Procession of Sri Kodandarama Swamy To Kupuchandrapeta on 28th Feb


Tirupati, 26 February 2021: As part of tradition, the utsava idols of Sri Sitalakshmana Sametha Kodandaramaswami will be taken on a procession to the Kupuchandrapeta village on February 28, Sunday.

 

The idols will be taken to the village which is 8 kms away from Tirupati where Snapana Tirumanjanam is performed at noon. Thereafter Unjal seva and Gramotsavam will be conducted before returning the idols to Sri Kodandaramaswami temple.

 

Every year on the Pournami day of Magha masa the utsava idols of Sri Kodandaramaswami temple will participate  in the gramotsavam festivities of Kupuchandrapeta village.

 

The artists of HDPP and Dasa Sahitya project will present bhajans, kolatams and cultural programs in the village festival.

Cow To be Declared as National Animal

 Tirupati, 26 Feb. 21: The HDPP, Dharmic wing of TTD has resolved on Friday to request the Union Government to declare Cow-Gomata as the national animal.

 

This was one of the major decisions of the HDPP’s Executive committee meeting held at Sri Padmavati Rest House in Tirupati which was presided by TTD Chairman Sri YV Subba Reddy.

 

The HDPP meeting also sought more Muhurtam from the TTD pundits council for the relaunch of the unique program of Sri Kalyanamastu - the mass marriage program facilitating free weddings for the poor.

 

The TTD chairman directed officials to frame guidelines for implementing the Gudiko- Gomata program on a national scale.

 

Officials informed that 31 temples from Telangana had applied for Gomata grants and after examination of facilities there the pairs of cow and calf will be handed over to them.

 

The meeting also decided that TTD should give shelter and funds for stray animals in towns and cities.

Director Anil Ravipudi Unveils The Teaser Of 'MUDDY' - India's First Mud Race Movie

















The teaser for the upcoming Pan-India film in the name of 'MUDDY' is out for the world to witness. Blockbuster Director Anil Ravipudi unveiled the Telugu teaser on February 26th at 6:03 PM. Anil Ravipudi said, "Happy to Release the teaser of India's first mud race film. Teaser looks stunning and brilliant. My best wishes to Director Pragabhal and The whole team of Muddy".


 A never-seen-before, intriguing and magnanimous concept that will bring light on the mud-racing. Never before has this been explored and marking a new wave in cinema is Dr. Pragabhal — the man behind the lens.

The teaser of 'MUDDY' has everyone's heart racing, with the background score so upbeat and the cinematography so crisp, the audience is in for a Muddy ride. Directed by the first time director, Dr. Pragabhal and bankrolled by Prema Krishnadas under the banner of PK7 Creations. The film is unique in every sense and has a big parameter of success. This adventurous action thriller is born out of the filmmakers love for off-road racing and his close association with it.


The director took five years to research, understand and nail the storyline with no spec of mistake and is now all set to present his labour of love. A storyline that will see an arc of rivalry, revenge, family drama, humour and adventure. 

What's the most enthralling thing about it is how all the stunts, off-road racing are done by the main actors. The director previously had mentioned how his vision was to have adventurous guys who were willing to invest the necessary time and energy, so no dupes were involved.

All realistic, with no references and a whole lot of research that has gone into the film and the teaser looks nothing short of a masterpiece. A Pan-India film that has a vision to be the first and biggest ever concept driven film. Costly modified jeeps were used and three different patterns of Mud Race will be seen in the film, all choreographed by the director in real locations. Arjun Kapoor, Fahad Faasil, Jayam Ravi and Dr.Shivaraj Kumar released the teaser of this adventurous pan India film in other languages.

The trailer is now awaited and anticipated after a blockbuster looking teaser that reveals, the film will be releasing in theaters this summer! 

Yuvan, Ridhaan Krishna, Anusha Suresh and Amit Sivadas Nair are the lead artists in the film and Harish Peradi, I M Vijayan & Renji Panicker will be seen in pivotal roles.

Makkal Selvan Vijay Sethupathi launched theatrical trailer of Nithin Prasanna and Preethi Asrani starrer unique thriller “A” recently and wished the entire team all the success. Reidandi Pontiff Offers Prayers at Srivari Temple









Tirumala,26 Feb ,2021: Tridandi Sri Sri Sri Srimannarayana Ramanuja Chinna Jeeyar Swami  on Friday morning offered prayers at the Srivari temple in Tirumala.

The pontiff was received at Mahadwaram by TTD  Additional EO Sri AV Dharma Reddy and Archakas.

After Darshan, he was presented Srivari Thirtha Prasadams by Chairman Sri YV Subba Reddy, EO Dr KS Jawahar Reddy at Ranganayakula Mandapam.

Speaking to the media outside the temple he said Lord Venkateswara alone is capable of saving humanity from pandemic Corona.

He hailed the Indian temples as citadels of dharma and treasure troves of ancient cultures and heritage supporting present day art forms and traditions cum practices.

He said grandeur of temples promotes the well-being  of the society

Commenting on attacks on some temples like Ramathirtha in AP he termed it as unfortunate and sought Chairman Sri YV Subba Reddy to initiate measures for development of facilities like rest houses etc at that temple. ''If temples are good, humanity will sustain and prosper", he added.
