TTD Ex-Officio and Special Invitee Take Oath






TIRUMALA, 16 SEPTEMBER 2021: With the benign blessings of Sri Venkateswara Swamy, I have got a second-time opportunity to serve as Special Invitee of TTD Trust Board, said Tirupati MLA Sri B Karunakar Reddy.

 

Sri Reddy was administered oath as Special Invitee of TTD Board on Thursday in Srivari temple at 11:30am by TTD Additional EO Sri AV Dharma Reddy. After darshan of Sri Venkateswara Swamy he was given Vedasirvachanam and presented with Theertha Prasadams. 

 

Later speaking to media persons outside Tirumala temple, Sri Reddy said earlier also, the TTD Board under the Chairmanship of Sri YV Subba Reddy did execute lot of spiritual, devotional and pilgrim welfare activities. "We will continue our efforts to serve the pilgrims with more enthusiasm. I whole-heartedly thank our beloved Chief Minister Sri YS Jaganmohan Reddy for giving me yet another opportunity to serve the devotees to my best possible abilities", he added.

 

Earlier, the Chairman of Tirupati Urban Development Authority (TUDA) and Chandragiri Legislator Dr C Bhaskar Reddy took oath as Ex-officio member of TTD Trust Board in Srivari temple at 10:30am. After darshan, he was rendered Vedasirvachanam and presented with Srivari Theertha Prasadams.

 

Temple Deputy EO Sri Ramesh Babu was also present.

Audio of 'Life Of 3' unveiled on Shashi Preetam's birthday The film marks Preetam's directorial debut


Prominent music director, Ad filmmaker Shashi Preetam is debuting as a director with the movie 'Life Of 3'. His daughter Aishwarya Krishna Priya has produced it. Co-produced by Dushyanth Reddy, the film has Snehal Kamath, Santosh Anantharaman, and Chinni Krishna in key roles. Vaishali, Soujanya Varma, Lohith Kumar, CVL Narasimha Rao, Vaibhav Surya have played other roles. Shashi Preetam has not only penned its story and screenplay but has also taken care of cinematography and music. On Wednesday (September 15), marking Preetam's birthday, the film's First Look and audio were unveiled. Preetam himself has written its songs.


Speaking on the occasion Shashi Preetam said, "We began the film in January. Last year, when I suffered a heart attack, I almost tasted death. I have learned a great deal from the experience, which taught me to never give up till the last moment. We ought to struggle perennially. As long as the fighting spirit is intact, life is going to be a sport. 'Life Of 3' owes its inspiration to this philosophy. A lot of newcomers have acted in my movie. I am also introducing new singers. Introducing new talents makes me very happy. I thank my daughter Aishwarya and her co-traveller Dushyanth Reddy for being nice producers. My close friends Lohith, Chinni Krishna, and Vaibhav knew what kind of a story I was writing and expressed their willingness to become a part of the movie."

Lohith said, "I have known Shashi Preetam since the days he used to charge Rs 50 for a jingle. He has done more than 55 movies and is a multi-talented guy. He is capable of very good music, and is also a talented songwriter. He is also skilled in Editing. He is going to prove himself beyond doubt with 'Life Of 3'."

Chinni Krishna said, "I entered the industry with 'Samudram' 23 years ago. Shashi Preetam was its music director. I am happy to have worked under him after all these years. I am one of the characters mentioned in the title. I thank him for this opportunity. The character I have played in it is close to my real life."

Vaibhav Surya said, "I like to act in front of the camera more than speaking off the camera. I have collaborated on Ads with Shashi garu previously. 'Life Of 3' is a project of a lifetime for him. The artists have done a nice job. This is going to be a very special project in my career."

Aishwarya Krishna Priya said, "It's my father's birthday today. I have worked with my father since my childhood. He has done a lot for me. It's for his sake that I became a producer. He is a single father for whom I have got immense respect. This is my first step as a technician and a producer."

Dushyanth Reddy said, "The singers have done a great job. Today belongs to them. As time passes, the music trends undergo many changes. We have to attune our work to the tastes of the listeners. Shashi Preetam's songs, composed many years ago, are enjoyable to this day."

No Fire Mishap Took Plac at Matrusri Tarigonda Vengamamba Annaprasadam Complex


No fire mishap took place in Matrusri Tarigonda Vengamamba Annaprasadam Complex (MTVAC) confirmed TTD authorities.

