Hon’ble Minister Sri.K.Taraka Rama Rao discussed with SCR G.M. Sri.Gajanan Mallya:

 

Hon’ble MA&UD Minister Sri.K.Taraka Rama Rao discussed with the SCR General Manager Sri. Gajanan Mallya  on  RUB, ROB, slip roads, link roads taken up under SRDP, HMRL, HMWS&SB and HRDCL works   and requested to cooperative for early completion of works. Hon’ble Minister informed that all works are completing on a mission mode during this lock down period.  Further, Minister also discussed about HMWS&SB works linked to the completion railways work portion.

The Hon’ble Minister requested to the railways authorities to cooperative with the State Government as the works taken up for the convenience of the public. Government has taken up these works to solve the traffic problems in the city and requested the railways authorities to complete the works as many as possible before monsoon and assured to issue all clearances.       Hon’ble Minister informed that the Principal Secretary MA&UD Sri. Arvind Kumar will acts as coordinating officer to speed up  ROB, RUB, link road works pertaining to SRDP, HRDCL, HMWS&SB and HMRL wings. Hon’ble Minister suggested to conduct joint inspections for new proposals like:  slip / Link Roads, RUBs, ROBs and road widening works. Minister said experts committee will be appointed to give suggestions to take up suitable works at Railway Crossings to avoid accidents. 

 

 The meeting held in Command control room of GHMC here today. H.w.Mayor Dr.Bonthu Rammohan, Principal Secretary MA&UD Sri. Arvind Kumar, MA&UD Secretary Sri. Sudarshan Reddy, HMWS&SB MD Sri.Dana Kishore, Commissioner GHMC Sri.Lokesh Kumar, HMRL MD Sri.NVS Reddy, Chief Engineers Ms.Vasantha, Sri. Sreedhar, Sri.Zia Uddin, CCP Sri. Devender Reddy, and other officials participated in the meeting.

 

 


Masks Manidatory for all TTD Employees - TTD JEO

 

Tirupati, 4 May 20: Wearing masks is mandatory for employees who are attending to their regular office work in TTD, said JEO Sri P Basant Kumar.

 

Briefing on the measures taken by the management in view of lockdown relaxations, he said Thermo Screening has been arranged at the main entrance of the administrative building.

 

The employees are issued certain guidelines which they have to follow scrupulously while discharging duties in office (from May 4 onwards) on the directives of the government. 

 

All time they have to wear a mask while in the office or while coming to the office. 


While seated in the office each employee shall maintain a minimum of 6 feet distance from another employee 

Meetings shall be avoided and in emergency Digital meetings shall be conducted. 

 

All HoDs and HoS shall attend the office from Monday onwards. The staff working in departments like the temple, treasury, Accounts, Health, Vigilance & Security will have 100% attendance while others will function with 33% attendance and remaining shall work from Home.
