Goddess Shines on Muthuyapu Pandiri Vahana in Adilakshmi Alankaram

 








On Day- 3of the ongoing Karthika annual Brahmotsavam of Tiruchanoor temple Goddess Padmavati shined in Adilakshmi alankaram on Muthyapu pandiri vahana on Thursday in Ekantha as per covid guidelines and blessed devotees.

 

The muthyapu pandiri vahana stood for Goddess Padmavati charm and wisdom. Legend says that Darshan of Padmavati on the unique vahana blessed devotees with a serene lifestyle etc.

 

Tirumala pontiffs Sri Sri Sri Pedda Jeeyarswamy and Sri Sri Sri Chinna Jeeyarswamy, TTD Board Member Sri Chavireddy Bhaskar Reddy, JEO Sri Veerabrahmam, Temple DyEO Smt Kasturi Bai, AEO Sri Prabhakar Reddy, temple archaka Sri Babu Swami, Temple Inspector Sri Rajesh and other officials were present.

TTD Ties Up With Health Insurance Co for Cashless Medicate SVIMS

 


TTD has tied up with several mega health insurance companies to facilitate cashless Medicare to patients at the .SVIMS hospital.


On the directions of the TTD EO Dr KS Jawahar Reddy, cashless Medicare has commenced at the premier super specialty hospital.


Henceforth all patients who had obtained health insurance policies could avail cashless i medical services at SVIMS


The cashless medical services were effectively implemented under the supervision of SVIMS director Dr Vengamma.


The prominent health insurance companies that had entered into tie up with SVIMS were - IFCO-Tokyo, Future General, Safeway, Good health, Bajaj Alliance, Heritage, Family Health Plan Insurance, Reliance General Insurance, and Medi Assist Insurance.

Homa Mahotsava Ends at Sri Kapileswarara Swamy Vari Temple

 




The 11 day Rudra Yagam (Sri Kapileswara Swamy Homa) organised by TTD as part of Homa Mahotsavam during Karthika month concluded on Thursday at Sri Kapileswara Swamy Temple.

 

As part of festivities in the morning Rudra Yagam samapthi, Maha Purnahuti, Maha Shanti Abhisekam, Kalasha Udwasana, Kalashabhisekam, and Harati were performed. Later in the evening Shiva Parvatula kalyanotsavam was celebrated.

 

On December 3, TTD is organising the Kalabhairava Swamy Homa.

 

Temple DyEO Sri Subramaniam, Superintendent Sri Bhupathi, temple inspector Sri Reddy Shekar were present.

IIT Team Inspected Ghat Road

 















A three-member IIT experts team from Chennai and Delhi inspected the landslides, rockfall damages on the second Ghat road on Thursday afternoon.

 

The team comprising of Sri KS Rao, Delhi IIT, Sri Sripad of Chennai IIT along with Sri Ramachandra Reddy, retired TTD CE and adviser were invited by the TTD for their suggestions to avert landslides in future. The TTD engineers accompanied the experts and explained the ground situation to the experts.

 

Speaking to reporters the IIT expert Sri KS Rao said the Ghat roads were once repaired in 2017 after rain havoc with the latest technology.

 

He said the critical, spots were cushioned with mesh fencing, rock belting, shot-creating, burst walls etc. and drainage system along the Ghat roads and the Sheshachala forest and hill ranges.

 

He said the unprecedented rains had brought down rocks of 30-40 tons size on the Ghat roads damaging retainer walls etc. down below. He said there was a likelihood of rockfalls in five to six spots.

 

He said as of now after repairs to the second Ghat road and Link Road to Mokalamettu all vehicles can reach Tirumala. He said a detailed report on how to stall rockfalls and landslides will be presented to TTD in three days time.

AP CM Reaches Sri Padmavati Rest House

 



The Honourable Chief Minister of Andhra Pradesh Sri YS Jagan Mohan Reddy reached Sri Padmavathi Rest House in Tirupati on Thursday evening. 

 

On his arrival, he was given a warm reception by TTD Trust Board Chairman Sri YV Subba Reddy, JEO’s Smt Sada Bhargavi, Sri Veerabhadram and CVSO Sri Gopinath Jatti. 

 

Ministers Sri Peddireddy Ramachandra Reddy,  Sri Mekapati Goutam Reddy and others were also present. 

Grand Snapana Tirumanjanam at Sri Padmavati Ammavari Temple

 

It was a spectacular ritual with garlands made of pearls, popcorn and pumpkin seeds at the Snapana Thirumanjanam fete at the Sri Padmavati temple as part of the ongoing annual Karthika Brahmotsavam on Thursday afternoon.


The celestial bathing was performed at the SriKrishna Swami Mukha mandapam for Sri Padmavati ammavaru in accordance to the Sri Pancha Ratra Agama traditions.


The TTD Pancha Ratra Agama adviser and Kankana bhattar Sri Srinivasa Charyulu supervised the fete.


Thereafter the TTD Vedic pundits performed Pathanam of mantras from Thethiriya Upanishad,Purushaivari Suktam,Sri Prash a Samhita and seven types of garlands representing seven seasons -pearls , popcorn, pumpkin seeds, seeds of Tamara flower, Attu fruit, Roses ,Tulasi ,Keerstam, and umbrellas embellished the idol of Amnavaru.
