Subhakrutnama Ugadi Asthanam Held

The Subhakrutnama Ugadi Asthanam was held with religious fervour in Tirumala temple on Saturday.

The Asthanam was held in Bangaru Vakili where in the processional deities of Srivaru and His consorts along with Visvaksena was seated facing Garudalwar.

New vastrams were offered to all the deities on the auspicious occasion. Later the Panchanga Shravanam was carried out in the presence of deities. Afterwards, the traditional Rupai Harati was offered and Naivedyam was distributed.

TTD Board Chairman Sri YV Subba Reddy, Additional EO Sri AV Dharma Reddy, CVSO Sri Gopinath Jatti, JEO (H & E) Smt Sada Bhargavi, Temple Deputy EO Sri Ramesh Babu, Peishkar Sri Srihari, VGO Sri Bali Reddy were present.

Among others, Honourable Minister of AP Sri Perni Nani, TTD board members Sri Sriramulu, Sri Maruti Prasad, Sri Nanda Kumar, Sri Krishna Rao were also present.

Chairman Visits The Decorations

TTD Trust Board Chairman Sri YV Subba Reddy on Saturday paved a visit to the colourful floral displays erected opposite Tirumala temple on the auspicious occasion of Telugu Ugadi.

Later speaking to media persons he said that he prayed Sri Venkateswara Swamy to bestow good health and prosperity to all especially the people of twin Telugu states in this new year.

DECORATIONS BY GARDEN WING ATTRACT DEVOTEES

Meanwhile 150 florists worked for three days to make the colourful decorations inside as well outside Tirumala shrine for Telugu Ugadi under the supervision of TTD Garden Wing Deputy Director Sri Srinivasulu.

Lord Sri Rama Rides Kalpavriksha

As part of the ongoing annual brahmotsavams of Sri Kodanda Rama Swamy temple in Tirupati, Kalpavriksha Vahanam took place.

Sri Kodanda Rama in all His celestial splendour took a ride on the divine tree carrier along the Mada streets to bless His devotees.

Special Grade Deputy EO Smt Parvati, AEO Sri Durgaraju and others were also present.

Subhakruth Celebrations Peak in Mahati

Sri Subhakrutnama Ugadi festivities was observed with utmost gaiety and enthusiasm jointly by the HDPP and Welfare wings of TTD in Mahati Auditorium on Saturday.

TTD JEO Sri Veerabrahmam who attend the programme as Chief Guest speaking on the occasion said, like in the name let everything go in a hassle-free manner in this auspicious year with the blessings of Sri Padmavathi Srinivasa. Later TTD Agama Advisor Dr Vedantam Vishnubhattacharya rendered Panchanga Shravanam giving the celestial equations and incidence probabilities across the nation as well in the world in Subhakrutnama Samvatsara.

Later the fancy dress competition to the kids of employees in mythological and traditional characters has been portrayed followed by the distribution of prizes in quiz, poetry competitions held for the employees for Ugadi.

All Hindu Projects Programme Officer Sri L Vijaya Saradhi, Welfare Officer Sri Damodaram and SV College of Music and Dance Principal Sri Tirupati M Sudhakar and other officers, employees were also present.

Jannatha Bhawan Opened

Jagannatha Bhavan Rest House in Shankhumitta cottage area in Tirumala was inaugurated by TTD Chairman Sri YV Subba Reddy on Saturday.

Hyderabad based donor Sri Pramod Kumar Agarwal renovated this rest house.

Additional EO Sri AV Dharma Reddy, Trust Board members Sri Sriramulu, Sri Maruti Prasad were also present.

All TTD Sub-Temples Celebrate Ugadi in A Big Way

All the local temples of TTD observed Sri Subhakrutnama Ugadi in a big way on Saturday.

In Sri Kodanda Rama Swamy, Sri Govinda Raja Swamy, etc. the Ugadi fete was observed with spiritual fervor.

All the local temples of TTD observed Sri Subhakrutnama Ugadi in a big way on Saturday.

TTD EO Dr. KS Jawahar Reddy took part in the Ugadi festivities held at Tiruchanoor on Saturday evening.

Earlier Snapana Tirumanjanam and Pushpa Pallaki were held at Sri Padmavathi Ammavaru temple. This fete was held between 6 pm and 7:30 pm along four Mada streets

Later in the evening, Panchanga Sravanam was held wherein EO, JeOS Smt Sada Bhargavi, Sri Veerabrahmam, DyEO Smt Kasturi Bai, AEO Sri Prabhakar Reddy, and others participated.
