TTD is implementing more transparent and efficient technological services with a noble intention to provide enhanced services to the devotees, said TTD EO Sri J. Syamala Rao.
Addressing media after Dial your EO at Annamaiah Bhavan, the EO said under the instructions of the Honourable CM of AP Sri N Chandrababu Naidu, several Technological reforms were introduced by TTD in the recent times and these tech upgrades includes the use of Artificial Intelligence, Facility Monitoring Systems, WhatsApp Governance, Adhaar integration, kiosk-based services, and a partnership with Google to enhance transparency and efficiency.
A WhatsApp-based feedback system has also been introduced to collect real-time suggestions from devotees, he maintained.
The other points he briefed the media on included old accommodation facilities to be modernized and reconstructed, and quality control labs that were established to ensure high food standards.
Elaborating further, he said, the Srivari Seva voluntary system will be refined soon, and as a part of it Group Leader(Group Supervisor) system is being introduced to improve the efficiency of volunteer services.
Plans are in place to involve professionals from various sectors to enhance Seva quality.
TTD is also contemplating inviting NRI devotees to participate in Srivari Seva, and new initiatives like “Go Seva” (cow service) are also underway.
The sacred Tirunamam service has been reintroduced at 18 locations in Tirumala.
The town planning department has also been established as part of the TTD Master Plan. In the first phase, development work will be undertaken at temples in locations such as Tiruchanoor, Amaravati, and Vontimitta.
Out of 45 rest houses in Tirumala, 42 have been renamed with spiritually significant names so far.
He also said a complete overhaul in its services, including darshan, accommodation, and prasadam distribution, has been implemented in the last 11 months in the larger interests of the devotees.
An action plan is also underway to increase the Forest cover in Tirumala from the existing 68% to 80%.
Following a decision made in 2014, TTD is planning to construct temples in the remaining states and union territories of India.
As a part of the policy implementation, 29 non-Hindu employees in TTD, the board has resolved to give voluntary retirement.
A new 5-member Vaikhanasa Agama advisory committee has been appointed.
Renowned agencies will manage major canteens and the Janata canteens to improve food quality.
He mentioned that extensive facilities have been arranged at Tirumala and local temples to accommodate the summer crowd.
TTD Additional EO Sri Ch.Venkaiah Chowdary, CE Sri T.V. Satyanarayana, and other officials also participated in the program.

మరింత పటిష్టంగా శ్రీవారి సేవ:
• రాష్ట్ర ముఖ్యమంత్రి వర్యులు శ్రీ నారా చంద్రబాబు నాయుడు ఆదేశాల మేరకు టీటీడీలో మరింత పటిష్టంగా శ్రీవారి సేవను అమలు చేసేందుకు చర్యలు చేపట్టాం.
వివిధ రంగాల నిపుణుల సేవలు:
• వివిధ రంగాల నిపుణుల సేవలును వినియోగించుకునేందుకు వీలుగా కార్యచరణ సిద్ధం చేస్తున్నాం.
శ్రీవారి ఎన్ఆర్ఐ సేవలు:
• ఎన్ఆర్ఐ సేవలు శ్రీవారి సేవ చేసేందుకు ప్రత్యేక ఏర్పాట్లు చేస్తున్నాం.
గోమాత సేవ:
• వీటితో పాటు గోమాతలకు సేవ చేసేందుకు 'గోసేవ'ను అందుబాటులోకి తీసుకురానున్నాం.
గ్రూప్ లీడర్ల వ్యవస్థ:
• గ్రూప్ లీడర్ల వ్యవస్థను ప్రవేశపెట్టి వారికి దశలవారీగా శిక్షణా కార్యక్రమాలు ఏర్పాటు చేసేందుకు ప్రణాళికలు సిద్ధం చేస్తున్నాం.
• శ్రీవారి సేవకులతో తిరుమలలోని 18 ప్రాంతాల్లో ఈ కార్యక్రమం నిరంతరం కొనసాగుతోంది.
టీటీడీలో ప్రణాళికబద్ధంగా అభివృద్ధి:
• తిరుమలను ప్రణాళికబద్ధంగా అభివృద్ధి చేయడానికి టీటీడీ పట్టణ ప్రణాళిక శాఖను ఏర్పాటు చేశాం.
• ఇటీవలే పలు పోస్టుల భర్తీకి రాష్ట్ర క్యాబినెట్ కూడా ఆమోదం తెలిపింది.
