TTD To Develop Anjanadri Anjaneya Temple at Akasha Ganga- TTD Chairman





TTD Chairman Sri YV Subba Reddy said on Saturday that TTD will take up all round development of the Anjaneya temple at Anjanadri near Akashaganga at Tirumala soon.

Speaking  to media after performing special pujas at the temple along with TTD EO Sri KS Jawahar Reddy, other board members and Additional EO Sri AV Dharma Reddy, the TTD Chairman said  Akasaganga is believed by devotees as birth place of Sri Anjaneya and hence TTD plans to develop the Anjana Devi sameta Bala Anjaneya temple in this area.

Later TTD EO said the Vedic pundits committee had also assessed that Anjanadri at Akashaganga as birth place of Anjaneya and hence an action plan was prepared for developing all devotee friendly facilities here on war footing.

Medicine for Covid Donated

TD Chairman Sri YV Subba Reddy has opened Anandayya medicine on Saturday for the sake of employees of TTD and their families at his camp office at Tirumala.

The medicine has been donated by TTD Employees Association which has ordered onr lakh medicines to be distributed among Regular, Outsourcing, Retired employees of TTD and their families to fight against ill effects of Covid Virus.

Dhwajarohanam Marks Commencement of Annual Brahmotsavaams









The ceremonial Dhwajrohanam marked the commencement of annual Brahmotsavams at Appalayagunta on Saturday in Ekantam amidst Covid guidelines.

 

The holy Garuda flag was hoisted on the temple Dhwajam in the auspicious Simha Lagnam.

 

Temple DyEO Smt Kasturi Bai, AEO Sri Prabhakar Reddy, Superintendent Sri Gopalakrishna Reddy, Temple Inspector Sri Srinivasa Raju were also present.

 

TTD Board Takes Important Resolutions in its Last Meet

 The TTD Trust Board under the Chairmanship of Sri YV Subba Reddy has resolved some important decisions for the benefit of the pilgrims, employees and public in general during its final meeting held at Annamaiah Bhavan in Tirumala on Saturday.

 

Before briefing the resolutions to media, the TTD Board Chief thanked Honourable CM of Andhra Pradesh Sri YS Jagan Mohan Reddy, all the members of the Trust Board, TTD authorities, officials, employees and everyone for extending support to the Board in executive some innovative and important works for the benefit of the pilgrims. He said though, the Board has to face the hard time due to the Corona pandemic almost from the past one and a half years, with the support from TTD officials and pilgrim public many development works were taken up.

 

Some excerpts from the meeting:

 

Ă˜  Priority to common pilgrims was given curbing the categories of L1, L2 and L3 in VIP Break Darshan System 

 

Ă˜  Tirumala has been made a Plastic free zone by completely banning the usage of plastic

 

Ă˜  To weed off the ill effects of Corona Covid 19 virus pandemic, TTD has taken up several Spiritual programmes in the last 14 months in Nada Neerajanam platform at Tirumala by telecasting live on SVBC which boosted confidence among world devotees.

 

Ă˜  Though the board thought of completing construction of 500 temples with the help of Samarsata Foundation and Endowments department in the last two years, due to lockdown works were not taken up. However, these works will be completed in the next one year in Dalitwada, Agency and fishermen areas.

 

Ă˜  The construction of Srivari temple was taken up at many important areas to spread the glory of Srivaru. As a part of this sacred mission, the Board has also resolved to construct a temple at Himalayas and hence did the foundation stone ceremony at Majhin village area in Jammu on June 13. The Srivari temple works will be completed here in the next one and a half years.

Ă˜  Once the things turns to normalcy, TTD is also contemplating to construct Srivari temples in Varanasi and Mumbai in a span of next one year.

 

Ă˜  Gudiko Gomata is a huge hit among the various unique programmes taken up by the Board as it is been implemented in over 100 temples so far across the country 

 

Ă˜  The Board approved for the Vendi Vakili works for Varaha Swamy temple 

 

Ă˜  A unique programme, Govinduniki Go Adharita Naivedyam programme will be taken up in a full fledged manner. In this programme, the daily Naivedyam for Swami Varu will be prepared out of organic cereals and ingredients used for making holy prasadam. 

 

Ă˜  SVBC Kannada and Hindi Channels to be launched in two to three months

 

Ă˜  @ SRIVANI Trust funds to be utilized towards construction and renovation of temples in backward areas

 

Ă˜  Pilgrim Allowance to be implemented to retired pensioners of HDPP akin to regular retired employees of TTD

 

Ă˜  A Committee to be constituted to look into the eligibilities of the Contract and Outsourcing employees working in TTD for regularization

 

Ă˜  Removal of all unauthorized shops in Tirumala in a week's time

 

Ă˜  Honourable CM of AP will be invited to lay the foundation stone for Paediatric Hospital in Tirupati.

 

Ă˜  Nod to construct 13 Kalyana Mandapams in the viable areas

 

Ă˜  TTD to develop Hanuman Birth Place at Anjanadri in Tirumala

 

Ă˜  To take up Garuda Varadhi extension works with the funds of TTD from Kapila Theertham to Alipiri for the benefit of the pilgrims

 

Ă˜  Plying of Electric buses soon to protect the environs of Tirumala








Vaikunta Nadha On Pedda Sesha Vahaman







Sri Prasanna Venkateswara Swamy blessed devotees in the guise of Vaikuntanadha on Peddasesha Vahanam.

The vahana sevas commenced with the Seven hooded divine serpent vahanam as part of nine day annual Brahmotsavams in Appalayagunta which kick started on Saturday in Ekantam.

Lyca Productions donates Rs 2 Cr to Tamilnadu CM Corona Relief Fund


Lyca Productions, one of the leading production houses in the country, is in the news for coming out with a noble gesture. The banner has donated a whopping amount towards covid relief.


The production house, on behalf of Alli Raja Subhaskaran, has handed over a cheque of Rs. 2 crores to the Honourable Chief Minister of Tamil Nadu, Thiru. M K Stalin, at the Secretariat in Chennai.

In a statement, Mr. GKM Tamil Kumaran, Mr. Niruthan and Mr. Gaurav have said that they were honoured to meet with the Chief Minister. The amount will go into the Tamil Nadu CM Corona Relief Fund.

Adivi Sesh’s Major Shoot To Resume In July


Adivi Sesh’s first Pan India film Major had already completed 90% of its shoot and only small portion of filming is pending.


Apparently, Sesh is keen to resume the shoot of his most ambitious project for which he has also penned the script.

The actor revealed that, the film’s shoot will resume in July.
The young hero has shared a working still during the shoot of Major in Chitkul along with his producer Sharath and stated, “When we began #MajorTheFilm last year :) #Chitkul was never colder. But brilliant visuals and amazing people led to great memories. Can’t wait to start filming in July. An Epic Story inspired by the life of #MajorSandeepUnnikrishnan :) @SharathWho .”

Sashi Kiran Tikka is directing the movie which is based on the life of Sandeep Unnikrishnan, who helped save lives during the 26/11 terror attacks in Mumbai in 2008.

Major is one of the most anticipated films and the teaser got overwhelming response across the country. The video that got record views and won appreciation of all indeed set bar high on the film.

Major is a hot cake in the business circles and the makers have been getting fancy offers for theatrical and other rights. Overseas rights of the movie were sold recently for a whopping price.
