Dwadasi Chakrasnanam Held









On the auspicious day of Vaikuntha Dwadasi, the Chakra Snanam was held.


Usually, it is also considered as the most important torrent festival in Tirumala, the Swamy Pushkarini Theertha Mukkoti.

Among the several thousands of Theerthams, Swamy Pushkarini is considered as most auspicious one as it is believed it is the chief source of all the 66crore and odd theerthams present in Seshachala Ranges.

Sri Sudarshana Chakrattalwar was brought to the sacred temple tank during the early hours on Saturday and Chakra Snanam was performed by the Archakas in the holy waters of Swamy Pushkarini in the presence of HH Tirumala Sri Chinna Jeeyar Swami on the occasion. Later the Chakrattalwar returned to the temple.

TTD EO Sri Syamala Rao, Board Member Smt Panabaka Lakshmi, DyEO Sri Lokanatham, Peishkar Sri Rama Krishna and others were also present.

Chakrasnanam Held

























On the auspicious occasion of Vaikuntha Dwadasi, Chakra Snanam was observed at Sri Kalyana Venkateswara Swamy temple in Srinivasa Mangapuram on Saturday.


Sri Sudarshana Chakrattalwar was rendered the holy bath in the sacred waters of the temple tank.

Similarly, Chakrasnanam was observed in other local temples of TTD including Sri Padmavathi Ammavari Temple and Sri Kalyana Venkateswara Swamy Temple in Narayanavanam.

Special Grade DyEO Smt Varalakshmi, DyEO Smt Nagaratna and other staff, devotees were present.

Donation to SV Veda Parirakshana Trust




A Devotee Sri M Janardhan, Chief of Sai Raghavendra Constructions, Hyderabad has donated Rs. 10, 00,116 to Sri Venkateswara Veda Parirakshna Trust of TTD.


He handed over the cheque for the donation over the hands of TTD Chairman BR Naidu at the latter's camp office in Tirumala on Saturday.

Sri Kamakshi Ammavaru on the Teppa







As part of Sri Kapileswara Swamy Teppotsavams in Tirupati, Sri Kamakshi Ammavaru gave darshan on Saturday night between 6.30 pm and 8 pm.


The float festival was an eye feast for devotees Sri Kamakshi Ammavaru, seated on the beautifully decorated Teppa blessed devotees by taking seven rounds. 

Temple Deputy EO Sri Devendra Babu, AEO Sri Subbaraju, Superintendent Sri Chandrasekhar, Temple Inspector Sri Balakrishna and a large number of devotees participated in this program.