• దీనితో పాటు దేశవ్యాప్తంగా ఉన్న ఆర్కిటెక్ఛర్ కన్సెల్టెన్సీల ద్వారా టీటీడీలో అన్ని ఆలయాల అభివృద్ధికి ప్రణాళికలు రూపొందిస్తున్నాం.
మొదటి దశలో...
• తిరుచానూరు పద్మావతి అమ్మవారి ఆలయం, అమరావతి వేంకటేశ్వరస్వామి ఆలయం, నారాయణవనం కళ్యాణ వేంకటేశ్వరస్వామి ఆలయం, కపిలతీర్థం కపిలేశ్వరస్వామి ఆలయం, నాగాలాపురం వేదనారాయణస్వామి ఆలయం, ఒంటిమిట్ట కోదండరామ స్వామి ఆలయం, తిరుమలలోని ఆకాశగంగ, పాపవినాశనం అభివృద్ధి కోసం మాస్టర్ ప్లాన్ తయారు చేసేందుకు చర్యలు చేపట్టాం.
వసతి గృహాల పేర్లు మార్పు:
• తిరుమలలోని 45 విశ్రాంత భవనాల పేర్లు మార్పునకు 75 ఆధ్యాత్మిక పేర్లను టీటీడీ ఎంపిక చేసింది.
• ఇందులో 42 మంది టీటీడీ సూచించిన పేర్లను మార్పు చేశారు.
• ఇదివరకే 33 కాటేజీలకు వివిధ దేవతల పేర్లు కలిగిఉన్నాయి.
• మిగిలిన రెండు విశ్రాంతి గృహాలు స్పందించలేదు.
• దీంతో ఈ విశ్రాంతి గృహాల పేర్లను టీటీడీనే మార్పు చేసేందుకు, ఇండియన్ ఆర్మీకి చెందిన సైనిక్ నివాస్ పేరు విషయంలో వారితో చర్చించేందుకు బోర్డు నిర్ణయించింది.
• తిరుమల అటవీ ప్రాంతంలో 68 శాతం నుండి 80 శాతానికి పచ్చదనాన్ని పెంపొందించేందకు చర్యలు చేపట్టాం.
వివిధ రాష్ట్రాల రాజధానుల్లో టీటీడీ ఆలయాల నిర్మాణం:
• శ్రీవారి వైభవాన్ని విశ్వవ్యాప్తం చేసేందుకు దేశంలోని పలు రాష్ట్రాలు, కేంద్ర పాలిత ప్రాంతాల్లో టీటీడీ ఆలయాలు నిర్మించేందుకు 26.09.2014లో రాష్ట్ర ముఖ్యమంత్రివర్యులు నారా చంద్రబాబు నాయుడు నిర్ణయం తీసుకున్నారు.
• అందులో భాగంగా ఇప్పటికే 8 రాష్ట్రాల్లో ఆలయాల నిర్మాణం జరిగింది.
• ఇటీవల బోర్డు సమావేశంలో తీసుకున్న నిర్ణయం మేరకు టీటీడీ మిగిలిన నాలుగు కేంద్ర పాలిత ప్రాంతాలు, 15 రాష్ట్ర ప్రభుత్వాలకు లేఖ రాయడం జరిగింది.
• వారి ఆమోదం మేరకు ఆయా రాష్ట్రాల రాజధానుల్లో ఆలయాల నిర్మాణం చేపడతాం.
అన్యమతస్తులపై చర్యలు:
• టీటీడీ తీసుకున్న విధానపరమైన నిర్ణయం ప్రకారం అన్యమతస్తులపై చర్యలు చేపట్టాం.
• ఇప్పటికే టీటీడీలో ఉన్న 29 మంది అన్యమత ఉద్యోగులకు స్వచ్ఛంద పదవీ విరమణ ఇచ్చేందుకు టీటీడీ బోర్డు కూడా ఆమోదం తెలిపింది.
వైఖానస ఆగమ సలహా కమిటీ నియామకం:
• ప్రస్తుత వైఖానస ఆగమ సలహా కమిటీని రద్దుచేసి, ఐదుగురు సభ్యులతో కొత్త కమిటీని టీటీడీ నియమించింది.
మరింత నాణ్యంగా ఆహార పదార్థాలు:
• భక్తులకు మరింత నాణ్యంగా, రుచికరంగా ఆహార పదార్థాలు అందించేందుకు తిరుమలలోని బిగ్ క్యాంటీన్లు, జనతా క్యాంటీన్లను పేరొందిన సంస్థలకు ఇవ్వాలని నిర్ణయించాం.
• ఆదాయంతో సంబంధం లేకుండా నిర్వాహకుల సామర్థ్యాన్ని బట్టి, పేరొందిన సంస్థలకు కేటాయించడానికి త్వరలోనే టెండర్లను పిలుస్తాం.
