Kiran Abbavaram’s “Sammathame” Releasing Worldwide On June 24th

 

 Kiran Abbavaram will be seen in yet another different role in his next outing “Sammathame”. Tipped to be a musical romantic entertainer, the film directed by Gopinath Reddy features Chandini Chowdary playing the leading lady.


The film’s first glimpse impressed one and all, wherein couple of songs released so far by the makers became superhits. Surely, the promotional content generated curiosity on the movie produced by Kankanala Praveena under UG Productions.

Today, the makers announced release date of the movie through this loveable picture. Sammathame will release worldwide on June 24th. While Chandini is seen drying clothes in the garden, Kiran gives affectionate hug from behind. Both flash delightful smile and their chemistry here is magical.

Sekhar Chandra has provided music, while cinematography is by Sateesh Reddy.

Brahmotsavams of Narayanavanam Temple from 13th to 21st May

 


The annual Brahmotsavams in Narayanavanam are scheduled between May 13 and 21.

 

On May 8, Koil Alwar Tirumanjanam, May 12 Ankurarpanam will be observed.

 

The important days of Sri Kalyana Venkateswara temple annual fete include Garuda Seva on May 17, Rathotsavam and Kalyanotsavam on May 20 and Chakra Snanam on May 21.

Adivi Sesh’s Pan India Film Major Releasing Worldwide On June 3rd

 






Actor Adivi Sesh’s first Pan India film Major is presently in post-production phase. Sesh is closely overseeing the works, since it’s his most ambitious project. From the time, he planned to make a film on the life of 26/11 hero Major Sandeep Unnikrishnan, Sesh has been very attentive about every aspect of the making of Major.


Besides doing the lead role, Sesh has also penned story and screenplay of the movie. Directed by Sashi Kiran Tikka, Major gets a new release date. The movie will grace the cinemas worldwide on June 3rd. The film will have simultaneous release in Telugu, Hindi and Malayalam languages.

Adivi Sesh gives serious gaze in the poster where we can observe injury on his forehead. In the background, Taj Hotel is seen set on fire by terrorists.

Sricharan Pakala scored music and first single Hrudayam fascinated music lovers. The film’s teaser spellbound with its gripping narration and top-notch technicalities.

The multilingual film 'Major' traces the journey of Major Sandeep from childhood, teenage, glorious years in the army to the tragic events of the Mumbai attack where he martyred, touching upon the different aspects of his being.

Sobhita Dhulipala, Saiee Manjrekar, Prakash Raj, Revathi and Murli Sharma are the other prominent cast of the film produced by Sony Pictures Films India in association with Mahesh Babu's GMB Entertainment and A+S Movies.

TTD Cancels Contractor's Registration+

 

 TTD on Tuesday has cancelled the contract of Tanigai Crafts Company belonging to Sri R Babu on grounds of violation of the terms and conditions.

 

In a statement, TTD said that it encourages registrations by multi companies to promote competitive biddings in the making of ornaments for Srivari temple and other TTD group of temples.

 

As part of the exercise, Sri Babu's concern was also registered. It was found that it had violated the terms mentioned in GOMSNo.94 that it should hire only Hindu artisans and not Muslim artisans as per the agreement.

 

TTD action followed a complaint by Sri Venugopal of Balaji Metal Company that Babu concern had hired some Muslim artisans.

 

After a probe, TTD has cancelled the registration of Tanigai Crafts Company and also clarified that till now no work contract has been awarded to the said company.

 

Bhashyakarla Utsavam Commences

 



The annual Bhashyakarla Utsavam in Sri Govinda Raja Swamy temple in Tirupati commenced on Tuesday.

 

The procession of Bangaru Tiruchi was observed at 7:30am.

 

Later Chinna Mada Veedhi Utsavam will be followed in the evening between 5:30pm and 7pm succeeded by Pedda Mada Veedhi Utsavam.

Bashyakarula Utsava Begins at Tirumala

 






The 19-day fete of Bashyakarula Utsavam commenced at Srivari temple in Tirumala on Tuesday and will last till May 14.

 

Legend says that Sri Bhagavad Ramanujacharya had written a commentary titled Sri Bashyam for the Vishistadvaitha philosophy edict of Mimamsa and thereafter was named as Bashyakarulu.

 

The Bashyakarula fete was observed every year on Arudra star, the birth star of Sri Ramanujacharya.

 

On the first day of Bashyakarula utsavam, the utsava idol of Sri Ramanujacharya was paraded over Bangaru Tiruchi along the Mada streets of Srivari temple.

 

Tirumala pontiffs Sri Sri Sri Pedda Jeeyarswamy and Sri Sri Sri Chinna Jeeyarswamy, Parupattedar Sri Gurappa were present.
