TTD Eo Inspects V Day Arrangements

 TTD EO Dr KS Jawahar Reddy along with Additional EO Sri AV Dharma Reddy and CVSO Sri Gopinath Jatti at Tirumala on Wednesday evening.

 

As part of his inspection, he verified the arrangements which have been made at Vahana Mandapam, Supatham, Vaikuntham I and II as per the Covid guidelines for the sake of devotees who are coming to Tirumala for Vaikuntha Dwara Darshanam from January 13 to 22.

 

Later speaking on the occasion, the EO said, elaborate arrangements have been made by TTD for Vaikuntha Ekadasi, Dwadasi and other days. "All the categories of devotees including VIPs, Rs.300 Darshan ticket holders, Sarva Darshan devotees are given time slots to avoid unnecessary waiting in queue lines. All the devotees are requested to have Vaikuntha Dwara Darshanam following Covid norms and co-operate with TTD management. Similarly all the areas where pilgrim influx is more viz Accommodation, Annaprasadam, Kalyanakatta, Laddu counters etc.have also been sanitized and made ready for the pilgrims by our Health wing. The devotees are requested to observe covid norms and have hassle free darshan ", he maintained.

 

CE Sri Nageswara Rao, Health Officer Dr Sridevi, Deputy EOs Sri Ramesh Babu, Sri Harindranath, VSO Sri Bali Reddy and other officials were also present.








Balakanda Akhanda Parayanam Held

 The fifth edition of Balakanda Akhanda Parayanam was held with devotional fervour at the Nada Neerajanam platform in Tirumala on Wednesday.


All the 130 shlokas from Chapters 18-21 were recited by Vedic scholars and Veda Parayanamdars on the occasion.


At the beginning of the program, the Annamacharya Project artists rendered famous Tyagaraja Kriti, "Jagadananda Karaka" while the program concluded with Sri Rama Bhajana by the Sri Nagarajan team from Hyderabad.


This program was telecasted live on SVBC between 6am and 8am for the sake of global devotees.

AP High Court CJ Offers Prayers at Srinivasa Temple









Tirumala, 12 Jan. 22:  Chief Justice of Andhra Pradesh High court Justice Sri Prashant Kumar Mishra along with family members offered prayers at Srivari temple on Wednesday morning.

 

He was received at the Mahadwaram by TTD Additional EO Sri AV Dharma Reddy.

 

After Srivari Darshan Sri Mishra and entourage were rendered Veda Ashirvachanam by TTD Vedic pundits. Thereafter the TTD Additional EO presented Srivari Thirtha Prasadam, portrait, TTD agarbatti’s and 2022 diary and calendars.
