K.T.Rama Rao, Hon’ble Minister for MA&UD handed over the 350 Swachh Autos to the beneficiaries for collection of garbage

 

K.Taraka Rama Rao, handed over the 350 Swachh Autos to the beneficiaries for collection of garbage from the households in the city. While speaking on the occasion  Hon’ble Minister said as part of Swachh Hyderabad in order to improve civic amenities GHMC is deploying additional 650 Swachh Autos with higher lifting capacity of 1.5 tons of capacity whereas  earlier ones is 850 kgs only.

Further, he appealed the households / citizens to cooperative with the sanitation staff by placing dry and wet garbage in separate bins to improve efficiency in garbage collection and also in making a healthy Hyderabad city. The Hon’ble Minister recalled the services rendered by the sanitation staff during spread of Covid-19 pandemic and subsequent lock down is laudable. Further the minister suggested to take up sanitation special drive keeping in view of present prevailing situation.

H.w.Mayor Gadwal Vijaya Laxmi said these Swachh autos allotted to the rag pickers / poor people under Driver cum owner with contribution of beneficiaries 10% and 90% by GHMC. The 650 Autos will be distributed to the all 30 circles according to their requirement. These autos were specially designed to carry garbage even the Health Hazards materials can be transported.

Malladi Vishnu Takes TTD Oath

 




Tirumala, 25 March 2021: Vijayawada central MLA Sri Malladi Vishnu took oath as a special invitee of the TTD board at the Srivari temple on Thursday morning.

 

He was served oath of office at the Jaya-Vijaya portico of Srivari temple by the Additional EO Sri AV Dharma Reddy.

 

Thereafter the TTD Veda pundits served Veda Ashir Vachanam and the Additional EO presented Srivari thirtha Prasadam and portrait at the Ranganayakula Mandapam.

 

Speaking to media outside the temple the legislator expressed his gratitude to AP chief minister Sri YS Jaganmohan Reddy for nor appointment to the TTD board and that he prayed Sri Venkateshwara to shower prosperity and health for all in the state.

Naga Shaurya’s Archery Based Film 'LAKSHYA' Is In The Last Leg Of It's Shoot

 


During the ancient times Archery has been used for hunting and combat and its presence in many mythological stories is never forgotten. The people whom we treat as great warriors and God are always seen holding a bow and now it has paved its path on to the silver screen. India’s first movie based on archery, 'Lakshya' is coming soon to the theatres, the sports drama movie starring Naga Shaurya and Ketika Sharma and directed by Dheerendra Santhossh Jagarlapudi promises to be entertaining and exciting. The movie shows Naga Shaurya in a never before look.  Presented by Sonali Narang, Produced by NarayanaDas K. Narang, Puskur Ram Mohan Rao, Sharrath Marar in Sri Venkateswara Cinemas LLP, And Northstar Entertainment Pvt Ltd banners. Ketika Sharma is playing as heroine in this film while versatile actor Jagapathi Babu is playing a crucial role. Naga Shaurya's 20th film, 'Lakshya' is being made for the first time in India with a backdrop of ancient archery with all commercial aspects. 80 % of the shoot has been completed and the film is currently undergoing it's post production works.


Archery as a sport was included in the Summer Olympics in the year 1900 and since then it has become an important part in the sporting community. The sport requires a keen eye, discipline and top-notch concentration. India is emerging to mark itself in this sport by producing many talented archers. The teaser which was released on Naga Shaurya’s birthday has an amazing count of views and it showed glimpses of a flick which is going to make us sit at the edges of our seat.

The film has Naga Shaurya, Ketika Sharma, Jagapathi Babu, Sachin Khedekar as the lead cast.
