Focus on Employees Welfare - TTD Chairman

 

 Special focus is on the employee welfare measures, said TTD Chairman Sri YV Subba Reddy.


After inaugurating a Function Hall in Vinayakanagar quarters for the sake of TTD employees in Tirupati on Thursday, the Chairman speaking to the media said, the two decades old dream has become a reality with the opening of this function hall which was constructed at a cost of Rs.1.40cr.


Upon the instructions of the Honourable CM of AP Sri YS Jaganmohan Reddy, 300 acres of land has been acquired towards house plots for TTD employees which has been pending for the last several decades.


Similarly many employee-friendly measures like Health Scheme was also implemented.


Later reacting on Sulabh Workers' lightning strike from the past four days, the TTD Board Chief faulted their act without giving any notice as sanitation is an emergency service in Tirumala which is visited every day by scores of devotees. However, the TTD management has initiated alternative measures and ensured that pilgrims are not thrown into any inconvenience.


TTD will also proceed legally against the fake websites which have indulged in cheating devotees, he added.


TTD EO Sri AV Dharma Reddy, board member Sri Ashok Kumar, JEOs Smt Sada Bhargavi, Sri Veerabrahmam, CE Sri Nageswara Rao, SE Sri Venkateswarulu, Estates OSD Sri Mallikharjuna, DyEO Smt Snehalata were also present.

SVIMS, BIRRD And Paediatric Cardiac Hospitals Are Centres of Hope for The Country - NBE VP Dr Bajipee

 

 The TTD-run super specialty hospital of SVIMS, BIRRD and SPCHC are the centres of hope for the country with their world-class standards of medical services, said Dr Minu Bajpayee, the Executive Director of National Board of Examinations in Medical Sciences(NBEMS).

 

Dr Bajpayee along with the TTD EO Sri AV Dharma Reddy and JEO for Health and Education Smt Sada Bhargavi visited the SPCHC and BIRRD hospitals in Tirupati on Thursday. 

 

Later speaking to the media persons at BIRRD he lauded the committed services of TTD in the area of patient care by establishing world-class hospitals with expert doctors who are rendering impeccable services to the needy. "This entire region is really fortunate to have such state of art hospitals with international standards. These hospitals are Centres of hope to the nation in the field of medicine", he asserted.

 

Dr Bajpayee expressed immense happiness over the services of SPCHC for doing over 1300 heart operations to the children including Heart Transplantation.

He also complimented BIRRD for knee cap transplants and treatment of other Ortho ailments at the institute.

 

Briefing about the NBEMS activities he said the NBEMS aims at promoting fellowships in specialists, skill development and the union health ministry has provided 14 fellowships so far which will be granted in May besides providing training in Artificial Intelligence and Mission Learning.

 

He complimented both the Director of SPCHC Dr Srinath Reddy and his team and the OSD BIRRD, Dr Reddeppa Reddy and his team for carrying out the surgeries with finesse and expertise with commitment.

 

Earlier he went round the hospitals and interacted with parents.

Nationwide Hindu Dharma Campaign - TTD Chairman

 










TTD Chairman Sri YV Subba Reddy said upon the instructions of the Honourable CM of AP Sri YS Jaganmohan Reddy, as part of a nationwide campaign of Hindu Sanatana Dharma, TTD has rolled out the construction of Srivari Divya Kehstras in important cities across the country.

 

Addressing a public meeting on Thursday after laying foundation stone for two kalyana Mandapams at Penumuru in Chittoor and Sathyaveedu in Tirupati districts respectively he said besides providing priority to common devotees, the construction of nearly 2500 SV temples have been taken up under the funds of SRIVANI Trust.

 

He said upon the appeal of Deputy CM Sri Narayanswami and MLA Sri Adimoolam the construction of current Kalyana Mandapams works have been taken up by TTD to assist the poor and middle-class people in both the districts to perform weddings of their children and other dharmic ceremonies.

 

Deputy CM of AP Sri Narayanswami, MLA Sri Adimoolam, Tirupati MP Dr Gurumoorthy, APSRTC vice chairman Sri Vijayanand Reddy, Tirupati District Joint Collector Sri Balaji and others were present.

 

Nrusimha Jayanthi

 



The auspicious Nrusimha Jayanti will be observed in Tirumala on May by TTD. 

 

Every year on the advent of Swati star in Vaisakha month this Jayanti is being observed. 

 

In the sub-temple of Sri Yoga Narasimha Swamy inside the Tirumala temple, special pujas will be performed.

 

At Vasanta Mandapam, Nrusimha Puja will be observed between 3pm and 4.30pm. 


SVBC will telecast this programme live for the sake of global devotees.

Keep Tirumala Environs Clean and Hygiene - TTD JEo

 





TTD JEO Sri Veerabrahmam on Thursday evening appealed to locals, shop keepers in Tirumala to voluntarily support TTD efforts to keep Tirumala clean and hygiene.

 

Speaking to residents of Balaji Nagar after a visit to the area along with TTD Estate Wing officials, the JEO said the shop owners, fast food operators etc. should help TTD in segregating their wet and dry garbages separately and depose them in the sanitary lorries often.

 

He said in the wake of the lightning strike by the sanitary workers without prior notice, it becomes the utmost responsibility of the residents and others to rise to the situation at the need of the hour. The locals and shop keepers also agreed to extend voluntary support to TTD in keeping the environs in the divine Tirumala Hills healthy.

Balalayam Concludes

 






The Balalaya Mahasamprokshana In Sri Seshachala Lingeswara Swamy temple at Kanduvaripalle in Chandragiri concluded on a grand note on Thursday with Purnahuti.

Shobha Yatra of Archaka Trainees

 





The shobha yatra of SC, ST, BC Archaka trainees took place in Tirupati on Thursday from TTD Administrative building to Sri Kodandarama Swamy temple upon the instructions of TTD JEO for Health and Education Smt Sada Bhargavi.

 

About 60 archaka trainees participated in this event led by HDPP Secretary Dr Srinivasulu, co-ordinator Dr Hemanth, Smt Amaravati and others.
