'Republic' to stream on ZEE5 from November 26
Hyderabad, 22 November, 2021: ZEE5 has been one streaming platform working constantly to offer new entertainment to its patrons. The popular streaming platform has now heralded a novel idea for the first time in the history of Indian cinema. The OTT streaming of the Telugu film 'Republic' will arrive with an incisive commentary by director Deva Katta. ZEE5 is the first OTT platform in the country to do such a thing, while 'Republic' is the first film to be coming out with such a commentary.
ZEE5 is the one platform that brings out a variety of entertainment formats: web series, direct-to-digital releases, original movies, digital releases. It has been dishing out content for the entertainment of worldwide viewership in various languages: from Hindi to Telugu, Tamil, Kannada, Malayalam, Marathi, Bengali to Gujarati. ZEE5 is just a click away on a mobile, tablet, desktop, laptop -- be it in a lockdown or otherwise. From last year's 'Amrutha Ramam', '47 Days' and 'Meka Suri' to this year's 'Battala Ramaswamy Biopic, 'NET' and the most recent 'Alanti Sitralu', ZEE5 has given us a number of direct-to-digital releases. 'Raja Raja Chora' was released for Dasara, while 'Sridevi Soda Center' was released for Diwali on ZEE5. Recently, the original web series 'Oka Chinna Family Story' was out, while 'Heads And Tales' was another recent release on ZEE5. On November 26, 'Republic' will start streaming.
'Republic' stars Sai Tej as the hero. Directed by Deva Katta, it is produced jointly by JB Entertainments and Zee Studios. The film explores the role of government officials, the political executive, and the people in a democratic system. Besides film critics, 'Republic' was described as inspiring by the common audience and film personalities. The film will now be streamed on ZEE5 from November 26 with Deva Katta's commentary.
Usually, the audience watch a movie and the scenes in a film are critiqued by reviewers. How about the director of the movie himself explaining his point of view and how he conceived a particular scene? ZEE5 and director Deva Katta have come out with the commentary keeping this in mind. Deva Katta explains his screenplay in a freewheeling conversation with Editor Praveen KL, screenplay-writer Kiran and Creative Producer Satish BKR. They talk about the visual timeline of 'Republic' in a detailed manner. When the film starts streaming, the audience can choose the option to watch the movie along with the director's insightful commentary. They can alternatively watch the movie without the commentary.
Special Software Facilitating Srivari Darshan to Devotees Who Missed Due to Bad Weather - Addl Eo
For the sake of the pilgrims who could not make it for darshan due to inclement weather conditions in Tirumala and Tirupati in spite of having tickets, TTD has planned a special software for facilitating Srivari Darshan between November 18-30, said TTD Additional EO Sri AV Dharma Reddy.
A review meeting was held in Annamaiah Bhavan at Tirumala on Monday evening. The Additional EO said as per the directions of TTD Chairman Sri YV Subba Reddy and EO Dr KS Jawahar Reddy, it has been decided that the devotees who missed Srivari Darshan in spite of valid tickets owing to bad weather conditions in Tirumala and Tirupati, such devotees will be facilitated with rescheduling darshan tickets which they could avail in six months.
He directed the IT wing of TTD to develop separate software enabling the facility by November 30. The devotees who have darshan tickets between November 18 to 30 shall avail darshan with the same tickets in Tirumala before November 30. The devotees willing to have Srivari darshan from December onwards, shall have to reschedule their darshan date within six months by entering the old ticket number in the new software which will be available at their disposal from November 30, he added. He also directed the IT wing of TTD to ensure measures that their IT infrastructure remain tact and should not go down in any eventuality.
He also said, the devotees shall come for Srivari darshan without any fear. Due to the recent unprecedented downpour, only two suites out of 7000 rooms in Tirumala got affected. These two rooms in Narayanagiri Rest House were directed to repair and put back into operation as early as possible.
He said, there was no damage to the Alipiri footpath route, however the Srivarimettu footpath route got affected due to the damage caused to the four culverts following heavy rains. As there is no possibility of any transportation mechanism in this route, the repair works of this footpath will take some time to be put back into use and temporarily shut down as of now", he said.
Later he instructed all the concerned to ensure steps to drain out rain water stagnates inside Srivari temple and take up the repair works on war-footing at Vaikuntham Queue Complex Gardens, Museum etc.
SERVICES OF EMPLOYEES DURING HIGH TIME ARE LAUDABLE
The Additional EO said, the landslides occurred at 13 different points in the Ghat roads obstructing the vehicular movement following the heavy rains on November 18. However, TTD has restored Down Ghat road services in a short time enabling vehicular movement. Though the up ghat road is also restored now, in view of the fresh weather forecast of the possibility of heavy downpour from November 26 onwards, the engineering and health department have been kept on alert.
All our officials and employees worked round the clock and restored all the disrupted services within a short time on November 18 and 19 due to unprecedented downpour. He said that all steps have been initiated to ensure that devotees are not put to any sort of hardships facilitating Srivari Darshan, Accommodation, Annaprasadam etc. both at Tirumala and in Tirupati during the inclement weather conditions.

He looks completely ecstatic here with a new hairdo and stylish beard. He also sports shades and wears a big bracelet which add stylish quotient to his look. Going by the poster, Naga Chaitanya plays a lively and dynamic role.
Billed to be a wholesome entertainer laced with good dose of romance, emotions and other commercial ingredients, Bangarraju will also feature Ramya Krishna and Krithi Shetty playing heroines opposite Nagarjuna and Naga Chaitanya respectively. Krithi’s first look as village belle Naga Lakshmi that was released recently by Naga Chaitanya impressed one and all.
Anup Rubens provides soundtracks and first single Laddunda is a chartbuster. Zee Studios is co-producing the project with Annapurna Studios Pvt Ltd. Nagarjuna is the producer. Satyanand has penned screenplay, while Yuvaraj handles the cinematography.

Chief Pontiff of Sri Palimaru Matha, Udipi Offered Prayers to Lord Venkateswara
His Holiness Sri Sri Sri Vidyadheesha Theertha Swamiji, Sri Palimaru Matha, Udipi offered prayers in the hill temple of Lord Venkateswara on Monday.

TTD JEo Inspects Sri Kalipeswara Swamy Vari Temple and Srivarimettu
JEO Sri Veerabrahmam and TTD Trust Board Member Sri P Ashok Kumar on Monday inspected Sri Kapileswara Swamy temple.
Due to the recent heavy downpour, three pillars of the Mandapam have fallen. The board member instructed the concerned to revive the structure as early as possible.
Later the JEO also inspected the damaged footpath at Srivarimettu and directed the Engineering officials to complete the restoration works on a fast pace.
