All TTD Projects Should Take Dharma Prachara to Grass Root Level - TTD Eo

 




All projects in TTD should take up their dharmic activities to the village level and enlighten the youth about the great tenets of Sanatana Hindu Dharma, said TTD EO Dr KS Jawahar Reddy.

 

A review meeting was held with the heads of All Dharmic Projects of TTD in EO's chamber in TTD Administrative Building in Tirupati on Thursday. Speaking on the occasion, the EO said, the essence of Vedas and our epics should reach a common man and arrangements shall be planned accordingly.

 

EO directed for constituting Dharmic Committees to take Dharma Prachara programmes in an extensive manner at the village level. Following the advice of the Committee, devotional programmes shall be planned at the Village level to take forward Dharmic activities, he said. 

 

A calendar of events shall be chalked out by each project to take forward dharmic programmes in an effective manner at the village level in coordination with district administration of the respective areas. 

 

He said the Experts Committee needs to be constituted in every project and research shall be taken in a big way. All the project offices should be situated in one building for administrative convenience and directed officials to identify an appropriate place for the same.   

 

The details of Dasaparas, Bhajana Artists, Srivari Sevakulu and other voluntary personnel shall be collected and all of them to be involved in the Dharmic activities of TTD, he suggested.

 

For the benefit of the society, there is a dire need to extensively propagate our Vedas. The present figures of 1400 Veda Parayanamdars who are available across the country need to be enhanced so that Dharmic activities shall be taken up in a massive way across the villages, the EO felt.

Additional EO Sri AV Dharma Reddy, SVBC CEO Sri Suresh Kumar, IT Chief Sri Sesha Reddy, Heads of All Dharmic Projects of TTD were also present.

Yudhakanda Parayanam to Conclude on 10th July

 


The month-long Yuddhakanda Parayanam which commenced on June 11 at Vasantha Mandapam in Tirumala is set to conclude in July 10.

A total of 32 Vedic Pundits with 16 members each at Vasantha Mandapam and Dharmagiri have been performing Yuddhakanda Parayanam. While the Vedic scholars are chanting shlokas from Yuddhakanda in Vasantha Mandapam, the Ritwiks are performing Japa and Homam in Dharmagiri. The noble intention behind this programme is to get rid off the dreadful corona Covid 19 virus from the world through the chanting of powerful slokas.

On July 6, the Ravana Samhara Ghattam was recited as a part of this programme which won the accolades from global devotees. Every day this programme is being telecasted live on SVBC from 8:30am onwards.

7th Phase Haritha Haram Program at Telangana Sate Forest Academy Dulapally, Hyderabad

 

Today on 08.07.2021 the 7th phase of Haritha Haram Program, has been organized in Telangana State Forest Academy Dulapally, Hyderabad. The Chief Guest of the event are Smt. R. Sobha, IFS., Principal Chief Conservator of Forests & Head of Forest Force, Telangana State,

Sri P. V. Raja Rao, IFS., Director, Telangana State Forest Academy Dulapally, Sri S. Ramesh, IFS, Addl. Director. The Deputy Directors, FROs, Trainees of Induction Trainings and other staff of TSFA has been participated in this program.

 

As part of the program, Forest Range Officers, Staff, Forest Range Officer Trainees (63), Forest Section Officer Trainees (27) and Forest Beat Officer Trainees (38) have planted 500 seedlings with an extent of 0.5 Ha area. The trainees FRO Course are from other states Jammu & Kashmir, Himachal Pradesh, Nagaland, Tamilnadu, Madhya Pradesh, Chhattisgarh, Telangana State have been actively participated in Planting Programme. The Chief Guest Smt R. Sobha, IFS., Prl.CCF & Head of Forest Force, Telangana State, addressed the trainees and also recalled her training days at IGNFA, Dehradun (1986) and stated that in entire service this training period is golden period and shared her training experiences and also given direction to the trainees to develop more interest and commitment towards forestry profession by emphasizing the Roles & Responsibilities of the Forest Officers in protection and improvement of vegetation cover because the service in Forest Department is equal to the service to the society by providing fresh air and good atmosphere.
