Applications Invited for Admission Into Sri Venkateswara Vedanta Vardhini Sanskrit College
TTD has invited applications from students for the pre degree courses at the SV Vedanta Vardhini Sanskrit college in Secunderabad for the academic year 2022-23.
Students with an SSLC pass certificate and with Sanskrit as a second subject In Intermediate are eligible for the BA(OL) for 2-year pre-degree courses.
The selected students would get free boarding and hostel facilities. Interested and qualified candidates should apply from July 5 till August 30.

Sri Vaikhanasa Bhagavat Shastra is Basis for Srivari Kainkaryams - Sri Prabhakaracharya
Sri Prabhakaracharya, secretary of Tirumala Sri Vaikhanasa Trust said on Monday that the Sri Vaikhanasa Bhagavat Shastra scripted by Sage Sri Vaikhanasa is the basis for all the systems of Aradhana in Tirumala temple of Sri Venkateswara Swamy.
Under the aegis of the TTD Alwar Divya Prabandam project, the Sri Vaikhanasa Divya Siddhanta Vivardhini fete was performed on the occasion of Thiru Nakshatra of Sri Marichi Maharshi at the Asthana Mandapam in Tirumala on Monday evening.
Chairing the fete Sri Prabhakaracharyulu said the Vaikhanasa Aradhana of Temple culture has its roots in Veda mantras as stated in the Vaikanasa Bhagavat Shastra.
The systems of worship were narrated comprehensively by Sri Marichi Maharshi in the Ananda Samhita scripture about the Vaikhanasa Agama Shastra which is being followed since thousands of years at the Srivari temple.
He lauded the TTD for preserving these systems of Srivari puja as part of its mandate for the preservation of Sanatana Hindu dharma.
Chief guest Sri Raghava Dikshitulu said Sri Marichi Maharshi had narrated the temple and mantapam construction, daily pujas. Aradhana etc.for the good of the society.
Sri V Ramakrishna Seshasai described that all intricate details of conducting the Srivari Brahmotsavam was ingrained in the Vaikhanasa Bhagavat Shastra. The Vaikhanasa archaka society had a major responsibility in preserving and protecting these ageless puja systems etc. he maintained.
Sriman Sharad Kumar from Machilipatnam said Vaikhanasa Kalpa sutra which transformed a common man with supernatural entity and added timeless value to temple culture and its financial structure.
Sri Varaha Narasimha Dikshitulu of Tirumala said the Vimana Kalpa scriptures penned by Sri Marichi Maharshi is the basis for Panchabera Aradhana being held at Tirumala which had blessed millions of devotees with countless boons all these years.
He said the puja systems of Tirumala as per Vaikhanasa Agama Shastra as evinced by Sri Marichi Maharshi endowed health and wealth to entire humanity.