మరింత పారదర్శకంగా సాంకేతిక సేవలు:
• సాంకేతిక పరిజ్ఞానంతో భక్తులకు మరింత పారదర్శకంగా, సులభతరంగా, త్వరితగతిన సేవలు అందించేందుకు ఆర్టిఫిషియల్ ఇంటలిజన్స్, FMS MONITORING, WHATSAPP GOVERNANCE , గూగుల్ తో ఒప్పందం, ఆధార్ నమోదు, కియోస్క్ సేవలు అందుబాటులోకి తీసుకొస్తున్నాం.
అభిప్రాయ సేకరణ:
• భక్తుల నుండి ఎప్పటికప్పుడు అభిప్రాయాలను సేకరించి మరింత మెరుగైన సేవలు అందించేందుకు వాట్సాప్ ఫీడ్ బ్యాక్ సిస్టమ్ అందుబాటులోకి తీసుకొచ్చాం.
• ఈ విధానం ద్వారా పారదర్శకంగా, నాణ్యమైన సేవలు అందించేందుకు అవకాశం ఏర్పడింది.
శ్రీవారి సేవలో పలు సంస్కరణలు తీసుకు వచ్చేందుకు చర్యలు చేపట్టామని టీటీడీ ఈవో శ్రీ జె.శ్యామలరావు అన్నారు. తిరుమల అన్నమయ్య భవనంలో శనివారం డయల్ యువర్ ఈవో కార్యక్రమం జరిగింది. ఈ కార్యక్రమంలో శ్రీవారి భక్తులకు టీటీడీ అందిస్తున్న సౌకర్యాలు, చేపట్టిన సంస్కరణలను పలువురు భక్తులు అభినందించారు. ఈ సందర్భంగా టీటీడీ ఈవో 35 మంది భక్తులు అడిగిన పలు ప్రశ్నలకు సమాధానాలు ఇచ్చారు.
ఈవో : అలాంటి అవకాశం ఉండదు. సీనియర్ సిటిజన్లకు సహాయం అందించేందుకు శ్రీవారి సేవకులు అందుబాటులో ఉంటారు.
4.ప్రసాదరాజు-దేవరపల్లి.
ప్రశ్న : గతంలో తిరుమలలో సీఆర్వోలోనే కాకుండా ఇతర ప్రాంతాల్లో గదుల కేటాయింపు కేంద్రాలు ఉండేవి. ప్రస్తుతం సీఆర్వోలో మాత్రమే గదులు ఇస్తుండటంతో భక్తులు ఇబ్బంది పడుతున్నారు?
ఈవో : ఇతర ప్రాంతాల్లో గదుల కేటాయింపు వల్ల పలు సమస్యలు వస్తున్నాయని సీఆర్వోకే పరిమితం చేశాం. దీనిపై భక్తుల నుండి మంచి స్పందన వస్తోంది.
ప్రశ్న : తాము అర్చన టికెట్ బుక్ చేసుకునే సమయానికి మా అబ్బాయికి 12 ఏళ్లు ఉండేవి. దర్శనాకి వచ్చేటప్పటికి 13 ఏళ్లు నిండటంతో అనుమతివ్వడం లేదు. ఇలాంటి వారికి దర్శనం చేసుకునే అవకాశం ఉంటుందా?
ఈవో : నిబంధనలను సడలించడం సాధ్యం కాదు.
11. సుధాకర్-కడప.
ప్రశ్న : దివ్యాంగులను వీల్ చైర్ లో ఆలయం లోపలకి అనుమతించండి?
ఈవో : ఆలయంలో స్థలాభావం వల్ల సాధ్యం కాదు.
12. బిందు-హైదరాబాద్.
ప్రశ్న : శ్రీవారి పుష్కరిణీలో పరిశుభ్రత పాటించడంలేదు. సబ్బులు, షాంపులతో స్నానం చేస్తున్నారు?
ఈవో : విచారించి చర్యలు చేపడతాం.
13. నారాయణ-ఒంగోలు. గోపి-ఖమ్మం.
ప్రశ్న : దేశ రక్షణకు ఒక సంవత్సర హుండీ ఆదాయాన్ని విరాళంగా ఇవ్వండి. క్యూలైన్లలో 5-10 సంవత్సరాల లోపు పిల్లలకు ప్రత్యేక క్యూలైన్లు ఏర్పాటు చేయండి?
ఈవో : పిల్లలకు ఇబ్బంది లేకుండా దర్శన ఏర్పాట్లు చేస్తున్నాం.
