Special Sahasra Kalasabhishekam on 20th June

 


The annual Special Sahasra Kalasabhishekam will be performed on June 20 commemorating the consecration of Bhoga Srinivasamurty.

 

About 14 centuries ago, Pallava Queen Samavai Perundevi has presented a foot tall Silver idol of Bhoga Srinivasamurty which is considered as the replica of the main deity of Venkateswara Swamy.

 

TTD has been observing this fete since 2006 celebrating the historical occasion. On June 20 Special Sahasra Kalasabhishekam will be observed in Ekantam in Vendi Vakili between 6am and 8:30am.

Nani who produced several super hit films under Wall Poster Cinema presents another exciting project “Meet Cute” to be produced by Prashanthi Tipirneni.


Starting From Awe to HIT, Wall Poster Cinema made content-rich films. Likewise, “Meet Cute” is also going to be a content-driven movie.

Introduced talented directors like Prashanth Varma and Sailesh Kolanu, the production banner introduces another debutante Deepthi Ghanta as director.

The film “Meet Cute”, billed to be another intriguing project, has been launched today.

Nani sounded the clapboard on Satyaraj for the muhurtham shot.

Avinash Kolla and Garry BH will handle art and editing departments respectively.

Blood Donation is a great gift of life

Hyderabad, June 14: Governor Dr. Tamilisai Soundararajan on Monday saluted the blood donors for their noble gesture to save precious lives. She said that blood donation is a great gift of life.  

Virtual interacting with the Indian Red Cross Society (IRCS), Telangana State functionaries on the occasion of the World Blood Donor Day-2021, from Raj Bhavan, here, the Governor said that we all must acknowledge the service of the blood donors.

Referring to the scarcity of the blood due to the prevailing Covid-19 pandemic conditions, Dr. Tamilisai Soundararajan urged the youth to come forward to donate blood to save many precious lives and be the lifesavers.

“Availability of the required blood units is a critical factor in healthcare system. The Covid-19 pandemic has aggravated the crisis of shortage of blood units to perform many life saving surgeries and transfusion of blood to the needy,” she added.

The Governor called upon the Red Cross functionaries to re-strategise their blood donation action plan so as to motivate more and more number of people to donate blood in these pandemic times.

“It is our duty to create the best and safe blood donation facilities and ensure the best of the morale of the blood donors. It is high time that community participation and strengthening the Youth Red Cross units are vital in mobilizing required units of blood,” she added.

The Governor appreciated the efforts of the IRCS for their proactive services in blood donation and supplies to the needy like Thalassemia patients even in the times of pandemic.

The IRCS functionaries from all over the State have elaborated on their activities to the Governor, who is also the President of the IRCS, Telangana State.

Secretary to Governor K. Surendra Mohan, IRCS State unit chairman Prakash Reddy, general secretary Madan Mohan, IRCS blood bank director Dr. K. Pitchi Reddy, and others spoke on the occasion.

Director Krish Launched Trailer Of Abhinav Sardhar and Ram Karthik Starrer Sci-Fi Action Drama `Peanut Diamond`

 





`Peanut Diamond` is an upcoming film written and directed by Venkatesh Triparna who is also producing it in association with Abhinav Sardhar under ASP Media House and GV Ideas as Production No.1.


Starring Abhinav Sardhar, Ram Karthik, Chandini Tamilarasan, Sherry Agarwal and Shaani Salmon in the lead roles, the film has music by `Bengal Tiger` Fame Bheems Ceciroleo. J. Prabhakara Reddy is handling the cinematography. Billed to be a unique sci-fi action romance, the film’s first look that was launched by successful director Maruthi got tremendous response.

The film’s song was released by Tollywood’s young and dynamic hero Sudheer Babu and it was well-received. The teaser was launched by Tollywood top producer Dil Raju. Trailer of the movie has been launched today by creative director Krish.

While speaking on the occasion, Krish said, “The title `Peanut Diamond` sounds very interesting. I’m looking forward to watch the movie. The trailer looks wonderful. The director’s efforts can be witnessed in every frame. I wish this film to be a super hit and bring a good name to the producers and director.”

Coming to the trailer, the film’s story is based on two different timelines. While one story dates back to 1989, the other narrates the present-day story. Abhinav Sardhar is terrific in the 80’s story, while Ram Karthik is equally impressive in present story. The technical team too gave their best.

Nithiin, Merlapaka Gandhi, Sreshth Movies Maestro Final Shooting Schedule Begins

 


Hero Nithiin’s milestone 30th film Maestro directed by Merlapaka Gandhi is in last leg of shooting.

Final shooting schedule of Maestro has commenced today in Hyderabad and it is the first star hero movie to resume shoot, post second wave of the pandemic.

Currently, the team is canning scenes involving Nithiin and Tamannaah Bhatia. These are going to be most crucial sequences of the film. With this schedule, the entire shooting part will be wrapped up.

Nabha Natesh has paired opposite Nithiin in the crime comedy.

The film’s first look poster and teaser were released on Nithiin’s birthday and the response was massive.

Mahati Swara Sagar who gave chartbuster album for Bheeshma is working for the second time with Nithiin.

N Sudhakar Reddy and Nikitha Reddy are producing the film under Shreshth Movies Banner, while Rajkumar Akella is presenting it. The film has cinematography by J Yuvraj.

Jyestabhishekam in Sri Tirumala Templel form 22nd June 24th Junbe

 


The annual Jyestabhishekam will be observed in Tirumala temple from June 22 till June 24.

 

This festival is also known as Abhidyeyaka Abishekam and is performed to Utsava deities every year in the month of Jyesta concluding on Jyesta star.

 

On the first day Sri Malayappa Swamy will be decked in Vajra Kavacha, second day in Mutyapu Kavacha and on the final day in Swarna Kavacha.

 

It is in this golden armour the deity graces the devotees all through the year.

 

TTD has cancelled virtual arjitha sevas including Kalyanotsavam, arjita Brahmotsavam and Unjal seva on the last day in connection with this festival.

Union Minister Offers Prayers in Sri Padmavati Ammavari Temple

 








Union Minister for Railways and Minister of Commerce & Industry Sri Piyush Goyal accompanied by family members offered prayers to Goddess Padmavathi in Tiruchanoor on Sunday.

 

On his arrival at the main entrance of the temple, he was accorded a warm welcome in a traditional manner. AP Minister Sri Bugga Rajendranath, TTD Board Member Sri Chavireddy Bhaskar Reddy, JEO Smt Sada Bhargavi accompanied the dignitary to the temple.

 

The Union Minister along with his family offered prayers in the sanctum sanctorum of Goddess. Later he was offered prasadams.

 

Temple DyEO Smt Kasturi  Bai and others were also present.
