Vasanthothsavam Begins at Sri Kalyana Venkateswara Swamy VariTemple

 






The annual Vasantothsavams fete of Sri Kalyana Venkateswara Swamy Temple at Srinivasa Mangapuram commenced on Saturday in Ekantam as per Covid guidelines.

 

As part of the festivities, Snapana Tirumanjanam was performed for the utsava idols of of Sri Kalyana Venkateswara Swamy and His consorts Sri Bhudevi and Sri Devi in the afternoon.

 

Temple DyEO Smt Shanti, AEO Sri Dhananjayudu Superintendent Sri Changalrayulu temple archakas and other staff were present.

16 Hour Non-Stop Sundarakanda Pathanam on 31st May

 





Tirumala, 29 May 2021: TTD is set to organise a 16-hour uninterrupted Akhanda Sundarakanda Pathanam on May 31 at Dharmagiri Veda Vignana Peetham in Tirumala said TTD Additional EO Sri AV Dharma Reddy.

 

Speaking to media persons at Dharmagiri Veda Vignana Peetham on Saturday the Additional EO said to ward off the ill effects of the Covid-19 pandemic, TTD has taken up several religious events in the last one year. 

 

As part of this Parayana Maha Yagnam, Akhanda Pathanam with slokas from all Sargas of Sundarakanda will be recited on May 31 from 6am to 10pm without any break with 40 Vedic pundits in four batches with 10 in each batch which will be telecasted live on SVBC for the benefit of global devotees.

 

As the program will be telecasted live for 16hours non-stop, other scheduled programmes which are to be telecasted by SVBC remains cancelled on May 31 except for Srivari Kalyanam and Sahasra Deepalankara Seva which will be played in split form while Sundarakanda Programme is being continued. 

 

Veda Vignana Peetham Principal Sri KS Avadhani, CEO SVBC Sri Suresh Kumar, SE 2 Sri Nageswara Rao, DyEO Sri Harindranath and other officials were also present.

Cinematographer KV Guhan after delivering a SuperHit '118' is now coming with a Mystery Thriller, 'WWW' (Evaru.. Ekkada.. Enduku..) as his latest film. Adith Arun and Shivani Rajashekar are playing the lead roles. Dr. Ravi P. Raju Datla is bankrolling this film under Ramantra Creations banner.  Makers recently released a catchy RAP video song, 'Who.. Where.. Why' Lockdown song to bring some positive vibes and smiles in these tough times during COVID 2nd wave. The song garnered very good response in social media. Melody song 'Kannulu Chedire' lyrical from the film 'WWW' is released by Young Hero Adivi Sesh and wished all the best to the entire unit. The song goes with beautiful lyrics penned with Anantha Sriram, " Kannulu Chedire andaanni.. Vennela terapai chusaane, kadule kaalaanne nimisham nilipesaane.. nannika neelo vidichaane, ninnalu gaallo kalipaane.. ippude neninkola mallee puttaane..'  is mellifluous melody soulfully crooned by Yazin Nizar composed by Simon K King. On this occasion..

Prasanth Varma’s Superhero Film Titled HANU-MAN

 


Superheroes in Tollywood is something that this generation has never seen before. Creative director Prasanth Varma just delivered a hit with Zombie Reddy by introducing Zombies to Tollywood. He is now introducing a new genre to Telugu audience, but this time it’s bigger than ever.


Prasanth Varma, on his birthday, announced a cinematic universe of superheroes and poster of its original film is unleashed today. Titled ‘Hanu-Man!’, it’s the original Indian superhero film.

Superheroes have their past history in the semidivine heroes of myth and legend. They exhibit feats of incredible strength and fighting prowess.

Superhero movies have been ruling the Hollywood from more than a decade. DC and Marvel superhero movies are making huge box office collection. Recent Avengers End Game is the highest grossed movie of all time.

Prasanth Varma is bringing this super hit genre to Telugu audience. High packed action sequences and hero elevations in superhero movies are sure to bring audience to theatres.

