We Should Serve with The Inspiration of National Leaders




















TTD EO Sri J. Syamala Rao said that national leaders made many sacrifices with unwavering dedication to bring independence to India, and TTD employees should take inspiration from such people and provide better services to devotees.


Addressing the 76th Republic Day celebrations observed at the Parade Grounds of TTD a Administrative Building in Tirupati on Sunday, in his address he highlighted the various services that TTD is providing to the devotees 

Some excerpts:

. In all the temples managed by TTD, we are conducting daily rituals as per the advice of the Jeeyangars and other prominent Agama experts.

•  On the occasion of Vaikunta Dwara Darsanam for 10 days from January 10 to 19 close to 7 lakh devotees had darshan.


Last year, we had successfully organized the Srivari Salakatla Brahmotsavam from October 4 to 12, and Sri Padmavati Ammavari Brahmotsavam from November 28 to December 06. 

Lakhs of devotees had a satisfactory darshan and vahana darshan during the Brahmotsavams. 

Quality Annaprasadam, Ladduprasadam and accommodation were provided to the devotees without any inconvenience.

•  Extensive arrangements to celebrate the Rathasaptami festival on February 4th at the Tirumala Srivari Temple, at  Tiruchanur and other affiliated temples.


•  As part of the Hindu Dharma Prachara, a model temple of Srivaru was set up at the prestigious Kumbh Mela being held from 13-26 of February at Prayagraj in the state of Uttar Pradesh.

•  A large number of devotees are visiting the Model Temple and having darshan of the Lord.

•  Srivari Kalyanams are also attracting local devout in Prayagraj  


•  Daily sevas from Suprabhatam to Ekantha Seva, in the style of Tirumala, are being conducted so that devotees from the North can enjoy the glory of Srivaru with satisfaction.
 

•  Hon'ble Chief Minister of AP Sri Nara Chandrababu Naidu has made several suggestions to TTD officials to prepare Vision 2047 for Tirumala.

•  As per his suggestions, steps are being taken to construct the Alipiri base camp, multi-level parking, smart parking, construction of new link roads, construction of subways, Ram Bhageecha, Balaji bus stand, and old Choultries.

•  Special attention towards traffic control, necessary parking, and infrastructure development in Tirumala.

•  Steps to develop the temples under the auspices of TTD in a phased manner.


•  Signed an MoU with TVS Motor Company to manufacture Annaprasadam using state-of-the-art machinery to provide quality, hygienic, and delicious Annaprasadam to the devotees.

•  Agreement with Reliance Retails to provide guidance in the selection of quality raw materials used in the preparation of laddus and anna prasadams offered to devotees.

•  To implement a new policy for issuing canteen management licenses to leading companies in the country to prepare quality food items in the Big and Janatha Canteens in Tirumala.


•  Steps to purchase quality raw materials and ghee to make Tirumala Srivari Laddu Prasadams more tasty.


•  Soon opening a lab with state-of-the-art equipment to fully identify the quality of ghee used in Srivari Laddu Prasadams and Annaprasadams. For this, the National Dairy Development Board has donated two machines worth Rs. 70 lakhs.

•  To further strengthen the TTD IT system and correct the errors in booking services such as Arjita services, darshan, accommodation, etc.

•  In the last 40 months, 3,500 heart surgeries and 17 heart transplants were successfully performed at Sri Padmavati Children's Hospital.

•  quality medical services to patients with state-of-the-art facilities at SVIMS, BIRRD, and Ayurveda hospitals.

•  Since December 3rd last year, Srivari Darshan to Tirupati locals resumed on the first Tuesday of every month.


As per the instructions of Honourable Chief Minister of AP several changes in the Srivari  Seva are being made to extract quality seva from volunteers.

•  TTD established Hindu religious projects a few decades ago as part of its efforts to widely promote Sanatana Hindu Dharma  propagation among the masses.

•  We are presenting the glory of the omnipotent Brahma and all the programs organized by TTD for the welfare of humanity to devotees of Srivari all over the world through the Sri Venkateswara Bhakti Channel.

We are addressing the legitimate concerns of TTD employees from time to time and are giving priority to their welfare.

Regular employees who provided exceptional services during the Brahmotsavams were given a Brahmotsavam reward of Rs. 15,400/- and contract and outsourcing employees were given a Brahmotsavam reward of Rs. 7,535/-.

More Facilities to Pilgrims with Feedback System - TTD Addl Eo









Providing more pilgrim-friendly initiatives and improving the facilities of darshan, accommodation, Annaprasadam and prasadams by through Feedback System is top priority of TTD said, the Additional EO Sri Ch Venkaiah Chowdary.


The Additional EO who participated in the 76th Republic Day celebrations hoisted the national flag at Gokulam Rest House premises in Tirumala on Sunday morning.

Speaking on the occasion he called upon the employees to work together and provide better services to the devotees who come from all over the world to have a darshan of Srivaru.

Adding further he said over 96% of devotees have expressed their immense satisfaction over the arrangements by TTD during 10-day Vaikuntha Dwara Darshanam in Tirumala.

He said the data was gathered by collecting feedback from the devotees on the various arrangements implemented by TTD with the help of Srivari Sevaks. The goal is to provide the devotees with more convenient darshan and other facilities in a transparent manner by improving amenities from time to time through feedback system.

Later he said, the annual Brahmotsavam in October last was a great success with the teamwork.

He said that changes have been made in  Annaprasadam and queue lines for the convenience of devotees.  ''We are setting up state-of-the-art machines to provide more quality food to the devotees'', he maintained.

The Additional EO said that over 6.83 lakh devotees visited Vaikunta Dwaram from January 10 to 19 which was a quite good number than previous years.

He said the problems in the allotment of accommodation in Tirumala will be resolved and the repairs in some cottages will be completed soon and cottages will be made available to the devotees.  

He also said that steps will be taken to strengthen the IT department of TTD and provide hassle free and more transparent services to the devotees. 

He said that the e-hundi system introduced by TTD recently is giving good results.  The devotees are making donations easily through UPI in the Kiosks set up at many places in Tirumala.

Concluding his speech the Additional EO said whenever there is an emergency situation due to heavy pilgrim influx, TTD is contemplating means on how to handle such issues and take all care that such incidents will not be repeated in future.

To achieve the goal of providing hassle-free services to devotees, a proper team work by all departments is a must and appreciate the commitment of the strong workforce of TTD.