 

In a statement released by the officials concerned in Tirumala on Wednesday, it was stated that due to technical issue, smoke emerged out of the two capacitors attached to the UPS in the control room due to mal functioning. The staff noticed the issue and immediately switched off the main power supply.

 

As a precautionary measure, fire fighting equipment was also kept ready. These spoiled capacitors were replaced with new ones. 

 

E-Auction of Melchat Vastrams


The e-Auction of 14 lots of Melchat and Ulchat vastrams in TTD temples will be conducted on September 29.

Ready Pancha Gavya Products for Sale by December - TTD Eo



TTD EO Dr KS Jawahar Reddy has directed the officials to make all arrangements for marketing 15 Panchagavya products of TTD by this December.

 

Addressing a review meeting at his chambers in TTD Administrative Building on Wednesday morning, the TTD EO instructed officials to speed up efforts to procure a license from the Ayush department for the Panchagavya products and also finalise the designs of the products as well.

 

He asked the officials to make necessary preparations to procure raw materials, install machinery and also complete all civil, engineering and electrical works on a war footing.

 

He said as per agreement with the Coimbatore based M/s Ashirwad Ayurveda Pvt Ltd. The company will manufacture Ayurvedic products and hand them over to TTD after a decade. 

 

The product range included floor cleaner, soaps, shampoo, tooth powder and Ayurvedic agarbattis. He said TTD will use them for in-house need in temples, rest houses etc. and the remaining quantum shall be marketed to devotees and the general public.

 

He also urged the officials to speed up the process to procure licenses from the Ayush department for 70 types of Cow based products by the TTD Ayurvedic Pharmacy which is already producing 115 types of medicinal products as of now.

 

The EO directed officials of Gosamrakshanashala to complete the exercise of dispatch of desi cows from Tirupati and Bhakarapeta to Goshala at Palamaner in the next 10 days and also make arrangements to bring some cows from Palamaner to Tirupati Goshala.

 

Among others, the EO instructed the committee to visit Gujrat for the purchase of Gir breed cows and buy them within this month. He directed TTD engineering officials to quicken the process of tender placement for buying the Animal feed mixing plant needed for Tirupati Goshala.

 

Ayurveda College Principal Dr Murali Krishna, Goshala Director Dr Harnath Reddy, Chief Engineer Sri Nageswara Rao, Veterinary University, Registrar Dr Ravi, Director of Extension Professor Venkata Naidu were present.

 

Gopuja and Veda Ashirvachanam in all TTD Temples - TTD Eo




TTD Executive Officer Dr KS Jawahar Reddy has directed officials to henceforth perform Go puja and Veda Ashirvachanam to devotees in all TTD local temples.

 

Addressing a review meeting with DyEOs of all temples and senior officials on Wednesday evening at Sri Padmavati Rest House in Tirupati, the EO said, special sevas should be launched at all temples taken over by TTD.

 

He wanted officials to launch Sri Kalahasti and Varanasi type sevas at Kapilathirtham temple also and frame rules and regulations for conducting utsavas in temples.

 

He said in consultation with the Tourism department package buses shall be organised for the benefit of devotees coming from far off places.

 

Later he directed the officials to issue notifications for utilising the unused land assets of such temples and lease surplus lands to farmers to grow organic crops.

 

Among others TTD EO urged officials to organise devotee friendly sign boards, publicise through promos on SVBC and also publish small booklets about history, significance of such temples besides updating all the information relating to these temples on TTD website.

 

TTD officials made a power point presentation on devotee footfall in each temple, Sevas and ongoing engineering works done in all sub temples.

Ankurarpanam Performed




Ankurarpanam fete for annual Pavitrotsavams was performed in Sri Govindaraja Swamy temple on Wednesday evening.

 

As part of the ritual, Senadhipathi Utsavam was performed in the evening followed by Ankurarpanam or Beejavapanam amidst chanting of Vedic hymns.

 

On September 16 on the first day of Pavitrotsavams, Pavitra Pratista will be performed with Yagashala Karyakramams in the evening. On second day on September 17 Pavitra Samarpana and on September 18 Pavitra Purnahuti will be performed.

 

During Beejavapanam on Wednesday, Special Grade DyEO of the temple Sri Rajendrudu and other temple officials and archakas were present.
