Koil Alwar Tirumanjanam Performed in Sri Kodanda Rama Swamy Vari Temple

 Tirupati, 11 Mar. 21: In connection with annual brahmotsavams at Sri Kodanda Rama Swamy temple which is scheduled between March 13 and 21, the temple cleansing fete, Koil Alwar Tirumanjanam was performed on Thursday.

 

The annual brahmotavams in Sri Kodanda Rama Swamy temple will be observed in Ekantam in view of Covid guidelines. 

 

On Thursday, the entire temple is cleansed with Parimalam a mixture made of kicchiligadda, turmeric, and vermilion and sandal paste. This fete commenced at 6:30am and lasted till 9am. The devotees are allowed for Sarva Darshan from 10am onwards.

 

Temple Spl.Gr.DyEO Smt Parvati and others were also present.

 

PARADAS DONATED:

 

Hyderabad based devotee Sri Sanjay and Smt Prasanna donated Rs.one lakh worth 13 Paradas to the temple which will be used during the festival.

 

The Ankurarpana for the annual fete will be performed on March 12 while the Dhwajarohanam will take place on Saturday, March 13.

 






Abhishekam Performed to Kshetrapala Rudra at Gogabadam Reservior







Tirumala, 11 Mar. 21: As part of annual traditions on the occasion of Maha Sivaratri festival on Thursday, TTD organised abhisekam to Sri Rudra- the Kahetrapala located near Gogadbham reservoir.

 

Archakas from Srivari temple performed the abhisekam and offered naivedyam.

 

Srivari temple Peishkar Sri Srihari and parupathyedar Sri Gurappa and others were present.

Maha Shivaraatri Festivities at Sri Kapileswara Swamy Vari Temple











Tirupati, 11 Mar. 21: TTD organised the grand Maha Shivratri festival at the Sri Kapileswara Swamy temple on Thursday.

 

TTD commenced sarva darshan at 5.30 am in the morning by facilitating devotees with queue lines, drinking water and parking arrangements.

 

As part of ongoing annual Brahmotsavam Bhogi Ratham was conducted in Ekantham in the morning. Thereafter Snapana Tirumanjanam was performed for Sri Somaskandamurty and Sri Kamakshi Ammavaru in the afternoon. In the evening Nandi vahana, was conducted in ekantham.

The Srivari Sevakulu rendered dedicated service by guiding the devotees on Covid guidelines to observe social distancing, wear masks and serving sanitizers.

 

SHIVA PARVATHI KALYANA MAHOTSAVAM

 

On March 12, Friday Siva Parvathi Kalyana Mahotsavam will be organised in Ekantham as part of the Brahmotsavam.

Kapileswara Swamy Graces with Kamakshi Ammavaru on Nandi Vahanam







 

Tirupati, 11 Mar. 21: Sri Kapileswara flanked by Sri Kamakshi Ammavaru blessed devotees on Nandi Vahana on the auspicious occasion of Maha Sivarathri on Thursday evening.

 

As part of on-going annual brahmotsavams at Sri Kapileswara Swamy temple, the processional deities took celestial ride on the most important Nandi Vahanam. The fete was held in Ekantam in view of Covid guidelines.

Governor and Australian High Commissioner for further strengthening of India-Australia relations






Hyderabad, March 11: Governor Dr. Tamilisai Soundararajan and Australian High Commissioner for India Mr. Barry Robert O’ Farrel on Thursday discussed on further strengthening of India-Australia relations with special focus on Telangana State.

The Australian High Commissioner, who visited Raj Bhavan, here, has called on the Governor, who is at Raj Nivas, Puducherry, through virtual mode and interacted about trade, business, education and other issues.

The Governor during her interaction with the visiting dignitary and his delegation emphasised on promoting medical tourism, educational and student exchange programmes between the Australia and Telangana, and called for joint organising of cultural programmes to strengthen the bond.

She also stressed on the participation of alumni professionals, who are staying in Australia and studied earlier in Telangana State, for the strengthening of universities in Telangana.

“Australia and India have strong cultural relations and they must be promoted in a big way by organising joint cultural programmes in Australia and Telangana. Students and artistes exchange programmes need to be promoted,” Dr. Tamilisai Soundararajan added.

The Governor also highlighted the promotion of Pochampally sarees, Hyderabad Biryani and Telangana handicrafts during her interaction.

In his interaction, Mr Barry O’Farrel stated that Indian Diaspora are playing crucial role in many sectors in Australia and their contribution is worthwhile.

He said that the further strengthening of India-Australia relations was vital for the development of the two countries and emphasised on the comprehensive strategic partnership.

He appreciated the Indian doctors and scientific community for their services during the Covid-19 pandemic and for their efforts in vaccine development in Australia and India.

“We have a strong bond and relations and there are increased opportunities for mutual investments and for forging a stronger bond between the two nations,” he added.

 The Australian delegation has extended an invitation to the Governor to visit Australia.

The Australian High Commissioner was accompanied by Ms Sarah Kirlew, Consul General of Australia in Chennai, Mr. Jay Sangani, First Secretary Political Section, Australian High Commission, New Delhi, and Ms. Svetha Venkatram, Government Relations Manager, Australian Consulate.

Regional Passport Officer Mr Dasari Balaiah was also present, while Secretary to Governor K. Surendra Mohan introduced the guests and coordinated the virtual event and hosted the lunch for the delegation at the Raj Bhavan on behalf of the Governor.

This magnum opus is titled ‘Hari Hara Veeramallu’ and the first glimpse is extraordinary in its own way.

It’s a never before look of Pawan and crafty *director Krish’s taking is superb* which is *terrifically complemented by Keeravani’s music* and *the grandeur visuals* go with the flow.


This is the story of legendary heroic outlaw,” says director Krish who is a magician in this space of genres and this film will have his trademark elements. This massive film ‘Hari Hara Veeramallu’ is set in the period of 17th century on the backdrop of Moghuls and Qutub Shahis era and it will offer spectacular visual feast. Gigantic sets like Charminar, Red Fort and Machilipatnam port are assembled for the film’s shooting which means it is being made on a lavish budget of ₹ 150 crore with uncompromising grandeur production values.


So far ‘Hari Hara Veeramallu’ has wrapped up forty percent of its shooting and the makers are hopeful to wrap it up by July and then head to the post-production works. Being a period drama film, six months’ time is dedicated for VFX and it will be supervised by Ben Lock who was associated with Hollywood films earlier.


Nidhhi Agerwal is playing the female lead.


Top technicians such as MM Keeravani and ace cinematographer Gnana Shekar VS are handling music and camera respectively for this film.


Also the film is being made on a pan-India level and will get a simultaneous release in Hindi, Tamil, and Malayalam languages along with Telugu.


‘Hari Hara Veeramallu’ is slated for 2022 Sankranthi release.
