Health Officer Dr Sermista, EEs Sri Chandrasekhar, Sri Mallikarjuna Prasad, Sri Srihari and others were also present.
