LujoBox Hyderabad's first physical Kiosks has amidst the stardom of beauty stars. The LujoBox Kiosk Launch Party held at Jubilee Hills. Jayesh Ranjan, Secretary, Information Technology Government of Telangana, who was present as the special guest, along with actor Vishwak Sen, Tollywood actress Sridevi Vijay Kumar, Nitya Naresh, Nithya Shetty, Bigg Boss Fame Divi and others inaugurated the LujoBox Kiosk. On this occasion, a glittered fashion show with Hyderabadi models was held
.
On the occasion, Lujo Box co-founder Swapna Bojja said that the company, which provides services online for beauty cosmetics, has entered the kiosk segment. Over the next six months, more than 60 physical Kiosk will be set up in major cities like Kolkata, Delhi, Chennai, Bangalore and Mumbai. Customers can avail various International brands of hair, face, body care and colour cosmetics through this box and the customized option is also a specialty of this box. Company CEO and Founder Amit Giri, Director Strategy and Innovations Bhanu Reddy Varla, Kalamandir Kalyan and others were also present.

TTD on Friday organized special pujas for the prasadam and puja material meant for dispatch to devotees who bought tickets of the virtual Sri Varalakshmi vratam performed at the Sri Padmavati Ammavari temple, Tiruchanoor slated for August 20.

 

Earlier the TTD officials and archakas carried the puja material in a pradakshina around the temple before placing the material, Uttarium, blouse piece, turmeric and Sinduri, bangles, Akshintalu, Kankanas and Kalakand prasadam at the feet of deity for pujas.

 

Thereafter the material was handed over to the officials of the India Posts for dispatch to reach devotees in time for the festival.

 

BANGLES DONATED

 

Devotees from Tiruchanoor Sri Shanmugam and Sri Edukondalu from Tirupati have donated 1000 dozens and 1500 dozens of bangles respectively for distribution to devotees of Sri Padmavati Ammavaru during the holy Shravana month.

On the occasion of the auspicious festival of Garuda Panchami on Friday night ,Sri Malayappa Swamy  rode on his favorite vahana of Garuda,on the mada streets and blessed the devotees.

According to puranic legends Garuda panchami is observed on the fifth day of Shukla paksham  every  year in recognition of Significance of Garuda as a favorite Srivari disciple and chariot .

Devotees particularly the newly wedded couple seek blessings on Garuda panchami day for a strong and intelligent children like Garuda.

The Opening Ceremony of the prestigious Hyderabad Sailing Week-2021 and Laser National Championship was conducted on 13 Aug 2021 under the aegis of EME Sailing Association (EMESA) and Laser Class Association of India at Hussain Sagar Lake, Hyderabad. A Large number of potential and professional sailors are participating in this Championship who have come from the length and breath of the country.

  The Chief Guest for this glorious event was Dr. (Smt) Tamilisai Soundararajan, Honorable Governor of Telangana State and Lt Governor of Puducherry. In her Inaugural address, the Honorable Governor complimented the EME Sailing Association for a meticulous conduct of such a grand event and also appreciated the Telangana Sports Association for motivating the youth of the state for such a competitive sport. This shall pave the way for the Sailors to represent the Nation at various National and International Forums and bring laurels for the country in the future..

 The Hyderabad Sailing Week is an Annual National Regatta which is conducted  every year at the Hussain Sagar Lake. The flagging off Ceremony on 13 Aug 2021 by the Hon'ble Governor of Telangana State includes 75 Sail Boats which will set sail simultaneously to commemorate 75 years of Independence. The National Laser Championship is also a trial for the Asian Games and for the first time Yachting Association of India (YAI) accredition has been accorded to this event.

Hyderabad Sailing Week-2021 is terminating on 19 Aug 2021 and Admiral Karmabir Singh, PVSM, AVSM, ADC, Chief of Naval Staff, President YAI has kindly consented to grace the occasion as the Chief Guest for the event.

Hyderabad, Aug 13: Governor Dr. Tamilisai Soundararajan on Friday said that Hyderabad Sailing Week event is emerging as one of the major attractions of the twin cities of Hyderabad and Secunderabad.

Participating as the chief guest at the inaugural of the 35^th Hyderabad Sailing Week-2021, here, she said that the sailing competitions in Hyderabad are helping produce international sailors.

The Governor appreciated the efforts of the EME Sailing Club and the Secunderabad Sailing Club for organizing this event on a regular basis and thus promoting the sport of sailing in Telangana and in our country.

“The sustained efforts in promoting sailing have earned a pride of place for our country in the international sailing map,” she added.

The Governor exhorted the young sailors, who are taking part in sailing championships, here, to pursue the sport with passion and dedication so as to excel in the sport and bring laurels to the country.

She motivated them to take inspiration from the achievements of Olympic Gold Medalist Neeraj Chopra and other sporting icons to excel in their chosen sports.

Later, the Governor took a boat ride in the Hussainsagar Lake marking the inaugural of the sailing championships.

Lt Gen TSA Narayanan, AVSM, Commodore, of the EME Sailing Association, Maj Gen JS Sidana, Vice Commodore, EME Sailing Association, R Raghuram Reddy, President of the Secunderabad Club, were among others who spoke on the occasion.

Secretary to Governor K. Surendra Mohan, sailors from across the country and others were present.
