As part of the annual Brahmotsavam celebrations of Sri Govindaraja Swamy temple, on Monday night Lord Govindaraja Swamy shined in kalki alankaram on Aswa Vahana and blessed devotees.
Upanishads highlight the indriyas as hisses and the person who conquered Horses is qualified as controlling Indriyas as well. Parma is hailed as Kalki in Aswa Roopa.
Both the senior and junior pontiffs of Tirumala, FACAO Sri Balaji, DyEO Smt Shanti and others were present.

రాత్రి 7 గంటలకు వాహనసేవ ప్రారంభమైంది. భక్తులు అడుగడుగునా కర్పూరహారతులు సమర్పించి స్వామివారిని దర్శించుకున్నారు.
సాయంత్రం 5 గం.లకు ఊంజల్ మండపంలోకి శ్రీవారు వేంచేపు చేశారు. అనంతరం సా. 5.30 - 6.30 గం.ల వరకు ఊంజల్ సేవ నిర్వహించారు.
మంగళవారం ఉదయం 8 గం.లకు కల్పవృక్ష వాహనంపై స్వామి వారు భక్తులను ఆశీర్వదించనున్నారు.
వాహన సేవలో డిప్యూటీ ఈవో శ్రీ హరీంధ్రనాథ్, ఏఈవో శ్రీ దేవరాజులు, సూపరింటెండెంట్ శ్రీమతి శ్రీవాణి, టెంపుల్ ఇన్స్పెక్టర్ శ్రీ శివకుమార్, అర్చకులు, శ్రీవారి సేవకులు,భక్తులు పాల్గొన్నారు.
As part of the ongoing annual Brahmotsavams at Appalayagunta, Sri Prasanna Venkateswara Swamy was adorned as Venugopala Swamy and blessed devotees atop the Simha Vahanam on Monday night.
The Vahana Seva began at 7 PM, with devotees offering camphor harathi and having darshan of the deity.
Earlier, at 5 PM, the deity was brought to the Unjal Mandapam, and Unjal Seva was held from 5.30 to 6.30 PM.
On Tuesday morning at 8 AM, the deity will ride the Kalpavriksha Vahanam to bless the devotees.
Deputy EO Sri Harindranath, AEO Sri Devarajulu, Superintendent Smt. Srivani, Temple Inspector Sri Shivakumar, priests, Srivari Sevaks, and devotees participated.
Under the joint auspices of the Tirumala Tirupati Devasthanams and the Hindu Dharma Prachara Parishad, and organized by the National Gita Prachara Samiti, a 12-hour continuous discourse on the teachings of the Upanishads will be held on June 11 at the Annamacharya Kalamandiram in Tirupati from 7 AM to 7 PM.
Renowned scholar in Puranic literature and Program Assistant at Dharma Prachara Parishad, Sri Ponna Krishnamurthy, will serve as the main speaker for the event.
The discourse will cover key insights from several major Upanishads including: Taittiriya Upanishad, Mandukya Upanishad, Prashna Upanishad, Kena Upanishad, Aitareya Upanishad, Katha Upanishad
తిరుమల శ్రీవారి ఆలయంలో జ్యేష్ఠాభిషేకం సోమవారం శాస్త్రోక్తంగా ప్రారంభమైంది. జ్యేష్టమాసంలో జ్యేష్ఠా నక్షత్రానికి ముగిసేట్లుగా ప్రతి సంవత్సరం మూడురోజుల పాటు తిరుమల శ్రీవారికి జ్యేష్ఠాభిషేకం నిర్వహిస్తారు. తరతరాలుగా అభిషేకాలతో అత్యంత ప్రాచీనములైన స్వామివారి ఉత్సవమూర్తులు అరిగిపోకుండా పరిరక్షించేందుకు 1990వ సంవత్సరంలో ఈ ఉత్సవాన్ని ఏర్పాటు చేశారు.
ఈ సందర్భంగా ఆలయంలోని సంపంగి ప్రదక్షిణంలో ఉన్న కల్యాణమండపంలో ఉదయం, సాయంత్రం ప్రత్యేక కార్యక్రమాలు నిర్వహించారు. ఇందులో భాగంగా ఋత్వికులు శాంతిహోమం నిర్వహించారు. శతకలశ ప్రతిష్ఠ ఆవాహన, నవకలశ ప్రతిష్ఠ ఆవాహన, కంకణ ప్రతిష్ఠ అనంతరం స్వామి, అమ్మవార్లకు అర్ఘ్యం, పాద్యం, ఆచమనీయం చేసి కంకణధారణ చేశారు. ఆ తరువాత శ్రీదేవి, భూదేవి సమేత శ్రీమలయప్పస్వామివారికి వేడుకగా స్నపన తిరుమంజనం నిర్వహించారు. ఇందులో వేదపండితులు శ్రీసూక్తం, భూ సూక్తం, పురుష సూక్తం, నీలా సూక్తం, నారాయణ సూక్తాలను పఠిస్తుండగా పాలు, పెరుగు, తేనె, కొబ్బరినీళ్లు, పసుపు, చందనంతో ఉత్సవమూర్తులకు విశేషంగా అభిషేకం చేపట్టారు.
వజ్ర కవచంలో స్వామివారు దర్శనం
సాయంత్రం 4 నుంచి 5 గంటల వరకు స్వామి, అమ్మవార్ల ఉత్సవమూర్తులకు వజ్రకవచాన్ని అలంకరించారు. సహస్రదీపాలంకార సేవ అనంతరం శ్రీదేవి, భూదేవి సమేత శ్రీమలయప్పస్వామివారి ఉత్సవమూర్తులు వజ్రకవచంలో ఆలయ నాలుగు మాడ వీధుల్లో విహరించి భక్తులను కటాక్షించారు. ఇదిలా ఉండగా మంగళవారం ముత్యపు కవచంతో, బుధవారం స్వర్ణ కవచంతో స్వామి, అమ్మవార్లు భక్తులకు దర్శనమిస్తారు.
ఈ కార్యక్రమంలో అదనపు ఈవో శ్రీ సి.హెచ్.వెంకయ్య చౌదరి, డిప్యూటీ ఈవో శ్రీ లోకనాథం, ఇతర అధికారులు పాల్గొన్నారు.
On the penultimate day as part of Sri Govindaraja Swamy annual Brahmotsavam, the Utsava deities atop the mammoth wooden chariot blessed devotees on Monday.
Sridevi Bhudevi Sameta Sri Govindaraja Swamy marched with royalty along the streets of Tirupati.
Later snapana Tirumanjanam was performed to the deities.
In the evening, unjal seva will be performed.
