Ankurarpanam Held

 











The Ankurarpanam fete in connection with the annual Srivari Pushpayagam on November 9 was observed at Vasanta Mandapam in Tirumala on Friday night.


Punyahavachanam, Vishwaksena Aradhana, Mritsangrahanam were held in Vasanta Mandapam on the occasion by the temple priests amidst chanting of Vedic Mantras.

TTD has cancelled Sahasra Deepalankara Seva.

The Additional EO Sri Ch Venkaiah Chowdary, Temple Deputy EO Sri Lokanatham, Peishkar Sri Ramakrishna and others participated in the programme. 

TTD Chairman Visits Dharmagiri and Goshala

 
















TTD Trust Board Chairman Sri BR Naidu visited Dharmagiri Veda Vignana Peetham and SV Gosala in Tirumala on Friday evening.


Earlier on his maiden arrival to Dharmagiri, the Principal Sri KSS Avadhani accorded him a traditional welcome amidst vedic chants and Aseervachanam.

Later the TTD Board Chief interacted with students and said all the students should expertise in their courses and preach Sanatana Dharma.

''If there are any issues we are here to resolve it and I will meet you all again. Our noble intention is to take forward Sanatana Dharma to newer heights, he asserted.

In the beginning, Dharmagiri Principal briefed the TTD Board Chief about the emergence and prominence of the vedic institution in Tirumala.

Special Officer Dharmagiri Smt Vijayalakshmi, Health Officer Dr Madhusudhana Prasad and others were also present.

Gosala 

Afterwards, the TTD board chief visited Gosala and participated in Navaneeta Seva.

He observed the services rendered by Srivari Sevaks in Navaneeta Seva and also handed over the butter that is churned out of buttermilk which is used for Ekanta Seva to the sevaks. He also took part in Gopuja. SV Gosala Director Dr Harnath Reddy was also present.

Later the Chairman visited Sri Pedda Jeeyar Mutt and took the blessings of HH Sri Pedda Jeeyar Swamy and also worshipped to Sri Bedi Anjaneya Swamy and offered coconuts in Akhilandam.

TTD Addl Eo Surprise Inspections

 






The Additional EO of Tirumala Sri Ch. Venkaiah Chowdary conducted a surprise inspection in the Narayanagiri Sheds during the wee hours on Friday. 


As a part his inspection, he verified by interacting with the devotees whether the pilgrims were receiving food and milk on time. 

He also observed the services being provided by the Srivari Sevaks to the devotees. 

Since it is winter, he instructed the officials to provide hot milk continuously and also directed the concerned to ensure that adequate medical facilities are available to devotees.

He instructed the officials to take appropriate steps to ensure that the devotees waiting at Vaikuntha Queue Complex-2 have a speedy darshan by reducing waiting hours to the maximum possible extent.

TTD Addl Eo Inspects

 












TTD Additional EO Sri Ch Venkaiah Chowdary inspected the ongoing construction works of PAC 5 in Tirumala on Friday evening.


As a part of it he visited all halls, tonsure area, dining area, bathrooms, electrical wiring, corridor and observed the elevation designs.

He later instructed the officials concerned to complete the works by the year end. The building should come for pilgrim utility by Jan next and there should be no further delay in works'', he observed.
