Special Festivals at Sri Padmavati Ammavari Temple in August

A series of special religious festivals will be observed during August at the Sri Padmavathi Ammavari Temple and its affiliated temples at Tiruchanoor.

 The schedule is as follows:

Sri Padmavathi Ammavari Temple

August 7, 14 and 28: Tiruchi Utsavam at 6.00 p.m. on the four Mada Streets in connection with Friday rituals.

August 21: Swarna Rathotsavam at 6.00 p.m. on the occasion of Vara Lakshmi Vratam.

August 25: Gaja Vahanam at 6.45 p.m. on the occasion of Uttarashada Nakshatram.

Sri Balarama Krishna Swamy Temple

August 8: Tiruchi Utsavam at 6.00 p.m. on the occasion of Rohini Nakshatram.

Sri Sundararaja Swamy Temple

August 3 and 30: Tiruchi Utsavam at 6.00 p.m. on the four Mada Streets on the occasion of Uttara Bhadra Nakshatram.

Sri Suryanarayana Swamy Temple

August 17: Tiruchi Utsavam at 5.00 p.m. on the occasion of Hasta Nakshatram.

Sri Srinivasa Temple, Tiruchanoor

August 1, 8, 15, 22 and 29: Abhishekam to the presiding deity.

Sri Prasanna Venkateswara Swamy Temple, Appalayagunta

August 4: Ashtadala Pada Padmaradhana Seva at 8.00 a.m.

August 7, 14, 21 and 28: Vastralankara Seva and Abhishekam at 7.00 a.m. (Fridays).

August 12: Ashtottara Sata Kalasabhishekam at 8.00 a.m.

August 26: Kalyanotsavam of Sri Prasanna Venkateswara Swamy with Sridevi and Bhudevi.

August 2, 9, 16, 23 and 30: Abhishekam to Sri Prasanna Anjaneya Swamy at 8.15 a.m.
