15 DAYS15 Days Training Program for Sri Venkateswara Ayurveds College Students Held

 A 15 days training program organised by the TTD for BAMS first-year students of Sri Venkateshwara Ayurveda medical college began on Wednesday.

 

The program held on directions of the National Commission of Indian systems of Medicine aimed at promoting awareness of students on Indian medical systems, computer knowledge, personality development and Sanskrit.

 

The training program is conducted on a virtual platform by alumni students of the SV Ayurveda College who were settled overseas.

 

Earlier Veda pundits performed puja at the Bhagavan Dhanvanthri at the college campus and rendered Veda Ashirvahanam.

 

Thereafter participating as chief guest the SVETA director Smt Prashanti inaugurated the program session.

 

Speaking on the occasion College Principal Dr Murali Krishna said the 40-year-old Ayurveda College was fully supported by the TTD board for the development of an Ayurvedic pharmacy and research in new formulations.

 

The vice-principal Dr Sundaram made fresh students to pledge on father of Ayurveda medicine Saint Charaka.

 

Dr Sridurga, Dr Renu Dikshit, Dr Srinivasa, lecturers and students were present.



TTD Invites AP CM For Amaravati Sri Venkateswara Swamy Vari Temple Samprokshanam



TTD chairman Sri YV Subba Reddy on Wednesday presented the invitation to Honourable AP Chief Minister Sri YS Jaganmohan Reddy for the Maha Samprokshana fete of Sri Venkateshwara temple at Amaravati slated from June 5-9.

 

Accompanied by TTD JEO Sri Veerabrahmam, the TTD chairman extended the invitation to AP CM at the camp office in Tadepalli in Vijayawada.

 

TTD chairman also explained the course of Maha Samprokshana celebrations of the newly built temple from June 5 onwards and that the Maha Samprokshana event would be performed on June 9 morning between 07.30- 08.30 am.

 

Earlier TTD chairman felicitated the Honourable CM with a shawl and also presented Srivari Prasadam.

 

CVSO Sri Narasimha Kishore and Chief Engineer Sri Nageswara Rao were also present.

AP GUV Invited for Maha Samprokshana

 TTD chairman Sri YV Subba Reddy on Wednesday extended an invitation to His Excellency AP Governor Sri Biswabushan Harichandan to participate in the Maha Samprokshana fete of the newly built Sri Venkateshwara temple in Amaravati on June 9.

 

TTD chairman called on the Governor at Raj Bhavan and presented the invitation for five-day celebrations beginning on June 5 and concluding with Maha. Samprokshana on June 9.

 

Earlier he felicitated the Governor with a shawl and also presented Srivari thirtha Prasadam.

Sabha Parva Parayanam Begins at Nada Neerjanam Madapam





The spiritual agenda of TTD seeking Srivari blessing for the well-being of humanity entered a new phase with the commencement of the parayanams of Sabha Parva (Sabha Parvam- Dharma Saram) from epic Mahabharata at Nada Neeranjanam platform on Wednesday.

 

Speaking on the occasion Vedic pundit of Dharmagiri Veda vijnan peetham, Dr P Venkatachalapathi said the Sabha Parva focused on the glory of Sri Krishna and highlighted on the message of dharma Plain in society.

 

Sabha Parva is comprised of 81 chapters, 10 sub-Parvas, 3700 shlokas

 

During the parayanam he gave commentary while pundit Sri Raghavendra chanted the shlokas. He appealed to devotees to follow the program which was telecast on SVBC daily between 8-9 Pm.

 

Veda pundits, devotees and TTD officials were present in large numbers.