‘HANU-MAN’ must be inspired from Indian mythology. The title is justified, as HANUMAN is the SUPER HERO figure for Indians. The title logo looks authoritative with a sun and a diamond placed in between HANU and MAN.

The makers have also released motion poster which is a visual extravaganza.

The exotic locations of Himalayas are presented exquisitely and the background score gives a divine feel to the video.

Needless to say, HANU-MAN is going to be something new, big and exciting. The director will announce cast and crew of the project soon, including its protagonist.

Sri Kalayana Venkateswara Swamy Vari Temple Vasanthotsavam from 29th May to 31st May

 


Tirupati, 28 May 2021: TTD will be organising annual Vasantothsavams at


Sri Kalyana Venkateswara Swamy temple in Srinivasa Mangapuram from May 29 to 31 in Ekantam under Covid guidelines.

 

As part of the celebrations, Snapana thirumanjanam fete will be performed for the utsava idols of Sri Venkateswara and His two consorts on the first two days and on last day Sri Sita Lakshmana Anjaneya sameta Sri Ramachandramurty and Sri Krishna and His consorts will also be offered Snapana Tirumanjanam.

 

The significance of the festival is the worship of the Utsava idols with seasonal fruits, flowers and aromatic leaves in the autumn says Archakas.

 

Nandamuri Kalyan Ram’s ‘Bimbisara’

 

 



Nandamuri Kalyan Ram’s 18th film title and first glimpse are unveiled. Produced by Hari Krishna K under NTR Arts banner, the film is titled ‘Bimbisara’ and comes up with the tagline ‘A Time Travel From Evil To Good.’


Mallidi Vashist is directing ‘Bimbisara’ and on the occasion of NTR’s birth anniversary the announcements were made. The first look glimpse shows Kalyan Ram in a never before avatar.

Right from the beginning of his career, Kalyan Ram has thrived for different roles and yet again he makes a point to prove it that he is game for diverse content. Seen as a barbaric king, Kalyan Ram holds a sword that has blood stains and is seated above a pool of dead bodies.

Kalyan Ram’s look and the backdrop with vfx are just terrific. “We have started the shooting of the film last year. We are making the film with high technical values and involves a lot of graphic works. Huge sets were erected for this film and it is going to be a bid budget film in Kalyan Ram’s career. Currently the shooting is stalled due to the Covid-19 and once things normalise, the works resume. We are planning to release the movie in second half of this year,” said the ‘Bimbisara’ team.

Catherine Tresa and Samyuktha Menon are playing the female lead roles.

Sri Somesh Kumar,IAS., Chief Secretary to Govt. visits vaccination centres

 

Chief Secretary Sri Somesh Kumar IAS informed that more than 1.4 lakh people in the districts will be administered vaccination over the next three days during the special vaccination drive which began today across the state.  The special vaccination drive for high risk groups is being conducted as per the directions of the Honourable Chief Minister Sri K Chandrasekhar Rao .  Similarly 32 centres have been set up in GHMC area, which will run for seven days,  where around 30 thousand people will be vaccinated daily.

            Chief Secretary today visited Red Rose Function palace and inspected the vaccination centre where the high risk  and high exposure people were being given the first dose of vaccination.  He stated that the vaccination centres will start from 8 AM daily and street vendors, workers working in pesticide shops and other kirana shops identified by the officials and who are given coupons will be given vaccination.  No walk in  are allowed. He expressed satisfaction at the arrangements made by the GHMC  officials for the people who come for vaccination.  He also interacted with the people who thanked the government for providing an opportunity for getting themselves vaccinated.

            Later, Chief Secretary visited the Press Club at Somajiguda where the journalists are being vaccinated.  Secretary Health and Family Welfare Rizvi, GHMC Commissioner Lokesh Kumar, Hyderabad Collector Sweta Mohanty, Director Public Health Srinivas Rao and other officials were present.
