Narapura Venkateswara Swamy Brahmotasavams from Apr 29th to May 7th

Tirupati, 18 April 2018: The annual brahmotsavams of Sri Narapura Venkateswara Swamy in Jammalamadugu of YSR Kadapa district will be observed from April 29 to May 7 with Ankurarpanam on April 27.

P Bhaskar released posters for the same in his chambers in TTD administrative building on Wednesday morning. Speaking on this occasion said, the important days in this TTD taken over temple includes Dhwajarohanam on April 29, Garuda Seva on May 3, Rathotsavam on May 5 and Chakrasnanam on May 7.

Simhachalam Appanna Receives Silk Vastrams from Tirumala Venkanna

Tirumala, 18 April 2018: Sri Varaha Lakshmi Narasimha Swamy of the famous shrine in Simhachalam received Pattu vastrams from Sri Venkateswara Swamy of Tirumala on Wednesday.

On behalf of TTD, EO Anil Kumar Singhal along with Tirumala JEO KS Sreenivasa Raju offered the Sare. Speaking on this occasion, the EO said, TTD has been presenting silk vastrams since 1996 on the occasion of Chandanotsavam on the auspicious Akshaya Tritiya day.

Meanwhile this Utsavam is being observed the temple in the holy Visakha month.
