Apollo Hospitals commemorates National Doctors’ Day, by saluting the Doctors for their commitment to patient care!









Hyderabad, July 1st, 2021: Apollo Hospitals
, hosted a uniqueand colorful march past to commemorate the National Doctors’ Day. The hospital staff from across departments took part in the march past and greeted the Doctors present on a podium, as they passed by, at Apollo Health City, Jubilee Hills, today.

 

The impressive celebrations were organized as a mark of reverence and to express immense gratitude to the Doctor community for their unparalleled commitment and dedication to patient care in the most trying of circumstances, prevailing due to COVID 19. The march past had all the pomp and gaiety associated with festivities. The security personnel led the march to the melodious and rhythmic tunes of Police band. The other marching contingents comprised of Bike ambulances, Critical care ambulances and staff from different departments, holding placards, banners, applauding the initiative of Doctors.

 

Speaking on the occasion Mr Y Subramanyam, Regional CEO, Apollo Hospitals, Hyderabad; said, only a Doctor is blessed with the magical powers to treat a life, bring health in our lives and be there with us when we have lost all the hopes and that’s the reason Doctors are precious. But for patient’s every day is a Doctors’ day as during their moment of distress and trauma no one else can be their saviour.

Ravi Teja, Sarath Mandava, Sudhakar Cherukuri Film’s Shoot Begins Today



Ravi Teja’s 68th film directed by Sarath Mandava under Sudhakar Cherukuri’s SLV Cinemas LLP and RT Teamworks goes on floors from today. The shoot has begun in Hyderabad where the team is canning important sequences on Ravi Teja and other prominent cast.


The announcement poster looks captivating as Ravi Teja can be seen sitting on a chair and the board shows it’s an executive magistrate office. The fire indicates intensity of Ravi Teja’s character.

The poster also sees an old letter of someone’s swearing in as a government official. On the desk, we can observe a typewriter, files etc. It also consists many other elements which obviously have strong connection with the film’s story.

Billed to be a unique thriller with story inspired from true incidents, Ravi Teja plays a never-seen-before role in the movie and going by the poster he sports entirely a different look.

Divyansha Koushik of Majili fame is the leading lady opposite Ravi Teja in the film that has popular names in cast and technical crew associated with it.

Music for the yet to be titled flick is by Sam CS, while Sathyan Sooryan ISC cranks the camera. Praveen KL is the editor.

Speedd Up Repair Works of Cottages in Tirumala TTD EO


TTD EO Dr KS Jawahar Reddy instructed the Engineering Officials to speed up the repair works of cottages in Tirumala and also the Alipiri footpath route for the benefit of visiting pilgrims.

 

The Senior Officers Meeting held in on Wednesday through a virtual platform wherein the EO directed the Chief Engineer Sri Nageswara Rao to come out with a detailed report on pending works with a special focus on the Alipiri footpath.

 

He instructed the concerned to arrange electric meters to all cottages in Tirumala.

 

The EO also reviewed on the status of development works in SVIMS, BIRRD and Children's Hospital.

 

Later he reviewed on setting up a Centralized Procurement Cell in TTD for procuring medicines for all hospitals under its umbrella.

 

He asked the HoDs to educate their sub staff on the significance of vaccination and ensure that everyone including regular and outsourcing employees get vaccinated.

 

He also reviewed with JEO Smt Sada Bhargavi on pending DA cases and training to compassionate appointments and directed her to ensure that the employees get pension and other gratuity benefits on their day of retirement without any delay. The EO also directed her to deploy sufficient man power to Tirumala Reception.

 

The EO also reviewed on eOffice and other instructed all HoDs that every official communication should be carried out on Digital Platform alone.

 

CVSO Sri Gopinath Jatti, FACAO Sri O Balaji and other HoDs participated in this Virtual meeting.

Ingredients from Indigenous Cow Products Donated

TD has received a unique donation of Rs. One crore worth organic cereals and other ingredients produced out of Desi Cow products used for making Srivari Prasadam.

 

Former TTD Board member and My Home Group Chief Sri Jupalli Rameswara Rao has sent this largesse prepared in Sri Tridandi Chinna Jeeyar Swamy Ashram at Hyderabad to TTD through another TTD Ex-board member Sri Shiva Kumar who inturn handed over the materials to the TTD officials in front of Tirumala temple on Wednesday.

 

The donation includes 6200kilos rice, 1500kilos desi ghee, 17kilos almonds, 315kilos cashew nuts, 85kilos mustard seeds, 18kilos fenugreek, 20kilos turmeric, 25kilos Asafoetida, nearly 850 kilos of different cereals, 50kilos rock salt, 350 kilos tamarind, 375kilos oil etc.

 

It may be mentioned here that during the last Board meeting a resolution had been taken to encourage indigenous organic products for making Naivedyam to Srivaru in the name "Govinduniki Go Adharita Naivedyam".

Eo Inspects Sri Venkateswara Gosala









TTD EO Dr KS Jawahar Reddy on Wednesday evening inspected SV Gosamrakshanasala in Tirupati.

 

The Gosala Director Dr Harinath Reddy explained  about the number of cattle, the process of feeding of fodder to EO.

 

The EO also inspected the products made out of Panchagavya, Agarbatti shed, Fodder godown, new arch under construction in SV Gosala.

 

CE Sri Nageswara Rao, SEs Sri Jagadeeshwar Reddy, Sri Venkateswarulu, DE Sri Ravishankar Reddy were also present.

 

EO VISITS RSVP LIBRARY

 

Earlier EO visited National Sanskrit University (Rastriya Sanskrit Vidya Peetham) and seen the ancient manuscripts in the library.

 

He had a glance of Krishi, Gaja, Vriksha, Aswa Sastras penned by Sri Parasara Maharshi. He sought Varsity VC Prof. Muralidhara Sharma to bring to light the ancient Indian farming tactics in the form of a book and also urged him to enlighten public on Vrishabha festival that is being observed in the holy month of Karthika every year.

 

Varsity Registrar Sri Venkateswarulu was also present.

Sundaraja Swamy Avatarotsavams Enters Second Day




The annual three day Sundararaja Swamy Avatarotsavams entered the second day in Tiruchanoor temple on Wednesday.

 

The Utsava deities of Sri Swamy varu flanked by Sridevi and Bhudevi seated on a special platform in Sri Krishna Mukha Mandapam were offered Snapana Tirumanjanam.

 

In the evening, Unjal Seva was performed to the deities. Due to Covid restrictions, the entire event took place in Ekantam.
