M.S. Raju’s 7 Days 6 Nights wraps up Goa schedule amidst torrential rainfall!!

Amidst the adverse conditions of torrential rainfall & pandemic at Goa, eminent director M.S. Raju wrapped up the pivotal schedule of 7 Days 6 Nights with a 100 member unit and 4 cameras.

Heading to manglore & udipi for the next schedule, movie team is aiming for a Grand release soon.

Speaking on the occasion, Director M.S. Raju says, “After producing many block buster films in my career, an exquisite film like 'Dirty Hari' gave me a bigger boost as a director. Eventually, my next directorial venture 7 days 6 Nights is turning out to be one of my best films. Though the plot is simple, its narration is effective. Hero Sumanth Ashwin gave his career best performance & I'm confident this one will be remembered as his career best play. Meher Chahal, the lady lead gave a rocking performance despite being a debutant. Like I already introduced many young & deserving technicians in TFI, I am happy to introduce 16 new actors and technicians including Rohan & Krithika shetty (another lead pair), Nani Chamidishetty the DOP & 16 YO emerging talent Samarth Gollapudi as music director. Also, the popular editor Junaid siddique is with me in this project as a great asset.”

However, this breezy entertainer is presented by Sumanth Art Productions under Wild Honey Productions banner. M. Sumanth Ashwin and S. Rajinikanth are producing it in association of Wintage Pictures & ABG Creations.

Aditya Mehta Foundation hosts para-cyclists ride to celebrate 75th Indian Independence Day!

A cycle ride organized by Aditya Mehta Foundation for para-cyclists hosted to celebrate the 75th Indian Independence Day, was flagged off by Shri Atul Karwal, IPS, Director, National Police Academy, at the National Police Academy, today. Shri Jayesh Ranjan, Principal Secretary of the Industries & Commerce (I&C) and Information Technology (IT), Telangana Government; Smt. Vanita Datla, VC & MD, Elico Ltd., & Trustee AMF and Aditya Mehta, Founder, AMF; were also present on the occasion. All the dignitaries later joined in the ride along with para-cyclists from National Police Academy to Infinity Para-sports Academy at Begumpet.

At the Felicitation and Presentation ceremony hosted at the Aditya Mehta Foundation at Rasoolpura, the dignitaries felicitated and presented artificial limbs, sponsorships, and scholarships to para-athletes who won medals in the past year in different sports at national and state level. Aryavardhan, who scaled Mt. Bhagirathi, was one of the para-athletes among others who received educational scholarship, on the occasion. Aryavardhan is an above knee amputee, his father passed away and mother is suffering from cancer. The dignitaries later participated in exhibition matches against medal winning national and international para-athletes, in volleyball, shooting, weightlifting and archery sports.

Shri Atul Karwal said, I knew Aditya for some time, but didn’t know the extent of work he is involved in, till I visited the Infinity Academy recently, I am thoroughly impressed. The achievements of so many of you here is inspirational. All of you are living examples of not accepting a limitation, rather converting it into a strength. I can appreciate the dreams of people who are here, the dreams I achieved may be easier, yours may be difficult but not impossible at all. There are many examples in the world of people with limitations achieving big, putting able body people like us to shame.

Shri Jayesh Ranjan said, salute you guys for your accomplishments, despite the several challenges and constraints you face you have been winners. Our athletes made a remarkable mark at the recent Olympics and now it’s time for another Olympics, the Paralympics slated in this month. The competition is very stiff even at Paralympics, most nations have talented athletes participating in the competition. I request all of you at Infinite Academy to aspire and work towards winning gold medal at Paralympics. Neeraj Chopra was unknown till recently, he got interested in javelin throw at a young age, initially he had several disappointments that didn’t lower his morale, he went about with his practice and today he has won laurels, you can also practice well at Infinity academy and win medals.

Smt. Vanita Datla said, India had a rich medal haul at the recently concluded Olympics, these achievements are like a bright torch of hope for everyone here and we have high expectations from the Indian para-athletes at the upcoming Summer Paralympics at Tokyo. We wish the very best to our para-athletes. We are also working towards our own para-athletes at Infinity Academy, earning substantial points in national and international events to qualify for the 2024 Paralympics. Devendra Jhajharia a Paralympic javelin thrower has won gold medal at Paralympics, he is the only Indian to have two gold medals at any Olympics or Paralympic games. The first gold in the javelin throw was won at 2004 Summer Paralympics and another in 2016 at Rio Paralympics. He is an inspiration for several para-athletes to achieve big. Being the second largest population, we have tremendous potential to strike rich at Paralympics, just that we need to spot the talent early and train them accordingly.

Indian athletes bagged a rich haul of medals, with some of the finest performances ever at the Tokyo Olympics. That’s a huge inspiration for Indian para-athletes to follow suit and excel at the upcoming Summer Paralympics in Tokyo, which begins from August 24th, 2021. Our endeavor at Aditya Mehta Foundation is to ensure AMF para-athletes qualifying in all the 28 para-sports for the Paralympics 2024. We are single mindedly working towards achieving this dream by making our athletes participate in more national and international tournaments and earn the exposure to be at Paralympics, says Aditya Mehta.

The Chief Guest at the event, Shri Atul Karwal is the first bureaucrat from India to scale Mount Everest in May 2008. Shri Atul Karwal, is a Gujarat cadre officer who has always been a big support to AMF since its inception in 2011 when he used to encourage Aditya Mehta who was the only para-cyclist in India who later went on to win medals at the Asian cycling championship in 2013, while he was posted in Gujarat as an ADG. Shri Jayesh Ranjansupports many social, cultural and charitable causes, and is on the Boards/Advisory committees. He has always been a big support to AMF. Ms. Lakshmi Manchu, Prominent Actress, Producer and Humanitarian, has always been a big pillar of support of AMF and recently also raised funds for AMF’s para-athletes in the recent past.
