The Maha Samprokshanam rituals in Srivari temple at Rampachodavaram will be observed between May 17 and 22, said TTD JEO Sri Veerabrahmam.


During his inspection to the temple located in Alluri Seetaramaraju Manyam district of AP along with a few officials of TTD on Thursday, the JEO said, the pending works related to Water Pumping Plant, Security, temple arch etc. to be completed at a fast pace.


He also directed to erect CC cameras, to get ready the Panchaloha idols for the rituals, Tandlu for vahanams, Gatatopam, fire extinguishers, electrical illumination etc.


The JEO instructed the concerned to give wide publicity so that the devotees from the surrounding places of Rajamundry, Addateegala, Rajavommangi, Gokavaram etc. to have darshan of the presiding deity after the completion of Maha Samprokshanam rituals.


In view of anticipated devotee rush on May 22, he directed all the concerned officers to be ready with the arrangements of Annaprasadam, water, buttermilk etc.


The JEO also negotiated with ITDA Project Officer Sri Suraj, sub-collector Sri Bansal, Additional SP Sri Adiraj Singh over the Maha arrangememts.


TTD CE Sri Nageswara Rao, SEs Sri Satyanarayana, Sri Venkateswarulu, DyEOs Sri Vrnkataiah, Sri Gunabhushan Reddy, VGO Sri Manohar, AEO Sri Ramesh and others were present.

MECHANISATION OF LUGGAGE DELIVERY FOR PEDESTRIAN PILGRIMS

he luggage delivery system should be made pilgrim friendly for the devotees trekking both footpaths, said TTD EO Sri AV Dharma Reddy.

 

Reviewing on the same in his chambers in TTD Administrative Building in Tirupati on Wednesday the EO directed the officials concerned to do a survey on the functioning of luggage delivery counters at KKC and Supadham which are being operated through a computer app specially designed for this.

 

On necessity, he instructed to increase the luggage delivery centres and put an electronic display about the details of luggage etc.

 

Earlier the vigilance officials have explained the luggage deposit, transport and delivery mechanism through power point presentation. The EO directed some changes and made some suggestions and asked the vigilance sleuths to come up with a detailed PP presentation next week.

 

CVSO Sri Narasimha Kishore, CE Sri Nageswara Rao, FACAO Sri Balaji, CAuO Sri Sesha Sailendra, GM IT Sri Sandeep Reddy, VGO Vigilance Sri Girishar Rao and others were also present.