14. రవి కుమార్-కావలి.
ప్రశ్న : టీటీడీ నేత్ర దాన ట్రస్టు ఏర్పాటు చేస్తే ఎంతో మంది భక్తులకు మేలు జరుగుతుంది?
ప్రశ్న : శ్రీవారి సేవకు ఆన్ లైన్ లో కాకుండా ఆఫ్ లైన్ లో కూడా అవకాశం ఇవ్వండి?
ఈవో : ఆఫ్ లైన్ లో ఇవ్వడం వల్ల చాలా ఇబ్బందులు వస్తున్నాయని ఫిర్యాదులు రావడంతో ఆన్ లైన్ లో ఇస్తున్నాం. శ్రీవారి సేవలో మరిన్ని సంస్కరణలు తీసుకొస్తున్నాం.

Devotees pour in appreciation on TTD towards the improvement of the quality and continuous distribution of the Annaprasadam facility in Tirumala.
The compliments were received during the Dial your EO live phone-in programme held by the TTD EO Sri J. Syamala Rao, along with pilgrim callers from across the country, held at Annamaiah Bhavan in Tirumala on Saturday.
In this program, many devotees appreciated the facilities provided by TTD and the reforms undertaken in recent times. During this session, the EO answered several questions posed by 35 devotees. Some excerpts:
Sri Nagasreenu - Rajahmundry
Question: "Is there a possibility of releasing extra darshan tokens in July in view of summer vacation?"
EO: "There is no possibility of releasing additional tokens online, as already Tirumala Hills are brimming with heavy pilgrim influx.
Usharani - Hyderabad
Question: "Can we send another person along with senior citizens for darshan assistance?"
EO: Srivari Sevaks are available to assist senior citizens and physically handicapped devotees for Darshan
Prasad Raju - Devarapalli
Question: "In the past, room allocation centers were available at different places in Tirumala besides the CRO
EO: "Due to the problems arising from room allocation in other areas, we have limited it to the CRO, and even the majority of pilgrims expressed their pleasure
Dr. Manoj - Chhattisgarh
Question: "Can special darshan be arranged for paramilitary forces?"
EO: The armed forces already have this facility. We will pursue the possibilities
Bindu - Hyderabad
Question: "The cleanliness at the Pushkarini is not maintained. Devotees are bathing with soap and shampoo."
EO: We will ensure steps to protect the sanctity of Pushkarini.
Lakshmi Narayana - Hyderabad
Question: "In Srinivasa Mangapuram, only one Brahmin is available for offering Vedaseervachanams”.
EO: "We will look into this matter
Besides, several pilgrim callers have also given feedback on various issues like Srivari Seva, Arjitha Seva, Anga Pradakshina, Senior citizens and physically handicapped, and many more, to which EO responded to their queries that any measures will be taken, seeing the possibilities and in the larger interests of the devotees.

TTD EO Sri J. Syamala Rao has prepared an action plan to develop Srivari Seva overseas also as per the instructions of the Honourable Chief Minister of AP, Sri N Chandrababu Naidu.
A virtual meeting was held with NRIs hailing from 14 countries at the EO Chamber of the TTD administration building in Tirupati on Saturday.
Speaking on the occasion, the EO said that Srivari Sevaks from several states across the country from Kashmir to Kanyakumari have been providing excellent services to the devotees voluntarily and soon NRIs who are experts in various fields from all over the world are welcomed to provide similar selfless services to the visiting pilgrims in Tirumala and Tirupati.
He also said today Srivari Sevaks apart from providing services in various departments of TTD at Tirumala and in Tirupati also taking part in various Dharmic activities of TTD, including Srinivasa Kalyanams, Sri Venkateswara Vaibhavotsavams, organized at different parts of the country.
With an aim to extend the quality of Srivari Seva, in the recent times several reforms have been brought while a few others are underway.
TTD is also contemplating the introduction of Professional seva in Srivari Seva in the departments of medicine, IT, engineering, planning, water management, food technology, architecture, town planning, etc.
Even the NRIs are coming forward to offer their expertise in the respective fields on a voluntary basis.
Later the NRIs have shared their ideas to offer their services in TTD.
The NRIs who participated in this meeting expressed their happiness that TTD has come forward to make the services of Srivari Sevaks universal.
Among NRIs who participated virtually Sri Surya Prakash from Germany presented a PowerPoint Presentation of their ideas about commencing Srivari Seva overseas. While other NRIs comprising Doctors, IT professionals, Chartered Accountants, also shared their ideas.
