Kodandarama Aloft Garuda Vahana

 




Vontimitta, 25 Apr. 21: TTD organised the holiest and grandeur of all vahanas, Garuda vahana, on Sunday night, the fifth day of the annual Brahmotsavam of Sri Kodandarama Swamy Temple.

 

The festivities of vahana seva was conducted in ekantham inside the temple in view of Covid guidelines.

 

Garuda is not only a chariot but also a confidant, friend, pedestal and iconic flag of Mahavishnu. The utsava idols of Sri Kodandarama Swamy on the majestic vahana is a cynosure for all devotees. Garuda Seva is held in reverence in over 108 countries across the world.

 

Temple AEO Sri Muralidhar, Superintendent Sri Venkateshaiah, Temple Inspector Sri Dhananjeyulu and other staff were present.

Darsakendrudu's 'PellisandaD' First Song Releasing On April 28th

 


April 28th.. This date has very importance in Darsakendrudu K. Raghavendra Rao's life. April 28th marks the release day of K.Raghavendra Rao's Directorial 'Adavi Ramudu' which redefined the commercial cinema writing new history at the box office. April 28th also marks the release of World Wide Box Office Blockbuster 'Baahubali 2' which is presented by K. Raghavendra Rao in the Direction of his protege SS Rajamouli. On such an important date, The audio (First song) of PelliSandaD which is being made under the supervision of Darskaendrudu K. Raghavendra Rao is getting released.


'Pellisandadi' which was released in 1996 emerged as Biggest Blockbuster and ran for more than an year in theatres. It is biggest musical hit and the songs are still being listened by listeners even after 25 years. Darsakendrudu is making 'PellisandaD' again. This is not a sequel but a new story. While Srikanth is the Hero of 1996's 'Pellisandadi', his son Roshan is playing as the Hero in latest 'PelliSandaD'. 'Pellisandadi' songs in the combination of Darsakendrudu K. Raghavendra Rao and Swaravani MM Keeravani's songs are still Popular among the listeners. Keeravani is composing music to this 'PelliSandaD' too.

First song from Romantic Musical Entertainer 'PellisandaD' is getting released on April 28th. With this song K. Raghavendra Rao - Keeravani's Musical Fest will begin again.

TTD JEo Inspects Srinivasam and Madhavam Quarantine Centers

Tirupati, 24 Apr. 21: TTD JEO Smt Sada Bhargavi on Saturday directed officials to ensure all facilities like oxygen supply, medicines and nutritional food to TTD employees and their families who were admitted to the Covid quarantine centres.

 

On the directions of TTD EO Dr KS Jawahar Reddy the JEO inspected the Srinivasam and Madhavam quarantine Centre and reviewed all arrangements like beds, medicines, sanitation, medical teams, and PPE kits, Gloves, masks and face shields.

 

Thereafter she reviewed the situation with CMO, Additional Health officer, Covid Nodal officer and others.

 

Speaking later the TTD JEO instructed officials to make all arrangements including Yoga Centre for benefit of TTD employees and their family members admitted at the quarantine centres besides medicines and full medical care,

 

She said motivation videos on yoga treatment should be sent to mobiles of all employees with tips on doing it themselves besides conducting online yoga classes to them.

 

She also set up an emergency response team comprising of CMO, Additional Health Officer, Covid Nodal officer, TTD welfare officer, and a Doctor from BIRRD hospital 

 

The JEO asked officials to stock adequate oxygen cylinders at Madhavam quarantine centre and to deploy a dedicated sanitation and cleaning unit.

 

She instructed that arrangements should be made for providing Covid kits to TTD employees in-home quarantine and also to monitor their conditions regularly.

 

She asked all HoDs to ensure admission of their unit staff affected by Covid to quarantine centres and to motivate their family members.

 

She also directed DyEO of Annadanam at Tirupati Sri Lakshman Naik to ensure the provision of nutritional food to employees in quarantine as per the prescribed menu.

 

TTD CMO Dr Muralidhar, additional health officer Dr Sunil, Nodal officer Dr Bharat, BIRRD in charge RMO Sri Shailendra, TTD welfare officer Sri Ananda Raju and others were present.

Vasantothsavam Begins at Srivari Temple

 







Tirumala, 24 Apr. 21: The annual Vasantothsavam celebrations commenced at the Kalyana mandapam inside Srivari temple on Saturday in ekantham in view of Covid guidelines.

 

As part of three-day festivities on the first day, the utsava idols of Sri Malayappa and his consorts were given Snapana thirumanjanam in the afternoon after traditional rituals of Viswaksenaradhana, Punya havachanam, Nava kalasha abhisekam, naivedyam etc. After Asthana in the evening, the utsava idols were also taken out in a procession on Mada streets at night.

 

Tirumala pontiffs Sri Sri Sri Pedda Jeeyarswamy and Sri Sri Sri Chinna Jeeyarswamy, TTD EO Dr KS Jawahar Reddy, CVSO Sri Gopinath Jatti, Temple DyEO Sri Harindranath and others were present.

Ashok Leyland Donates Mini Bus to TTD

 



Tirumala, 24 Apr. 21: The auto giant Ashok Leyland Co, Chennai has donated an Rs.24 lakh worth of minibus of 34 seat capacity to TTD on Saturday.

 

On behalf of Ashok Leyland, Sri K Mohan, its Sales Head handed over the vehicle keys to Srivari temple DyEO Sri Harindranath in front of Srivari temple after special pujas etc.

 

DI Sri Mohan was also present.

Kodandarama Shines as Navneeta Krishna

 





Vontimitta, 24 Apr. 21: On the fourth day of the ongoing annual Sri Ramanavami Brahmotsavam, Sri Kodandaramaswamy shined in Navneetkrishna alankaram in Friday morning vahana seva.

 

As per COVID-19 guidelines, the fete was conducted in ekantham inside the ancient temple in the YSR Kadapa district.

 

Thereafter in the afternoon, the archakas performed Snapana thirumanjanam to the utsava idols of Sri Kodandaramaswami and his consorts.

Sri Rama Chandra Rides Hanumantha Vahanam

 



Vontimitta, 24 Apr. 21: On the fourth day of the ongoing annual Sri Kodandaramaswamy Brahmotsavam at Vontimetta, the utsava idols of Sri Sita, Lakshmana sameta Sri Ramachandra rode on Hanumanta vahana in ekantham due to COVID-19 guidelines on Friday night.

 

Puranic legends herald the glory of Hanuman, who was taught tenets of Dasa Bhakti by none other than Sri Rama which in turn was passed on by Hanumanta to his followers.

 

Temple AEO Sri Muralidhar, Superintendent Sri Venkateshaiah, Inspector Sri Dhananjeyulu and other staff were present.
