Maha Samprokshana in Varaha Swamy Temple from 25th Nov to 29th Nov

 



Jeernodharana and Astabandhana Maha Samprokshanam rituals of Sri Varaha Swamy temple in Tirumala will be observed from November 25 till November 29 with Ankurarpanam on November 24.


It may be mentioned here that, TTD has commenced the gold plating works for the Vimana Gopuram of Sri Varaha Swamy temple in Tirumala by performing Balalayam between December 6 and 10 during last.


The series of religious activities includes Kalakarshana on November 25, Vaidika programmes on November 26, Koil Alwar Tirumanjanam on November 27, Maha Shanti Purnahuti on November 28, Astabandhana Maha Samprokshana on November 29.


TTD Additional EO Sri AV Dharma Reddy has inspected the arrangements for the same on Tuesday along with temple OSD Sri P Seshadri.

Koil Alwar Thirumanjanam Held

 





The traditional temple cleaning ritual, Koil Alwar Tirumanjanam was held at Sri Padmavati Ammavari temple on Tuesday in connection with the annual Karthika Brahmotsavams scheduled between November 30 and December 8.


JEO Sri Veerabrahmam participated in this fete which took place in Ekantam due to Covid restrictions.

Governor calls for inclusive development in rural development

 

 

Hyderabad, Nov 23: Governor Dr. Tamilisai Soundararajan on Tuesday called for the inclusive and holistic development in rural areas.

She stated that it was important to ensure access of health, education, and opportunities for the vulnerable sections.

The Governor was virtually participating as the chief guest at the 63rd Foundation Day celebrations of the National Institute of Rural Development and Panchayat Raj (NIRDPR), here.

The Governor emphasized on the need for offering capacity-building training programmes so as to enable them to have increased livelihoods.

“Investing more on rural healthcare and creating better infrastructure in rural areas is vital,” she added.

Referring to the initiatives of the Central government, Dr. Tamilisai Soundararajan said that the rural development was witnessing a major transformation in terms of the approach and investment.

The Governor also exhorted the rural development professionals to promote the community-driven initiatives with the area-specific approach.

On the occasion, Dr. Tamilisai Soundararajan released 31st series of ‘Rural Development Statistics’. This publication provides data on various parameters concerning multiple facets of Rural Development.

Today, Natural Star Nani has unveiled first single Thippagalana’s lyrical video that shows a beautiful love story of a priest and his ladylove. Set in village backdrop, there is purity in the track. The song also shows Suma Kanakala and her family.

Ace composer MM Keeravani scored a soothing melody and it was crooned by PVNS Rohit, while Ramanjaneyulu penned lyrics. This song will certainly fascinate music lovers. And the visuals look captivating in the song.
