TTD to Announce Anjandri as Hanuman Birth Place on 21st April
Tirupati, 12 Apr. 21: Tirumala Tirupati Devasthanams is all set to declare Anjanadri hills of Tirumala as the Birth place of Anjaneya Swamy by presenting mythological, epigraphically and astrological evidences on the auspicious day of Sri Ramanavami on April 21.
TTD EO Dr KS Jawahar Reddy has constituted a committee in December last to study in detail about the evidences confirming Anjanadri Hills as birth place of Hanuman with eminent scholars including VCs of Vedic Varsity and National Sanskrit Varsity, two professors from National Sanskrit Varsity and Project Officer of Higher Vedic studies as Convenor under the supervision of Additional EO Sri AV Dharma Reddy.
Koil Alwar Tirumanjanam Performed for Vontimitta Brahmotsavams
Vontimitta, 12 Apr. 21: As the annual brahmotsavams in Vontimitta Sri Kodandaramalayam at YSR Kadapa district are slated to begin on April 21, the traditional Koil Alwar Tirumanjanam was performed in the temple on Monday.
The entire temple premises is cleansed with Parimalam - an aromatic mixture as part of this traditional cleaning activity.
The important days in the annual fete includes Dhwajarohanam in Mithuna Lagnam on April 21, Sri Sita Rama Kalyanam on April 26, Rathotsavma on April 27 and Dhwajavarohanam on April 29. Pushpayagam will be observed on April 30.
Aditi Rao Hydari’s First Look In Maha Samudram Unveiled
Director Ajay Bhupathi who made impressive debut with RX 100 has stunned with a shocking twist to female lead character. Likewise, female characters in Maha Samudram are also given prominence.
Aditi Rao Hydari plays the leading lady and her first look poster from the film is unveiled today. Her character name is Maha and first look poster sees Aditi Rao Hydari in tears with deep thoughts.
The most prestigious project of Ajay Bhupathi features Sharwanand and Siddharth in the lead roles.
Tipped to be an intense love and action drama, Sunkara Ramabrahmam bankrolls the film under AK Entertainments banner.
The film also stars Anu Emmanuel playing the other female lead.
Raj Thota cranks the camera, while Chaitan Bharadwaj renders the soundtracks and Praveen KL is the editor. Kolla Avinash is the production designer.
Maha Samudram is slated for release on August 19th.

Ravi Teja’s Khiladi Teaser Out
Ravi Teja and director Ramesh Varma who are in top form have collaborated together for the first time for an action entertainer Khiladi.
The film’s teaser is unleashed today as Ugadi treat for fans and movie buffs and it promises Khiladi is going to be an action-packed commercial entertainer.
Apart from action, there are high intense emotions, romance and some thrilling elemnts as well in the teaser.
Ravi Teja who is seen romancing Dimple Hayathi tries to assassinate her, making us curious to know what led him to take the extreme decision.
Meenakshi Chaudhary, Arjun, Thakoor Anoop Singh, Murali Sharma, Anasuya Bharadwaj etc. are also seen in the teaser that has only one dialogue and that was mouthed by Ravi Teja.
“If you play smart without stupid emotions, you are unstoppable,” says Ravi Teja and this defines his ruthless character.
Sujit Vaasudev and GK Vishnu’s cinematography and Devi Sri Prasad’s background score are the major assets of the film, other than Ravi Teja’s intense performance. Being made on huge budget, every frame looks lavish.
Ravi Teja plays a dual role in the film produced by Satyanarayana Koneru. Bollywood production house Pen Studios bankrolls the project in association with A Studios.
The film under Havish Production comes with the tagline play smart.
Ramesh Varma is taking extreme care and is making Khiladi with high standard technical values. Srikanth Vissa and music director DSP's brother Sagar provide dialogues, while Srimani pens lyrics and Amar Reddy is the editor of the film.
Four fight masters- Ram-Lakshman and Anbu-Arivu are working for the film.

Annamaiah Death Anniiversary Fete Concludes
Tirupati, 11 Apr. 21: The 518th Death Anniversary of Saint Poet Sri Tallapaka Annamacharya concluded on Sunday.
TTD mulled series of religious programmes at Tirupati, Tirumala and Tallapaka from April 7 to 11 under the aegis of the Annamacharya Project in a big way.
The literary, devotional musical programmes mused the denizens and devotees of respective places.
Annamacharya Project Director Sri Dakshinamurthy Sharma supervised the arrangements at all places.
CJI Designate Justice NV Ramana Offers Prayers at Tirumala Temple
Tirumala, 11 Apr. 21: Hon'ble Supreme Court Judge Mr Justice NV Ramana offered prayers in the hill shrine of Lord Venkateswara on Sunday morning.
The Hon’ble Judge was earlier received by TTD Chairman Sri YV Subba Reddy, TTD EO Dr KS Jawahar Reddy and Addl EO Sri AV Dharma Reddy at the main entrance of the temple and had darshan of Lord Venkateswara.
