Yudhakanda Parayanam Concludes

 The month-long Yuddhakanda Parayanam recitation concluded on a grand religious note in Tirumala on Saturday.

 

At Dharmagiri Veda Vignana Peetham, Purnahuti was performed with religious ecstasy marking the successful completion of the Yuddhakanda Parayanam.

 

As part of this celestial fete, Vastu Homam, Chatusasti Yogini Mandapam, Kshetrapalaka Mandapam, Navagraha Mandalam, Sri Rama Dasavarana Yantra Puja, Sodasa Ramalingato Bhadra Mandala Puja, Rama Chaturayana Kalasa Puja, Mantra Pushpam and Darbar Seva were performed.

 

The day commenced with series of rituals including Bhagavat Prarthana, Viswaksena Aradhana, Punyahavachanam, Agni Pranayanam, Mula Mantra Homam, Shloka Homam, Mandapa Devata Homam, Anga Homam, Poustika Homam, Shanti Homam, Jayati Homam, Kumbharadhana, Archana, Nivedana, Neerajanam were performed. Later followed Visesha Abhishekam with 16 Kalasas to Anjanesya Swamy. 

 

During these 30 days, the Ritwiks recited Sri Sita Rama Lakshmana Anjaneya Swamy Mantram for Three million times. 

 

Earlier at Vasanta Mandapam, on the last day of Yuddhakanda, 288 Shlokas apart from 100 Shlokas from Yogavasisthyam were recited and the entire event took part under the supervision of Dharmagiri Veda Peetham Principal Sri KSS Avadhani.

 

The Additional EO Sri AV Dharma Reddy who took part in the Purnahuti fete said TTD has been doing a series of spiritual events since last April to ward off the ill effects of Corona Covid 19 which has crippled the lives of human beings across the world. The month-long Yuddhakanda Parayana is also one such spiritual programme taken up seeing divine intervention to save the world from the pandemic. He said from July 10 to 16 Shrota Yagam will be performed, while from July 24 onwards some episodes from Srimad Ramayana will be recited for a month for the well being of the entire humanity at Vasanta Mandapam.

 

Earlier, all the 32 Ritwiks who have performed the religious event with utmost devotion for a month, were felicitated by Tirupati legislator Sri Bhumana Karunakara Reddy. 

 

CEO SVBC Sri Suresh Kumar, Deputy EO Sri Vijayasaradhi, Additional Health Officer Dr Sunil Kumar and others were also present.

The annual Tulasi Mahatya Utsavam will be observed in Sri Govindaraja Swamy temple in Tirupati on July 21.

 

On the occasion of the advent of divine Tulasi on the auspicious day of Sravana Suddha Dwadasi, Sri Tulasi Mahatyam will be observed on this day.

Due to Covid restrictions, this event will take place within the temple premises in Ekantam.

 

The Archakas will recited Tulasi Mahatyam and Asthanam will be performed. The Garuda Seva which is usually performed on the occasion also remains cancelled due to pandemic.

‘Savitri W/O Satyamurthy’ shooting wrapped up and planning for release in August

 



How did a 25-year-old man end up becoming a 60-year-old woman's husband? Why did they get married in the first place? Why did they decide to live together for the rest of their lives? ‘Savitri W/O Satyamurthy’ is all about their love story. A pure entertainer and a family drama, the film stars ‘Kerintha’ fame Parvateesam as the hero, and his wife is played by the veteran character artist and comedienne Sri Lakshmi. Produced by Gogula Narendra of A1 Mahendra Creations, the film is directed by Chaitanya Konda, who has previously worked in the direction department of Puri Jagannadh.

The entire shoot of the film has come to an end. And the makers are planning to release the film in the third week of August.

Producer Gogula Narendra said, "Ours is an entertainer that you can watch with your family. Parvateesam and Sri Lakshmi garu are going to keep you engaged. We are introducing three heroines with this film. We will be introducing them to the audience soon. We shot the film in Hyderabad, Araku, East Godavari and Vizag for 45 days. The shoot was wrapped up in Vizag. Currently, the post-production works are on. After wrapping up them as soon as possible, the film will be released in the third week of August. This is a film for all sections of the audience."

Naga Shaurya’s 'LAKSHYA' Climax Shoot Begins


Naga Shaurya’s milestone 20th film ‘Lakshya’ is India’s first movie based on ancient archery. The sports drama directed by Dheerendra Santhossh Jagarlapudi promises to be entertaining and exciting. The movie shows Naga Shaurya in a never before look.

Crucial climax sequence of the film is currently being shot in Hyderabad. Alongside Naga Shaurya, Jagapathi Babu and few other actors are participating in the shoot. The climax portion is shot lavishly, as it creates enough inquisitiveness as well as make a lasting impression.

The team has released a making video of the climax shoot and Naga Shaurya can be seen gearing up to hit the bullseye. In fact, the sport archery requires a keen eye, discipline and top-notch concentration.

The teaser which was released on Naga Shaurya’s birthday showed glimpses of the flick which received thumping response and other promotional content too hiked expectations.

Nithiin, Merlapaka Gandhi, Sreshth Movies Maestro Music Fest Begins Next Week



Nithiin and director Merlapaka Gandhi have teamed up for the first time for a black comedy crime thriller Maestro which marks landmark 30th film for the actor.


The film’s shooting part was wrapped up recently and the makers have now announced to begin music fest from next week.

Nithiin can be seen playing piano at a beach in the announcement poster.

We can expect another chartbuster album from composer Mahati Swara Sagar who previously provided chartbuster album for Nithiin’s Bheeshma.

Nabha Natesh has paired opposite Nithiin, while Tamannaah Bhatia will be seen in a crucial role.

The film’s first look poster and teaser that were released for Nithiin’s birthday got overwhelming response.

N Sudhakar Reddy and Nikitha Reddy are producing the film under Shreshth Movies Banner, while Rajkumar Akella is presenting it. The film has cinematography by J Yuvraj.

Maestro is in last leg of post-production works and the film is set for release soon.
