Virtual Varalakshmi Vratam at Tiruchanoor on 20th Aug

 


In view of Covid Pandemic, TTD has decided to organise the sacred Vara Mahalakshmi Vratam at Sri Padmavati Ammavari temple in Tiruchanoor on August 20 via virtual platform.

 

All devotees shall purchase tickets priced at Rs.1001/- in online through the TTD website www.tirupatibalaji.ap.gov.in and participate by witnessing the auspicious ritual live on SVBC channel between 10 am and 12noon that takes place in Sri Krishna Mukha Mandapam. 

 

The special rituals of the Vratam will also be performed in Ekantha to both Mula Virat and the utsava idol of Ammavaru.

 

All devotees participating virtually will be dispatched Uttarium, blouse, Akshintalu, Kankanams and one dozen bangle as a divine Prasadam from Sri Padmavati Ammavaru through India posts to their respective residential addresses.

 

SVIMS Get ₹30 Lakh Donation

 


The Balaji Arogya Varaprasadini Scheme (SVIMS) of TTD received Rs.30lakh donation on Thursday.

 

Sri K Ravinder Reddy, Director of Hyderabad based Rasoon Exports Pvt.Ltd.has handed over the DD for the same to TTD Additional EO Sri AV Dharma Reddy at Ranganayakula Mandapam in Srivari temple.

Purusaivari Tota Utsavam on 11th Aug

 


TTD is organizing the Purusaivari Tota Utsavam at Tirumala as part of Sri Andal Ammavari Tiruvadipuram Shattumora on August 11.

 

According to puranic legends the emergence of Sri Andal Goda Devi who is believed to be incarnation of Bhudevi occurred at Tulasi Gardens on the Purva Phalguni Nakshatram in the month of Ashada on the day of Shukla Chaturthi.

 

On the holy occasion, the utsava idols of Sri Malayappa Swami along with His two consorts Sridevi and Sri Bhudevi arrives at the Purusaivari Tota in the evening in a procession. Here special Harati, garlands and Shatari will be offered to the holy Pogada tree followed by Abhishekam.

 

Thereafter the Utsava idols of Swami and His consorts shall return to Srivari temple.

 

Tender cum Auction of TTD Clothes on 9th Aug

 


The tender cum auction of 19 lots of used, partially used and new clothes donated by devotees to Tirumala and other TTD temples will be held on August 9.

Pavitra Samarpana Held at Sri Kodanda Rama Swamy Vari Temple

 





As a part of annual Pavitrotsavam festival on the second day, the ritual of Pavitra Samarpana was held in a grand manner at the Sri Kodandarama Swami temple on Thursday morning.

 

The Utsava idols of Sri Sita Lakshmana Sameta Sri Ramachandramurty were brought to the Yagasala and were offered Snapana Tirumanjanam and Pavitra Samarpana were observed to all family of deities in the temple besides, Dwajasthambam, Dwara Palakas Garudalwar and Homa Mandapams.

 

Later in the evening, other vedika programs shall be observed at Sri Bashyakarulavari Sannidhi.

 

Special Grade DyEO Smt Parvati, AEO Sri Durga Raju, Agama Advisor Sri Vedantam Vishnu Bhattacharya, Superintendent Sri Ramesh, Temple Inspectors Sri Jayakumar, Sri Muniratnam were also present.
