Popular Producers NarayanDas Narang, Puskur Ram Mohan Rao, Sharrath Marar are producing this big action entertainer under Sri Venkateswara Cinemas LLP and Northstar Entertainments Pvt Ltd banners. Makers announced that prominent heroine, Kajal Aggarwal will be pairing with Nagarjuna as the heroine for this stylish action entertainer with a special poster. Makers planned shooting the film at Goa, Hyderabad, Ooty and London.

Governor expresses concern over the spurt in Covid-19 cases and vaccine wastage

Hyderabad, March 18: Governor Dr. Tamilisai Soundararajan on Thursday expressed concern over the high rate of vaccine wastage and the spurt in covid-19 cases in the State.

She directed the Raj Bhavan officials to get a report from the health department about the vaccine wastage in which Telangana State topped in the country, and about the increase in the number of cases in schools and hostels and the measures taken to contain the spread. “Large number of students testing positive concerns me,” she said.

The Governor was reviewing the developments in the State with the officials of the Raj Bhavan, here, through the video conference from Raj Nivas, Puducherry, where she is holding an additional charge as the Lt. Governor.

“I am concerned about the high number of Covid-19 positive cases in a couple of residential schools. I am worried about the high rate of vaccine wastage in our Telangana State. When more than 70 countries are seeking our vaccine, we cannot afford to waste vaccine. All the eligible need to get vaccinated,” she added.

Dr. Tamilisai Soundararajan called upon the people to strictly adhere to the Covid-19 preventive norms to contain the pandemic. “After taking vaccine also we need to adhere to the preventive norms so as to prevent the spread of the virus,” she added.

Referring to the nutritional intervention in tribal habitations, the Governor said she would launch the training programme for the resource persons for the same in the first week of April.

Secretary to Governor K. Surendra Mohan led the team of Raj Bhavan officials in appraising the Governor of the developments in the State during the video conference.

There is also slight change in release date. Paagal will now be releasing worldwide on May 1st.

Eleventh Phase Sundarakanda Akhanda Pathanam Held






Tirumala, 18 March 2021: The Eleventh phase of Akhanda Sundarakanda Pathanam held with religious fervour amidst devotees chanting the divine 156 shlokas from four chapters at Nada Neerajana Mandapam in Tirumala on Thursday.

 

SVBC telecasted the Parayanam live between 7am and 9am for the sake of global devotees. In the 11th phase, Shlokas from 45 to 48 Chapters from Sundarakanda were recited under the guidance of Veda Vignana Peetham Principal Sri KSS Avadhani, Vedic scholars Sri Pavana Kumara Sharma and Sri Ramanujacharyulu. 

 

Nearly 200 Vedic scholars from Dharmagiri Veda Vignana Peethama, SV Vedic University, National Sanskrit Varsity, SV Higher Vedic Studies, and Veda Parayanamdars took part in this mass recitation of Sundarakanda.

 

The programme commenced with Rama Kodanda Rama song and concluded with Sri Hanuman Jaya Hanumam song rendered in a melodious manner by the artistes. 

 

Special Officer Sri AV Dharma Reddy, National Sanskrit Varsity VC Sri Muralidhara Sharma, Annamacharya Project Director Sri Dakshinamurthy, DyEOs Sri Lokanatham, Sri Nagaraja, Health Officer Dr RR Reddy were also present.

Tirupati, 17 Mar. 21: TTD Joint Executive Officer Smt Sada Bhargavi on Wednesday evening inspected the SV Bala mandir, Deaf and Dumb school and directed officials, students, teachers and hostel wardens to focus on keeping the surroundings clean and green in view of Covid and also keep watch on students' health.

 

The TTD JEO went around the hostel kitchen, student’s rooms, toilets, bathrooms and also classrooms in all the institutions and directed immediate steps for cleanliness and social distancing everywhere.

 

She directed engineering officials to take up whitewashing and also promote greenery and beautification at the Bala mandir.

Tirupati, 17 Mar. 21: TTD Executive Officer Dr KS Jawahar Reddy on Wednesday evening inspected several wings in the TTD administrative building and made valuable suggestions to officials concerned.

 

The focus areas were Board Cell, PRO wing, Services, Recruitment, IT Data Centre, General, Engineering, Welfare, Audit, Law Department etc. and interacted with HoDs on day-to-day activities, file movement, work load on an employee in each section etc.and also interacted with case workers.

 

After inspecting the Attendance registers and others he made valuable suggestions to officials on improving the work efficiency and overall work ethics of each wing.
