Sri Sita Rama Swamy Vari Kalyanotsavam Recreates the Divine WSedding Feel at Vontimitta

 

 The state festival of Sri Sita Rama Kalyanam took place with utmost religious fervour in the spacious Kalyana Vedika at Vontimitta in YSR Kadapa district on the pleasant evening on Friday.

 

A sea of humanity turning out for the mega celestial wedlock for which the Honourable CM of AP Sri YS Jaganmohan Reddy participated. This was his maiden participation in this state festival in the capacity of Chief Minister as in the last two years due to Covid Pandemic the festival was not performed.

 

Sequence of rituals

 

The archakas performed the divine wedding of Sri Rama and Sita Devi by observing a series of traditions as per Hindu wedding.

 

Commencing with Bhagavad Vijnapana, Sabha Anjuna followed by Sankalpam where in Gotra Namas were recited and then Viswaksena Aradhana, Bhagavad Vasudeva Punyaham, Aradhana, Raksha Bandhanam, Yajnopaveeth dharana, Varapreshanam, Pada Prakshalanam were rendered.

 

After that Madhuparka samarpana, Maha samkaplam, Kanya Danam  Mangalya puja , Mangalya sutra dharana, akshatarohanam, mulikaropanam,  Sripada Nivedana, Harati, Swasti vachanam with which the mega religious fete concluded.

 

The silk vastrams, mutyala talambralu presented by the state government were also offered to the deities on the auspicious occasion.

 

Finally Ashirvachanam was offered to the Chief Minister by the archakas.

DISTRIBUTION OF TALAMBRALU AND ANNAPRASADAM

 

After the religious event, the devotees were presented a packet of Talambralu and Annaprasadam in the counters arranged in the premises by 1700 Srivari Sevakulu who are deployed exclusively for the service by TTD.

Ashish-starrer 'Selfish' movie launched

 

Dil Raju, Sukumar Writings join hands for the youthful entertainer







Sri Venkateswara Creations and Sukumar Writings have come together to produce 'Selfish'. Ashish is the movie's hero. Vishal Kasi, who has worked in the direction department for the movies of pan-India sensational director Sukumar, is the film's debutant director. 


'Selfish' was launched at 9:36 am today (April 15). The puja ceremony was held in the presence of versatile actor Dhanush (who gave the first clap), star director Harish Shankar (who switched on the camera), and hit machine Anil Ravipudi (who shot the first shot and also unveiled the motion poster of the film). 


Speaking on the occasion, Dil Raju said, "This is my first collaboration with Sukumar since 'Arya', which happened 18 years ago. I am glad that our banner has collaborated with him for 'Selfish'. Ashish earned recognition with his debut movie 'Rowdy Boys'. We hope 'Selfish' is going to be a turning point in his career. I thank the guests for being here today."

Pooja Hegde Starts Shooting For A Party Number In Venkatesh, Varun Tej, Anil Ravipudi, Sri Venkateswara Creations F3

 



Anil Ravipudi is leaving no stone unturned to make his ongoing film F3 much bigger hit than F2. Starring Victory Venkatesh and Mega Prince Varun Tej in lead roles, the film features Tamannaah Bhatia, Mehreen Pirzada and Sonal Chauhan playing the female leads.

Pooja Hegde who is one of the most sought-after actresses will be seen shaking her leg in a special party number in the movie. Art director AS Prakash oversaw the construction of a flamboyant set in Annapurna 7 Acres, where the song shoot is taking place. The shoot of the song commenced from today.

Rockstar Devi Sri Prasad has scored a peppy and foot-tapping number for this song. What’s so special about this song is alongside Pooja Hegde, entire lead cast of the movie- Venkatesh, Varun Tej and the heroines are also participating in the shoot that arrives at the crucial juncture of the movie. Pooja Hegde’s special dance number will be one of the major attractions of the movie. It indeed will be a feast to see all of them together on screen.

Rajendra Prasad who appeared in F2 is also part of F3, while Sunil is the new addition.

Dil Raju is the presenter, while Shirish is producing the movie on Sri Venkateswara Creations banner. Sai Sriram cranks the camera, while Tammiraju is the editor. Harshith Reddy is the co-producer.

The film F3 is ready to create laughing riot in theatres on May 27th.

Seshachela Forests Recreated in Vasanta Mandapam for Annual Vasantotsavam

 

 The annual Vasanthotsavam was held with religious gaiety and pomp at Vasanta Mandapam in Tirumala and the devotees had a divine opportunity to enjoy the divine grace after a span of two years.

 

The three day annual spring festival commenced in Tirumala on Thursday with utmost religious fervour. This annual festival was not observed in the last two years due to Covid pandemic.

 

The devotees had enjoyed every bit of the visual treat provided by the special Seshachala settings laid matching the occasion along with the rhythm of Vedic hymns and snapana tirumanjanam.

 

TTD Garden wing under the supervision of its Chief Officer Sri Srinivasulu has recreated the deep green woods with various flora and fauna as backdrop setting for the spring festival.

 

The figurines of tiger, cheetah, monkeys, slender loris, pythons, cobras, aves like peacocks, swans, ducks, hummingbird, mynas, parrots etc.captivated the devotees.

 

HH Sri Pedda Jiyar Swamy and HH Sri Chinna Jiyar Swamy, Additional EO Sri AV Dharma Reddy, Deputy EO Sri Ramesh Babu, VGO Sri Bali Reddy and other officials were also present.

 

All set for Sita Rama Swamy Vari Kalyanam - TTD Eo

 





















TTD EO Dr KS Jawahar Reddy on Thursday said, the ancient place of Vontimitta which houses the famous shrine of Sri Kodanda Ramalayam is all set to celebrate the state festival of Sri Sita Rama Kalyanam on April 15.

 

After inspecting the arrangements for the celestial marriage along with the District Collector Sri Vijayarama Raju and JEO Sri Veerabrahmam, talking to media persons he said, the divine wedding ceremony will take place between 8pm and 10pm on Friday to which the Honourable CM of AP Sri YS Jaganmohan Reddy will take part in the big fete.

 

The EO also said as nearly 50-60 thousand devotees are expected to gather, the arrangements for the same are being carried out to ensure a hassle-free experience to devotees.

 

Earlier he also inspected the barricading, traffic regulation, galleries, talambralu, Annaprasadam, Security, water distribution and other arrangements and made some valuable advices to the officials concerned.

 

SP Sri Anburajan, CVSO Sri Narasimha Kishore, JC Sri Saikanth Verma, CE Sri Nageswara Rao and other district officials and TTD officials were also present.
